    I visited the nail salon under new ownership, and the place was Beautiful since they remodeled it! Very light, bright and updated. Helen gave me my manicure, and she was excellent. She spent a lot of time grinding off the acrylic that was on from a different salon. I thought I was getting a fill-in but she said no no no. These are too thick, I’ll start over. And she did a wonderful job! Now my nails look natural instead of thick and puffy. Thanks Helen, I’ll definitely be back!

    New owners and complete remodel!My fiancée and I tried them out for the first time. We enjoyed our relaxing pedicures. The nail techs were personable, showed interest in us, and had us laughing! The salon was super clean and affordable, we really loved our experience! I loved it so much I came back the next day for a manicure. Super convenient that they’re open on Sundays too!

    New owners as of July 2024. Family business. Helen, Tommy, Kevin and Scott are all wonderful people. They used to work in Winter Haven. Customer service is great. Ive had my nails done by all of them for years including pedicures, and never a problem always a beautiful job.The reviews before mine are old before the current owners.Give them a try. You wont regret it!

    Wow!! This salon has had one heck of a makeover!! It’s absolutely beautiful and the staff is great!! Miss Helen did an amazing job on my toes. I will be back!! Come support a local business and they’re open on Sunday!!

    Wow. Ive been looking for a good nail place for so long, and thankfully I finally found one. My go-to for self care. A clean, friendly salon with fair prices. The staff are always kind and professional. I love the quality of everything--from the way they treated me, took care to do a really good job, no wait time, and very polite. Their office space is probably the nicest Ive been to as well. I totally agree with the other reviewers about the quiet atmosphere, which was so relaxing. I will definitely be back.

    I love coming to Pretty Nails & Spa by m! They always get me in the same day, their services are always spot on while being reasonably priced. These ladies are amazing. They did exactly what I asked and didnt try to push me more services onto me. They also have a relaxing atmosphere. 10 out of 10 recommend giving them a shot.

    Ive been going here regularly for about a year now and never had a bad experience. Victoria was so sweet! Every time I come they are all so polite and listen to what I want. I also changed my mind about my nails several times and she was more than accommodating. I get acrylic nails done twice a month and have never had any issues. Any cracks or chips that happened right after I got them done were fixed FOR FREE by the nail technician. I will definitely be back!

    They do the best nails and pedicures. I drove from Tampa to Bartow to get my nails done by Mr. Mike. The nail salon is very clean, safe environment, and always has a good movie on to watch.

    My first time getting my nails done in Bartow and I absolutely love my experience here! Visiting from out of town and needed some relax and self care time. Kimberly was my nail tech & did an amazing job! I got the deluxe pedicure and it was worth every penny. The staff are super friendly and it is clean and comfortable. A huge plus is how accommodating they are.

    This salon is gorgeous! Victoria and Patty are great! I loved the way I was treated so nicely. The salon is very clean and relaxing, accommodating and welcoming. There are quite a few pedicure options, as well as nail polishes, and dip powder options. Extremely professional, courteous, accommodating and clean! Will definitely be coming back regularly!

    This place is definitely the new spot! Walk in to a well clean an well dressed staff ready to service your pampering needs. Ive been getting manicures & pedicures for many, many years. But I have never felt more pampered than I have today!!! I am so glad I decided to try out their location on a whim today. I must say too as I write this review Im so relaxed I could just literally fall asleep right now lol. Definitely a place Ill visit a lot. Ill absolutely be back again & again!

    Great prices, great service. Decided to try this place after hearing positive reviews on a google page for locals. Its awesome! Michael was really good! He listened to what I wanted & gives a great foot massage! Clean, new equipment and the nail techs are so sweet! Definitely my new go-to for pedicures. Im happy! Try them out-you will be pleased.

    This place is great. I called ahead to see if they could fit me in close to the end of their day and they said come on in. The place is clean. The people are friendly. My feet felt so good when I left there and my nails were so pretty. This is my new favorite nail salon. ❤️

    I have been here twice now and they are fantastic! Ive only got pedicures with shellac, but they are the best around and always look good when finished. My favorite part is the hot rock massage! Salena did an amazing job and Ill always go to her. Thank you Salena! Try them out, you wont be disappointed!

    This was my first experience and it was wonderful. I got a pedicure with Salena and she was fantastic. She took her time and was really attentive. Salena is so good for dip and pedicure! Shes very detailed and takes her time. Never feel rushed! Book with her. Will definitely go back.

    My daughter and I have been to this location multiple times - while there are some variances between technicians, the ambiance and the service is always great. They have several different options for colors. They have servies that pamper you. I highly recommend booking with Kimberly, she pays extra attention to detail and gives a great hand/foot massage. Highly recommended.

    Walked in & got service immediately! Found my Bartow nail home love this place. Very relaxing environment & did not take long at all. Only been about 4 time, but love how welcoming it is and the atmosphere is so relaxing. Brian was quick to please & I am IN LOVE the finished product. I will most definitely be visiting again soon!

    I 100% recommend this fine establishment!! The girls there know how to do nails!! The one girl that recently did my fill, was so nice and she took her time not like these other nail salons that do it quick so they can take the next client. She also shaped my nails nicely and she listened to my requests!

    I have been coming here for over 10 years... I absolutely love them!! Vicky and Mike are amazing. Their children, too. They make me feel welcomed and I enjoy the company. I hated going for pedicures - I have a funky toenail that needs special treatment. They make me feel beautiful every time without judgement. ❤

    I had not had my acrylic nails done since February due to the shutdown. Donna did a terrific job on my nails and eyebrows. I was in and out within an hour! They are safety conscious which is important to me. I highly recommend this salon.

    Best place ever! She is the nicest and does the best job around. She makes sure you are happy and goes above and beyond to make it perfect. My daughtes come her for nails , eyebrows and feet. I wont go anywhere else for eyebrows. And her daughter does lashes also.

    I came in with my Mama to give us both a pamper treat. We both were treated so well. Mama left feeling like a spoiled Queen and so did I. We both got a full set and our toes painted. Mama and I both were quickly seated and getting beautified. My tech maxe aure to.check and double check exactly what I wanted for my nails. He did perfect!Mama wanted hers a little longer and wanted to add some flair.. Her nails are STUNNING too.I am so glad you all were able to give us such a wonderful experience. Thank you!
