    Everyone was very friendly and made me feel comfortable as a first time client. Jessica was my injector and she was very knowledgeable. She listened well to what I was looking for and was honest with her recommendations. I never felt she was trying to upsell me. She was also very gentle while injecting. I will definitely be returning!

    From the moment walking into the spa to leaving the spa it was an all around amazing experience. The front desk welcomed me right from the start. I wanted to balance out my facial structure and was hopeful to achieve a more sculpted chin. Maria was able to provide her experience and explain the products she would be using on my face to achieve my overall goal. Her experience and knowledge of the products assured me of this. If youā€™re looking for a complete facial balancing, I would recommend stopping in to see Maria and get a consultation!!. I couldnā€™t be happier with my overall results and will definitely be going back!

    I 100% recommend Meridian Med Spa!!! This place is amazing! I had a VI Peel and was so impressed by the staff that I made an appointment for fillers.This is my first time getting a Peel or fillers. They made me feel very comfortable and explained everything they were going to be doing.

    I just moved here and i am SO happy i found this place. I went in for a consultation and went over a couple things that I wanted to try with Anisha. She was so awesome and helped me figure out what i wanted to so. I have some skin concerns and she analyzed my face and presented me with a couple different things that would help. Once we figured that out she had me on the schedule that same week. They also have amazing monthly specials!

    I had done countless hours of research trying to find the best medical spa in the area. It was my first time getting filler and I was so nervous, but as soon as I found Meridian Medical Spa on Instagram and did further researchā€¦I INSTANTLY knew this was the place I wanted to go to. I booked a consultation and got put with Alana. I couldnā€™t have been more blessedā€¦she was so kind and comforting, explaining the procedure itself and how it all works. She talked about the product she used and why she preferred using it on her clients for the best and most natural looking result. Alana even made sure to keep asking me if I had any questions and any concerns I had. I felt so confident in her that I booked my appointment for the next day and I was literally astounded by the results! Not only do my lips look amazing, they look full and natural and I felt little to no pain during the whole process. Alana is so gentle and careful, but my gosh she knows what sheā€™s doing and is amazing at it!     This was my 3rd treatment of 3 and although there is slight pain, Jessica makes you feel very comfortable. I was very pleased with results after my first 2 treatments so I am really anxious to see the results from this final one. After too many years in the sun, and some other minor scars, this was a great way to start a fresh look. I recommend the CO2 Laser treatment. Iā€™m much more careful in the sun now too!

    I hardly ever rate any place or service; however, this time I will take my time to give credit to whom deserves it. Alejandro Perez is a highly educated & experienced professional who has attentive listening skills and he listened to my concerns and proceed to take care of in the most respectful and compassionate manner. I am grateful that I have met him mostly because I speak Spanglish and at times my brain canā€™t recalled some words in Spanish or English, so having someone who speaks English and Spanish and understands my bicultural background is something that I take into consideration when getting any medical treatment/care from anyone. The front receptionists are all so sweet, the environment is great, and Iā€™ve scheduled with Alejandro twice now for lip filler and a lip flip and both times were completely painless.     I followed Jessica for two years on insta after she did my friendā€™s lips. I was lucky in that my old boss did my Botox for free, but once I switched jobs I knew I had to go somewhere. She was the only one I considered! Iā€™ve been doing tox for ten ish years and have done filler too, and I basically didnā€™t even know she was doing it today! She said sheā€™d check me in two weeks but I liked her so much and what she told me Iā€™m going back to try lip filler and let her check at the same time. Andā€¦ I donā€™t feel like there will be much to check, I could feel it working almost right away even if I can still move a bit.

    Julia takes the time to really understand what you are looking for when getting your lip filler. As somebody who has had filler numerous times, no one has ever taken the time to really ask me that question. She is very caring and gentle in her technique.     Amazing experience here today. Jessica put so much effort into making sure my lips turned out perfectly.     Brookyln recently did my Hydrafacial with dermaplaning and my skin has never looked better! Not only is she highly knowledgable and skilled at what she does, but shes incredibly passionate, patient, understanding, and kind. I had such a phenomenal experience, which was a huge relief since I was avoiding getting a facial due to my past negative experience with them. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would in a heartbeat.My aunt had been hyping this place up for a long time now, so my expectations were initially high to begin with. When I first walked in, I was politely greeted by the ladies at the front desk. Everyone is always so kind and helpful! The establishment itself is beautiful as well! I absolutely LOVED my experience from start to finish and even thats an understatement! I got filler from Jessica and am OBSESSED with the results! Jessica is extremely talented and amazing at what she does. With that being said, I immediately discovered why my aunt has talked up this spa so much to me! Im going back soon to get more filler done in September and Im so excited! I highly recommend Meridian Medical Spa and look forward to my next visit.

    I was so fortunate to have been referred to MERIDIAN MEDICAL SPA!Jessica Towns is a dream PA. She is simply lovely in that I found her very sophisticated in the field of aesthetics. The service is personalized unlike other spas that donā€™t take the time or are out to make the most money. Jessica is trustworthy. The spa is meticulous clean and beautiful decorated. I just started services for deep forehead creases and low volume lips. I am so pleased. My next session will address my face to remove a large sun spot, eye wrinkles and overall collagen loss. Canā€™t wait and will post pics in a month. I highly recommend MERIDIAN MEDICAL SPA.

