Concept Cutters has been styling my hair for over 20 years now. Scott is not only a pro but is an all around great guy. His service is first class and he always does a fantastic job. Not only that, you cant help but want to have a local, family man who served our country honorably succeed in his chosen profession.

I have been going to Scott at Concept Cutters for 18 years!! Yes, 18!! Anyone who knows me, knows that I am OCD about my hair. Scott is the only person who has touched my hair since I moved to Jacksonville from NJ. In short, hes amazing - he knows color...hes honest about what will or wont work with your hair....and is just an all around great person. This is a family owned place that has treated me like part of the family since 1998!!! I will never go elsewhere....I drive from Saint Johns county just to get my hair done!

I was a walk in 1994, 2 days before my wedding, I have been with Scott ever since. I have recommended numerous clients since then, none have been disappointed. He is he great with hair and people, he is a loving husband and father. I have had the privileged of meeting all of them. If You have the need for hair care, go see Scott. You will not be disappointed .

I LOVE Concept Cutters. My daughter and I have been going to Scott for 15+ years. He is always on point with all type of hairstyles old or new. They are the only salon I trust for coloring my hair. They did a wonderful job styling my daughters hair for prom too. Just a few months ago when Scott was coloring my hair, I met a wonderful lady who also had an appt. and even though she has moved several states away , when she knows she will be traveling by Atlantic Beach on her way down to south FL, she will book an appt. because Concept Cutters have always taken care of her. I agree, Scott, Lisa and their staff love their clients.

Scott at Concepts Cutter did a great job cutting my hair. Having curly hair has been a challenge for most hair stylist that I have used. The shop is clean and has a charming atmosphere. I highly recommend this place.

Concept Cutters is, without question, as professional and up to date as you could expect. The salon is very approachable, friendly and has any and every service that you need. I have been a client with Scott S.for over 2 decades! Ive NEVER had a single bad cut or style from him or his employees. Ive referred many clients that have had botched up coloring (his specialty) and he has got them in and repaired the issue and made them a customer for life. Prices are very reasonable and the appointment times are on point. Had a traumatic hair experience at a salon when I moved here and finally got up the nerve to try somewhere else, which is where concept cutters comes in!
