The Man Cave is an exceptional spot for a haircut and grooming! The ambiance is fantastic—stylish and comfortable, with a real “man cave” vibe. Alex is hands down the best barber I’ve ever been to. His attention to detail and skill are unmatched, and he always makes sure you leave looking your absolute best. The whole experience is top-notch, from the professional service to the complimentary drinks. If you’re looking for the best haircut in town, ask for Alex! Highly recommend this place! Great with kids too. My 4 year old loves coming to Alex and won’t let anyone else cut his hair. He likes the “big boy” barber vs those silly kiddie haircut places.

I took my 2.5 year old son for a cut and fade, and man did this place not disappoint.Let me first tell you, that we took my son to the child’s salon giggles for his first cut, and the lady who cut my sons hair was super rough, cold hearted, and had zero tolerance for children (funny working at a salon called giggles.)Alex V was fabulous. He was so good with my son and patient. Took his time, did not get frustrated or upset when my son would cry. Instead he would stop and give my son positive words. This man is so good, I am shocked he doesn’t work exclusively with kids. He even gave him a lolly pop at the end! Will definitely be going back to Alex for future cuts!

I started going to ManCave after my favorite stylist, Rosane joined their team. Ive been going to Roseane for years. Ive tried other places and other people but no one compares to her. She takes her work seriously. She is so warm, thoughtful, experienced. More than a stylist, but a real friend. She really cares about what she does and the results show. As much as I would be jealous to share this in the event that everyone would go to her, I feel is worth reviewing her since she is truly a professional and I have yet to find someone like her. Everyone would be extremely happy with her results.

I started going here because of Rosane. She moved from Roosters to Mancave about 6 months ago so naturally i followed her. If you have a beard there is virtually no place you should go other than Mancave at Mission Bay and you must ask for Rosane. I have had several barbers and she takes her time and knocks it out of the park every single time. She does my hair too. She listens to whatever you want and is so methodical and detail oriented, not to mention a sweetheart. If she started working at a barber shop and hour away i would still go to her. Mancave has always been a great spot and the other staff there are amazing and great too. You can find someone there that fits your needs, but if you want to clean up your beard, it HAS to he with Rosane. I wouldnt want anyone else trimming my beard.

Iv been going to the Sam for the past 6 months, he is extremely skilled! Every haircut I got from him is flawless. I’m 24 years old, I always get a skin fade with a combover on top, not only is he good with the machine but he’s even better with scissors, you don’t see that a lot these days. Iv had old barbers in the past but none are at Sam’s level. If you’re looking for a haircut that’s going to get a lot of complements when you go out, go see Sam, he’ll get you right! She is part of a dying breed of professionals that loves what they do, has mastered the craft, and provides an exceptional customer service experience.She expertly talked me through the style options that would look best with my face shape.
