Currently sitting in my car, feeling grateful for my impromptu decision to book a same-day appointment. There was one slot left for Jacob and I booked it (60-minute enhanced muscle therapy deep massage). I felt a lot of tension in my neck, shoulders, and lower back. During our consultation, I ask for additional focus on those areas. Jacob did just that. I’m in awe of how he managed to give me a complete full-body deep massage in just 60 minutes. The massage never felt rushed or as if an area was overlooked despite the attention and effort he put into the areas I had the most tension. Jacob is a great massage therapist, no doubt about it.

I had a lovely girl today named Sara. I have been in a lot of pain for the past 10 days in my shoulder neck and head. I was in too much pain to come last week, but since the pain is tolerable, I decided to get a massage to help knock out the rest of the pain Sara listen to all my concerns and her hands were like magic. She was able to hit on every muscle ache and nerve pain that Ive had and I feel so much better. I only post when I have an exceptional experience and she did not disappoint. I will be back to see her in the future.

From their phone service to their goodbye, this was my best trip to any massage envy to date. The team was lovely and the receptionist who checked me in even made sure to call out goodbye, using my name. I work in customer service, and it is always those little things that make people feel special. I could be getting this wrong, but i believe Hal was my masseuse. He was great right away asking me every question and giving me ample time to change. His work was great, getting out knots that have plagued me for a while. Definetly will come back.

Bridget has such good intuition when it comes to pressure and areas to focus on. I feel really grateful that she was able to relieve tension in all parts of my body that I didn’t even know needed tending to. Ive been a member of this massage envy for 10 years this year. I have had great facialists and masseuse. With the exception of the occasional new masseuse fresh from training all of the massage therapist have had extensive experience and are very professional. Currently, I am seeing Finte for massage. She is so good and so popular you have to book ahead. Right now Im seeing her twice a month and she has made a significant difference in a chronic hip muscle. And, I see Dawn for facials and I could not be happier. She takes the time to make you comfortable and to give you a relaxing experience. And you walk out with a fresh clean face. This is a five-star massage envy. You wont go wrong if you choose this one.

I come here for regular massages with Stacy S and love her technique . I prefer deep tissue and she does excellent . I have some issues with my neck and she resolves them each time I am there .I also just went for microdermabrasion, which I never had at ME ,.Elena was my esthetician and she did an excellent job analyzing my skin and recommending regular maintenance products . She did extractions and once microdermabrasion was completed applied moisturizers serum and sun protection . My skin feels smooth and silky .

I have enjoyed message for the last 30+ years, but never more then with the Message Envy in West Boynton Beach. Even though Ive had the occassion to use several message therapists (all great), Im exceptionally pleased to have a regular appointment with Karen K. Communication is excellent, whether I need her to go deep or gentle. And thats what I find with the other therapists when Karen has been away.The front desk in exceptional as well. They are always extremely courteous, make sure I get everything I want and remind me when I forgot to make another appointment. They know my favorite time slots, that I occassionally like a 90 minute message and when there is a special promotion they go above and beyond to make sure I take advantage of the offer. Hats off to management, as the entire staff is obviously very well trained and very nice too.

So much so that I became a member.Truth be told, I was highly doubtful about getting a massage at a center but this place and my therapist proved me wrong.Let me explain.A former boss gave me a gift certificate to Massage Envy - 7 years ago - which I never used and was going to toss it when I remembered seeing a new Massage Envy opened a few miles from my home. So I called and asked if the g/c was still valid. It was so I figured why not? WHAT A WONDERFUL SURPRISE!They have covid prevention down pat using a mobile check in system. They send a text, you reply, and then they let you know when to come in to their facility. Upon entering I was greeted by a very pleasant young lady who was just the sweetest ever! Trained exceptionally well, she introduced herself, talked about the many options available and what I was looking to achieve during my session. Yes, there was up-selling but I was totally OK with it. Ended up getting a 90 minute instead of the hour.On to the massage...I was paired with Marcella as my therapist. I CANNOT RAVE ENOUGH ABOUT HER!! For me, she was the perfect combination of pressure when a little extra was requested and overall, one of the BEST massages I ever had! The massage table was heated which helped ease the muscle tightness. 90 minutes went by quickly and I felt way better than when I had originally entered.So I became a member. Its $780 a year (can be automatically billed each month) and includes monthly massages. Additional massages or add-ons are available at a reduced price. Totally worthy.Thanks ME and Marcella. See you again in a few days.
