Toi Spa in Boynton Beach is hands down my favorite nail salon I’ve been to! My girl Mai, is an amazing nail tech and knows how to do my nails exactly how I want every time! I’ve been seeing Mai for over a year and I refuse to go anywhere else. She is the kindest person and such a talented nail tech! I see her every 2 weeks and I always look forward to seeing her and getting my nails done. Toi Spa is so clean and everyone there is so friendly. If you need a new nail place, go to Toi Spa and make an appointment with Mai!

I go to the Wellington location. Positive review: Can’t rave enough for my girl Diana! What I give her ten stars on is waxing my eyebrows. Never, ever has anyone taken such time and attention to detail as she does when doing my eyebrows. I’m 68 and my eyebrows are a little sparse and grey. She even fills them in with pencil when she’s done so they look fabulous! Highly recommend her!Negative review: Hooks are available by the nail tables to hang your purse. There are quite a few that are broken, namely Diana’s! I don’t like having to put my purse on the floor. Secondly, the music is awful. You can barely hear it and it’s music that will put you to sleep. By the time my nails are getting done I’m feeling comatose and fighting to stay awake! Come on, put some more lively music and louder! That’s it, I’m done!

Gi is a great technician! She is detail oriented and precise! She really knows her craft and her memory is impressive! Whether you see her once or a repeat customer she is concerned with your satisfaction. Tôi spa makes it easy to book on-line and check out is quick! I like the ability to pay a tip electronically! The facility is clean and smells good.

I’m very satisfied with the services I received today. It was very easy to schedule, the receptionist was great and helped me with a few questions. I enjoyed the atmosphere, it’s very calming. Sunny is the technician who did my dip powder. He was happy to help and suggested Some colors. I even went with a different nail shape for the first time and I love them. I will definitely recommend family and friends.

Visited Toi Spa for the first time today and loved it! Received a dip powder manicure and pedicure from Howard. He was very friendly and meticulous. My nail shape was exactly what I wanted (almond) and my cuticles on my feet and hands were cleaned up completely. The establishment is gorgeous! Tastefully designed and most importantly, CLEAN! I will definitely be booking my next appointment soon!

I never write reviews but I had such a phenomenal experience that I felt I NEEDED to write about it. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, especially Chris who did my nails. I have been getting my nails done for years all over in different places in the country and this spa easily is my new #1. Absolutely beautiful place and so beyond clean and organized. Chris was so beyond sweet & caring + didn’t try to gouge me and get more out of me then what I truly needed for my nails. I originally made a full set appointment but Chris looked at my nails and said I just needed a fill(which is way cheaper) and that’s what he did. He put his heart and soul into making sure my nail shape and length was perfect and exactly what I wanted. He went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable with everything he did with my nails and I truly appreciate it. The people and place at Toi in Boyton are truly beautiful and everyone needs to experience it first hand(figuratively and literally).

Toi spa in Cobblestone Commons is upscale and elegant. So clean, tasteful decor and it has a Zen atmosphere.This last visit I got a paraffin wax pedicure with Mai. She was sweet & patient, thorough and very detail oriented (which is what I always hope for). Overall a fantastic experience and an excellent place. Don’t hesitate to book online!

A very nice and clean salon, they did a nice job on a dip mani and regular pedicure, and a lot of color options. They were able to accommodate a last minute appt which I really appreciated. They are also very quick in their work. However, their prices are more expensive than comparable salons in Boca and Wellington, but their customer service does not meet those same expectations for a more expensive/high end salon. I did not feel comfortable to ask for a quick touch up on my pedicure when I hit my toe moving to the manicure area, I felt like a nuisance to the tech. I also booked an appt for my young daughter to get a kid’s mani pedi at the same time and they finally went to start her pedicure 20 mins late and when I was just finishing up mine. I mentioned multiple times I wanted to be together for our services as she is young and I don’t feel comfortable leaving her in the pedicure section alone. I ended up passing on her pedicure because they took too long to start. Also not ideal to have a young child sitting around waiting their turn for 20 minutes passed the appt time. It was very disappointing for the both of us and I feel they should have said they didn’t have time for her and I would not have brought her along. Overall when you choose a nicer quality salon then there’s a certain level of service to be expected and I did not feel they met that level of exceptional customer service here, it was very average and I will not return.