    I had a great experience today. Alejandro answered all my many questions and did a great job explaining things to me. He also did an amazing job preformed my treatment too. The inside of the spa is absolutely beautiful and the staff are amazing also! Everyone is so nice and accommodating, I felt very comfortable. They also have great monthly deals and not just for new clients but for existing too, which is very hard to come by these days. Going back next week for a hydafacial as the second part of a great deal I purchased today. Definitely recommend this spa!

    My husband and I had the CO2 laser treatment for a nose scar and upper lip venous lake removal. Jessica was very kind and told us everything we needed to know before our procedures. The medical spa is top notch and we drove three hours to seek treatment. Jessica wants to stay in touch for before and after pictures. She is a gem and her staff is pretty great too!

    Last week I got lip filler and jeuveau injections from Jessica, and today I got a hydrafacial from Brooklyn and both experiences were absolutely incredible. I was very nervous last week regarding the filler and injections, however, Jessica explained everything to me, and also comforted me by walking me through the recovery process afterwards. She made me feel extremely comfortable and offered various solutions to ensure a great experience. It helps that she has such a calming presence, too!! I will definitely be seeing her again - my results are so beautiful. Additionally, my hydrafacial with Brooklyn was also amazing. Today I had the DEKA co2 laser treatment with Lexi and I canā€™t wait to see the results!!!Lexi did a wonderful job, she is very knowledgeable and kind, throughout the treatment she made sure I was comfortable.     I canā€™t say enough great things about Meridian Medical Spa. I was nervous about getting laser hair removal after having a bad experience elsewhere, but I decided to give Meridian a try anyway.     I started coming to Meridian around April of 2021 because I read that the laser hair removal machine was unique and essentially painless. I live about 30 minutes away from Meridian and I knew there are so many other places I could have gone closer to me but something told me to go and WOW am I happy I did! Jenna did my laser and not only is she an absolute gem of a human being, but she is so knowledgeable and really good at what she does. She made me feel so comfortable and at home; it was like I had known her my whole life! The laser really was PAINLESS! I was absolutely shocked when she said it had started working! I have a medium-tan skin tone and have had terrible experiences with hyperpigmentation in the past with laser hair removal, but my results have been so amazing so far and I have had no issues of burning or hyperpigmentation!My first experience at Meridian was enough to convince me to come back for other treatments and now I have pretty much done almost everything Meridian offers. I suddenly broke out with adult acne in April, an issue I have never faced in my life, and I felt so self conscious and overwhelmed by it. Jenna was so caring and gave me a full treatment plan to address my skin concerns. I have gotten the IPL, Vivace RF Microneedling, and multiple Hydrafacials since, and the IPL and Microneedling treatment alone I noticed put a stop to new acne, specifically on my cheeks!If its not clear by now, I absolutely LOVE Meridian! My brother, my mom and some of my friends comes here now for different services and all feel the same way I do! I would never suggest a medical spa or service to people I care about if I didnt believe in and trust the providers, and I definitely do trust Meridian!Lindsey is the Aesthetician and does my Hydrafacials, and there is nothing better than a post-Hydrafacial glow! She is so detail oriented and really takes the time to customize the entire service to each client. Plus she is so incredibly sweet and informative! I love that she is so aware of what shes doing and why and really knows how to give me the best result for my current skin needs every time; I dont just feel like it fit into a repeated formula!Sasha at the front desk is like sunshine! Through the process of regaining my confidence from my skin post-acne, she always makes me feel so much better and lighter!The only two providers I havent received services from YET are Jess and Alejandro. I love that both of them are experienced PAs so I find comfort in knowing they come with a strong medical background! I have had a consultation with Jess about Botox and she was so knowledgeable and good at explaining how she could meet my needs. I have had Botox in my forehead before and it dropped my brows and I was so upset for a long time because I in fact wanted the opposite effect. But Jess was so detailed in explaining why that happened and how she would do things differently to get me the results I wanted. She is also such a genuine, kind person. She always asks about me, or whats happening in my life and she really cares to know! Ive also spoken to Alejandro about threads and lip filler and he is amazing at what he does too, and so sweet! He really takes the time to explain why he does what he does for each client and his attention to detail is so apparent.10/10 would recommend!!

    I just moved from NYC and I was looking for a place nearby in which to get beauty services such as facials and Hyaluronidase for bad filler injected by a NYC plastic surgeon.     Wow what a great experience Ive been to two other spas and by far Naples med-spa bonita springs location is the best by a long shot. I went in for a consultation for halo laser treatment, krystal one of the main aestheticians at the bonita springs site was phenomenal, she took her time educating me on every little detail about the machine and how it works, how much down time for post treatment I mean she hit everything she needed to hit, and the best thing of all is that she never rushed me out the door she took her time. I decided to go the microneedling route, since krystal told me that my skin condition was not as severe as maybe others have it and that microneedling would be an awesome start for me. So krystal also took time and explained everything I needed to know about microneedling. All in all she did such a great job, the establishment was very clean, presentable and definitely welcoming.     EDIT: went in for hydrafacials with someone who is no longer there, so I cant comment on how well the hydrafacial and dermaplane is here anymore, I only trust Ang.I have gone in to see Steff for my Jeuveau and I love it and her! She is amazing with using any tox.
