    Came here with 5 other girls to get our hair done for my small beach wedding. Chelsea was super amazing! Scheduled everything from Cincinnati where we are from and flew down with no issues whatsoever day of appointment. Everyone loved their hair (especially my daughter).The business is super cute and clean. Definitely recommend!

    Nothing but fantastic service here! I had my bridal makeup and hair done for a beach wedding at the end of August and cant believe how long it held up! Chelsea is fantastic. Today I came back for beach yoga with Jenny and she was so kind. It was such a relaxing experience.

    I recently had a massage at Body and Sol, and it was exactly what I needed! The atmosphere is perfect—casual, beachy, and relaxing. There was tea and water in the sitting area, and the private room was cozy with dim lighting and soft music that added to the calming vibe.My massage therapist, Caegan, was outstanding. I came in feeling tense from travel and months of computer-related strain, and he worked magic. Most therapists avoid the tight pressure points on my back, but Caegan focused exactly on those spots, using a light but deep and precise touch that gently worked out the tension. I’ve never had a therapist who could balance being that effective while still being so gentle—it made all the difference!I left feeling loose, refreshed, and ready to tackle real life again. Definitely keeping his card for future visits to Anna Maria. Highly recommend!

    I loved my hair and makeup for my wedding! I never had airbrushed makeup before, but after hearing it was waterproof and I was getting married on the beach in August, of course I had to go with it. Im so glad I did. I had no trouble with my makeup all night long and my hair was better than I imagined!

    Had my wedding on 9/8/22 at The Sandbar Restaurant, Anna Maria. I chose Body & Sol through Sandbar’s preferred vendor list and could not be happier with my choice. Both Chelsea and Darian were very sweet and easy to work with. We had fun getting ready and our hair and makeup looked great. They worked incredibly fast too! I did the airbrush makeup and I am happy to report that my makeup stayed on the whole night! We took pictures by the beach and it was drizzling a bit, I cried multiple times (haha) and I also sweat a lot but the makeup still looked so nice and pretty in pictures! Highly recommend booking them!

    Such a great experience! My massage with Caegan was probably the best I have ever had (that would be LOTS of massages over my 70 years). He is truly an artist. I then had a pedicure from Anna, also amazing. Again, she is very gentle and sensitive, and my feet now look and feel fabulous 😊

    Clean, quiet spa space. I had a 60-minute facial and a 20-minute manicure. Both technicians did an excellent job and I would use either one of them again. The facial products were locally made. The grapefruit cleanser had the feel of a peel and was a bit tingly due to the vitamin C. I am giving a 4 instead of a 5 because the website and paper brochure stated the 60-minute facial included a hand massage and I was not given one.

    I visited Caegan Quimby @ Body & Sol on Anna Maria today. This place has such a zen vibe, very relaxing from the time you walk in. I highly recommend Caegan!! He is incredibly knowledgeable and professional! I wanted a relaxing massage and I can say I was seconds away from full slumber! He spent a good deal of time with wonderful pressure and technique on my neck and shoulders~my trouble spots. It’s been a couple hours and I still feel wonderfully relaxed. Whether you’re from here or a visitor like myself, Caegan is your guy:)

    I LOVED My spa package!!! I decided to treat myself to the Anna Maria Island package and I am so happy I did.     I had my wedding hair and makeup done at body & sol spa and wellness and had the most wonderful experience! I came in with just a few ideas, and both Chelsea & Darian we’re able to get my vision exactly! They offered suggestions that would work best for me and it was perfect! Chelsea & Darian we’re attentive from when I booked my appointment a few months before the wedding up until the day off, and honestly the most communicative and quickest response of all the services for my wedding day. They were both so personable and couldn’t have asked for a better hair and makeup duo!

    Tina gave me the BEST manicure Ive ever had in all the years of getting manicures. Highly recommend. Very attentive and gentle to my nails. Asked me what nail shape I preferred and gave me her opinion as well. Express mani plus cuticle care and hot towel. Ill be back again next year for even more self care! Thanks again Tina!

We were provided excellent service by our therapist, Theresa and truly enjoyed our experience. Theresa really went out of her way to address our sore spots and made it well worth our time.     Recently visited after a pandemic hiatus on my part. Thrilled to be on the Island and looked forward to pampering. Always appreciate the serene understated atmosphere at this salon. Mani and pedi done nicely. Limited to back to back appointments due to technician shortage meaning more time when going with a friend or companion.One issue was extremely gummy polish on fingernails which should have been pitched before applying. Even had to add thinner to complete. After I left I discovered runs in most nails and thick spots that smudged 2 hours later. I was told that it could be changed when I went back for pedi, but that was denied since there wasn’t time before the next appointment. When the technician noticed how bad the polish was, she should have suggested a different bottle and should not have offered to change it if that was not an option. I’ll live, but this chipped quicker than any polish I’ve ever had. Advice: don’t settle, speak up if you have any issue during treatment.Also, be aware that there are a lot of steps to this second floor salon. As I get older, these are more challenging to navigate.

