Life changing!! I am so thankful for Helena!Ive had ingrown toenails for more than 20 years. I had been doing pedicures regularly every 3 weeks for more than a year and it wasnt helping anymore. I was in constant pain. I took advantage of the free consultation she offers and learned that she had a 93% success rate. Within 2 days I had no more pain.It will take time for the issue to resolve so I will be visiting Helena every 4 weeks until then.

Helena is the best, my toe hurt for years! I really liked my old pedicure person but it was excruciating getting my nail “ dug out” every two weeks😳As soon as Helena applied the splint that lifted my nail, I had Instant relief! Anyone that has had an ingrown nail knows what I’m talking about!!I will never go anywhere else! Helena says my toe nails are fixed and I can tell you they feel and look great!! I have referred all my friends to her and they have all had great experiences with her!! My best friend even brought her 87 yr. old Dad and she fixed his toenails too!!

Life changing experience. Simple and pain free. Helena is extremely knowledgeable. In less then 3 months, I no longer have ingrown toenails. I love her catchphrase Take back your groove!” Be sure to ask her what that means. I now receive regular pedicures with Helena’s business partner Jen. Jen monitors and maintains my nails. Two of the sweetest woman I know. Great team. Reasonably priced. Nail Confessions truly lives by the Quote on their wall “Clients become friends, friends become family!”

Helena is the best! You wont regret going to her for a mani/pedi. I started out getting pedicures from her to help fix my ingrown toenail and now I will not go back to any other salon. Her place is clean, professional, cozy and she is the sweetest person to talk to. My nails have never looked better and the polish always stays on until my next visit with her.

Helena has taken care of my nail needs for quite some time now. I used to deal with ingrown nails often but since I have been a regular of hers I no longer have that issue. Helena has helped my toes be pain free from ingrown toenails. I was going every two weeks to have them maintained at other salons. After one terrible experience at a salon where the nail tech pushed the ingrown down into the inner corner of my toe, I had to have them surgically removed from both toes. That was very painful. I found a Groupon for ingrown toenail treatment and decided to give it a try. I met Helena and 6 months later, I am pain free. After the first procedure that was a marked improvement in the pain in my toes. I am so happy I decided to give Helena at Nail Confessions a try. If more people understood there is a non-surgical way to correct ingrown toenails without the need to get a pedicure every two weeks, it would make a great difference in the pain of their toes and their pocketbook. My 10 year old child struggled with ingrown nails (big toes). It hurt so much she was having a tough time wearing shoes and playing soccer. The doctor suggested that she undergoes a procedure where the sides of the nails are cut out /removed surgically. We opted to try this place (Nail Confessions) instead. We had a total of 3 appointments with a lady named Helena. Helena knows what she is doing, and after the first appointment my daughter already had relief from the pain/discomfort. Helena also taught my daughter how to cut her nails correctly so that the problem doesnt repeat itself. It was a safe, easy and non-invasive treatment and we are very happy with the results. Will go there again if needed, and we will gladly refer others to go there too. Ask for Helena.

This has been a life changing experience for me as I always had to run to get a pedicure every two weeks just to relieve the pain from my ingrowns. I drove 45 minutes to see Helena and it has been worth every minute!! Within 4 months my ingrowns are completely gone. I literally go once a month now and have no pain in between.
