    I have been a client of Nail Trix for approx. 14 yrs on / off. Helen is a professional who knows how to manage a good shop. Staff may turnover seasonally, however Helen hires right! Ambiance is clean and calm. Not too noisy.Todays service was gel manicure and toe polish change. I love the colour and experience. Money well spent!

    After having a bad experience at another salon, I gave Nail Trix a go. I’ve been going back every 2 weeks for months! Amazing customer service. All techs are gentle on nails, avoiding damage and weakening of the nails. Highly recommend.

    This place is a great nail salon! Helen, the owner, is a superb nail technician. I get dip on my fingers and other salons in the past have ruined my nails by over filing. Since using Helen my nails are in great shape, even under the dip. The rest of the crew at Nail Trix is professional and super nice. The deluxe pedicures I treat myself to are always relaxing and the pedicure itself usually lasts a long time. I always recommend this salon!

    Been coming in for years. Brought my 85 year old father in today for a toenail trim and leg massage while I got a pedicure. Amazing service from Cathy and Jackie. My father is very feeble and they were caring, attentive and professional. Made him feel special. Always great service. His first “pedicure” was a hit. Mine was great too. Awesome team Helen has. Great. Service!

    Cant say enough good things about this place!! For almost 2 years now, Ive been getting my nails done (dip powder) and every time they look absolutely beautiful and they last for at least several weeks! Kathy and Helen are such sweethearts, and they work so so hard! Truly shows how much they love and value all of their customers! Thank u so much!!

    Every time we visit Bonita Spring, we make a visit to Nail Trix&Spa. They have been skillful, professional, and very kind, especially to my elder mother. The salon is clean and well ventilated.

    I live in Utah half the year and I am always so glad to get back to Florida to visit the best nail shop. I have not found a nail shop that can compare. They are always so kind and take their time to do a great job. I am so glad I am am back early this year to get my toes done by their excellent staff. Everyone who works here has done a great job on my nails.

    It was only my second visit to this salon and I am hooked. Henry is wonderful! This time I went on Sunday without an appointment because I had broken a nail. It was a very busy day, but Helen worked me in and Henry was able to give me a beautiful manicure and fix my broken nail. Amazing customer service!!!

    Hello All! I am compelled to write this review bc of the experience Nathan posted of below. It’s so completely opposite to any experience I’ve ever had at Nail Trix that I feel you must be writing of another salon. My Mom and I come in a couple of times a month, and Helen and her team are always joyful and friendly and incredibly accommodating of their time and with their skill. I wish you would give them another try, Nathan, bc this is a terrific team! We feel welcome when we enter and beautiful when we leave. We love Nail Trix! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    The best nail salon in town. The owner, the staff , the service, the product , the price , and most of all the customer service. I came to Bonita Beach 2 years ago from Boca Raton ,of course I was looking for a nail place,I had a chance to walk in to a few nail salons and I was very disappointed from the lack of Customer Service, I kept looking until I stumbled by mistake. To Trix & spa going to Aldi . I decided to walk in , when a nice lady name Helen greeted me hello can I help you ? Here I am 2 years later. . Another thing that amazed me is when a customer walked in ,she greeted them with their first name , and she still does. I am happy I had the opportunity to meet Helen and her staff. If you need a nail salon I Highly recommend Trix & spa , I promise you will not regret your choice

    Absolutely amazing service!! I felt so relaxed during my pedicure. I got the one with the hot stone and wax and it was the best ever!!! I love the color I picked for the summer, I also did not feel rushed at all. First time here, and I will definitely be back! Thank you Lindsey!

    This is the BEST nail salon in all of Florida. Helen and her team are always so accommodating and always eager to how they can provide the best service. I have been seeing Helen and her team for years and I would not go anywhere else! They are always checking if what they are doing is comfortable for me as the consumer and I appreciate that. They take their time and want to make sure that you are just as happy when you leave as when you came in. I will continue to see Helen and her team for years to come!

    There are a lot of choices in the area but none match the professional & courteous service you receive at this salon. I have been a client for over a year and so grateful I found this salon. Pedicures are relaxing and well done. Helen introduced me to dip and it not only lasts but has strengthened my nails. Helen welcomes all walk-ins and the entire salon staff are friendly and professional. You won’t go wrong with any one of them.

    My Mother and I drive 30+ minutes to Nail Trix because we are consistently treated kindly and our nails always look great. We enjoy all of the staff and the spa is always clean.     This place is wonderful, I always go here for my pedi and my fills, Hellen does an excellent job, the prices here are very reasonable, up Naples wanted to charge me $25 for gel!! Over here it’s only $15! I love it here, I will always be coming back!

    I love Nail Trix! Not only is it the cleanest salon I have ever been to but it also has fantastic service. All of the girls are so friendly! I especially love the fact that Helen decorates for every holiday. I always leave there with beautiful nails and I am always feeling so happy!!!!!

    By far the best Nail Salon and Spa in SW Florida. Helen, the Owner, takes special pride and care for all of clients. I have been going to Trix for many years and they never disappoint. No matter how late I am getting out of the office, Christy has always waited for me. Everyone is friendly, and so professional... you always feel at home in Helens Salon. This is a beautifully run, clean and professional establishment that always makes sure the customer is 110% well cared for.     I went in yesterday during my lunch hour. First time customer here. The place was immaculate!!!! Very quiet and nice music playing. Got a GEL MANICURE byHenry very friendly and very attentive. The cheapest place Ive been for a Gel Manicure and the quality was GREAT. I will definitely be back.

    Cathy did a great job on my spa pedi and helped get rid of a toenail corner that was bugging me. The salon is clean and pretty with a great selection of polish. They are not the cheapest price wise, but are worth it.

    All the staff are plesant and welcoming. I always use Christy because i get the dip and she knows just how i like my nails done. They even have snacks, water, tea etc to offer the clients. They also decorate the salon for each season.
