    I have heard about microdermabrasion for years but was frightened of the idea of hundreds of needle-pokes in my face.Despite that, I finally mustered up the courage to do it. Venus was my technician. I can not say enough about her! She was so informative, caring, gentle, and made me feel completely at ease. She constantly asked if I was doing okay. Her clients comfort is of utmost importance to her! I loved how she explained every step of the procedure, as well. My skin felt fabulous when she was finished- very hydrated! But when I took a peek in the mirror, I was shocked by the redness. It is to be expected for the next 48 hours while my skin repairs itself and makes new collagen, YES! Goodbye wrinkles??! I will be back, Venus! Thanks for a great first experience!

    Been coming to the Boynton location for awhile for laser services. I need appointments on Saturday due to a hectic work schedule. When I met Taysha for the first time, it was her first day and I was her first customer .. and she is now my go-to for laser services! Taysha is AMAZING! Taysha talks to you to ask how things were going with the treatment since she last saw you — which is key because she will adjust the laser settings. Since I starting going to Taysha, the results are so much better.

    Venus was amazing I have no idea why the negative reviews, glad I didn’t trust them and saw her anyway because out of all the dermatologists I’ve ever dealt with for hydroplaning chemical peel service and full facial mask with led therapy she helped identify things about my skin and products to use that other dermatologists didn’t because they were too focused on upselling other products that were more expensive. They have a great line of skinceuticals and my face looks a lot better it’s GLOWING. Everyone is entitled to their bad days, but in my experience, She was super sweet and professional! She is DEFINETLY my go to for all facial maintenance treatment moving forward :)

    Just had Liana at Palm Beach Laser and Aesthetic in Boca Raton give me a 60 minute Glow Facial. I must say that the experience was excellent. She was very professional and took the time to explain everything that she did. In addition, Liana answered all of my questions and did not rush the treatment.If you want to treat yourself to an excellent facial do not hesitate to go there.

    I started coming here after purchasing a Groupon. The machine is older and has not been quite as comfortable or effective as newer ones I’ve used previously. But it has still been doing its job and the price was right. I’ve liked having treatments with Kristin - she has good bedside manner, is thorough, and has been responsive to tweaking settings or focusing on problem areas. The business also has enough availability that it is not impossible to shift an appointment when needed, which is important for me because I often have to travel at the last minute for work.

    I love getting my laser done by Gaphna! She is wonderful to talk to during my appointments! I use to shave/wax my body and would get razor bumps, ingrown hairs. But laser has been the best results! I cant wait to laser the rest of my body!

    Well I started my laser journey early 2021 and I’m now purchasing my second package. I’ve had around 4-5 technicians and GAPHNA MAYARD is the BEST one I’ve ever had. She is so sweet and takes her time to make sure she gets every inch and crevice of the area you will be getting the treatment done (unlike many other technicians who rush everything). I highly recommend Gaphna.

    I had been going to PBL in Boynton for a few years. I also visited Boca location a few times. The Pros: competitive prices, use lasers effective on brown skin tones, evening appointments, online scheduling, can book in different locations without issue.I started with Haneen, who was awesome, detailed, friendly, and through—who since left the company. I had other techs since, all good, but then I met Gaphna towards the end of my treatment. Gaphna is so sweet, detailed, and through! I wish I discovered her sooner! When I resume getting treatments I will be sure to book with Gaphna again.

    Palm Beach Laser I have to say has truly been the only facility in which I have received laser hair removal and I see amazing results!!I give it to one of their Estetician’s Haneen who is beyond amazing! Not only has she made me feeling extremely comfortable at every treatment, she has always treated me with kindness, care and amazing customer service. Always with a smile on her face and an amazing attitude, she has also truly accommodated my treatment schedules to make sure I get the results I need!