    Incredible couple’s massage. In AMI for vacation from Nashville and was so lucky to get an appointment day of! Theresa and Karley were incredible. I had some sciatic pain and Theresa gave me more relief than any chiropractic appointment or massage I’ve ever had. Super reasonably priced and well worth every penny!

    Body and Sol Spa was just what we needed for our wedding. They did a wonderful job with gel nail services, the perfect setting to relax. We had the entire spa to ourselves the day of our wedding. The hair stylist and make up stylist were wonderful – Kristin and Jane did our wedding. They did everything we asked and made our entire wedding party feel comfortable and relaxed. We were able to sit on the comfy couches and have a mimosa and a light lunch. Danielle, the owner, helped coordinate everything directly with me (the bride) and continued to check in to make sure we had everything we needed. We left something there and she called to make sure we knew and could pick it up. I would highly recommend Body and Sol for wedding parties!

    Hosted a small bridal party spa day here a couple weeks ago. Amazing, refreshing, rejuvenating! I had a pedicure-which still looks perfect. A massage that was much needed. & my first, but definitely not last facial. I absolutely loved it! The location of the spa is terrific & the staff are all friendly & sweet.     I worked with Chelsea for over a year for my moms wedding. She was beyond sweet, flexible and accommodating. The day of the wedding was so wonderful. It was great to work with her and Darian.     Awesome place, best deep tissue massage I have ever had!! Environment was very clean and welcoming. Everyone was super friendly! Daniela was awesome, she was very attentive to my needs and worked out all of my kinks! Would highly recommend and when we visit again will definitely make a point to stop again.

    We booked the couples message for their tiki hut on the beach. The weather forecasted a storm so we were able to rebook for indoors on the same day at an earlier time. We loved the massage!     This was the best massage I ever had. Christopher was extremely skilled at working the muscles in the areas that I identified as problematic. He was knowledgeable and was educational about what he was doing and how certain muscles throughout my body affected each other. Although he helped my understand how my muscles worked and his technique, he wasn’t overly chatty and allowed me to get full relaxation while feeling truly healed after it was over. The next time I am in AMI, I will go back.

    Woke up to a rainy day on the island so called around to find a place for a massage. Was able to get in same day at this location for a 75 min relaxation massage. It’s a nice little spa on the 2nd floor above Ginny and Jane E’s Cafe (go there too!).I didn’t catch my massage therapists name but she did a nice job. It was a relaxing full body massage which was just what I was looking for!

    While on vacation at Anna Maria Island in May 2013, I received a therapeutic massage at Body & Sol Day Spa. It was among the best Ive ever had, and was very unique as my massage therapist (Jennifer Washington) applied essential oils using a technique called AromaTouch that left me feeling like a million bucks. I felt completely relaxed and renewed; it was the best part of my vacation experience! I highly recommend this business; the atmosphere is also very calming.

    Run, don’t walk to see Caegan here! I am a massage junkie so I’m a tough critic but he was amazing!It’s hard for me to get masseuses that will press hard enough but he had super strong hands. Also loved that he massaged my face and scalp!

    Absolutely Brilliant massage! Owners are friendly and welcoming. Ive have become used to being disappointed in spas and massage services when vacationing so was blown away with the quality of this place. Highly recommend you not wait till the end of your vacation like I did because you will want to come back at least once more before you leave.

    Wow, just had a couples massage. Feel fantastic after the fact. Staff was very friendly and talkative. Didnt get that weird silent awkwardness that you do as some spas. Already set up apts for another massage and pedicures. Highly recommended for anyone needing to chill and relax.

    My sister and I went there while on vacation and it was amazing. I highly recommend it they were great at massage, professional and didn’t make us feel uncomfortable at all. We saw Kelly and Jody. Friendly and good at their job. I suggest going to the one on gulf drive and not Sea-renity that is affiliated with them.

    I use Body & Sol as my massage therapy place when in Florida. Theresa is always excellent because she listens to me and works with me on whatever my ailments of the day are. Shes professional, thorough and very knowledgeable as well as being a pleasant soul. Today she released all the kinks from a three day drive to Florida, and Ill be scheduling with her again soon.

    Although I have never been in your lovely spa, I know quite a few people who have. Each one of them was truly delighted by their experience and would tell everyone they knew about this wonderful, wowrelaxing haven.     We are tourists, and my sister and I wanted pedicures. Even with technical problems, Body and Sol took my info and got back to me same day with options for side by side pedicures. Unfortunately, we couldnt make it work but honestly you just dont get that kind of customer service anymore. I am confident their products match their service. Book it!