I have to say as someone who has worked in the spa/ med spa industry for years and being a provider of my own; I am giving five stars for customer service alone!I came for an appointment with Amy Saturday for the dazzel dry mani pedi and it was great! Amy was fantastic and i had an overall great experience, however the dazzle dry polish literally lasted only 3 hours- not being the nail techs fault at all- just the product itself was already fully coming off after 3 hours post service.I called on Sunday explaining how the polish is coming off and they fit me in on Monday with Amy again. When I arrived to my appointment I asked if instead I pay the difference from the dazzel dry mani/pedi and get gel instead- The receptionist, Anu, first and foremost greeted me with a smile and when I asked about the switch up- she didn’t put up a fight or give attitude and just kindly asked if that was okay that I pay the difference from what I payed for Saturday from the gel mani/pedi and it was!Now I am even more happy with my nails and extra happy with how well I was treated too!Amy and Anu exceeded my expectations even from the first initial appointment, I am now an official client of Amy’s and Toi Spa- If you like good gel mani/pedi’s ask for Amy she’s amazing!

I am so pleased to give this review. Actually 5 stars arent enough to express the level of service the Toi Spa at Boynton Beach offers. Its a brand new Spa and Everyone there is highly professional. Everything is luxurious, sanitized and new! Everyone wears Masks! The manager is an Amazing gentleman and the technicians are all extremely friendly and courteous. I personally recommend both Gi and Jade-- they are each fantastic and super talented! Expect to have a relaxing, safe experience with pampering options from A to Z. I go to toi religiously every 3 weeks and get all sorts of designs on my nails. Mais creativity and meticulous attention to detail always blows me away, and I frequently receive sooo many compliments from friends and strangers alike on my manicures. She always manages to bring my pinterest photos and crazy ideas to life. She also does a great job with my brows! On the times Mai was out of town, Gi did an equally amazing job as well, and my nail game never skipped a beat.

This place was very clean, and all the staff was professional. It is easy to access in the shopping center.They offer a good variety of services. They had an excellent selection of colors for nail polish.We had made an appointment, and we taken right in when we showed up. Im not sure if they take walk-ins.This was the first time I had visited this nail salon. When you make you appointment you let them know what service you would like.I really wish I would have had the option to add things once I was there. (I got the basic mani/pedi) I really wanted to add a hot stone massage, but the technician said we didnt have time. She did not offer any drinks, add-ins for your footbath water etc. (Most places like to sell up charges)This may have just been the person I had. My friends technician was asking if she wanted to get her eyebrows done. So maybe my person just had another client afterwards.I would definitely check it out again. The atmosphere was nice, pleasant staff, and clean.

Impressed. Very clean, very professional. Very large selection of colors in both gel and powder. The pedicure stations are top of the noch and provide some privacy. I was super excited to try this place, as well as very nervous since it was a new place and I have never had my eyebrows done. The second I walked in, I was greeted, checked in and sat for about 2 minutes before someone came to help! What a treasure to have this new spa in the Canyons! The ambience is present from entry to exit. Toi Spa provides professional, quality service with efficiency so you can balance a mani/pedi spa treatment after work with ease. They offer a fantastic selection of colors all bound in albums for your viewing pleasure. This made it very convenient and fun to coordinate my colors. I am so excited to have this so close to home. They offer a great variety of services so I am eager to try them in the future. If you haven’t been by this new spa, you should stop by soon because it definitely made my Monday better! When the facility first opened I had a bad experience and was disappointed but I decided to give them another try and was pleasantly surprised. I had a pedicure and acrylic fill, Finn (could be spelled wrong) was professional, friendly and did a wonderful job. I already scheduled my next appointment.
