    I booked a 50 minute deep tissue couples massage with Essentials of Brandon and came out a whole new person.The staff is friendly and professional, the location clean and upscale. The therapists catered to your individual needs, and made us feel so comfortable!     Tina is amazing! She does deep tissue massages and I have to tell you that after a session you feel so much better. It relaxes me and helps my range of motion! The faculty is nice and clean and everyone is super friendly!! The also have military discounts on the massages! Just love this place so much!

    There was little to no wait for mine and my boyfriend’s couple massage. Ryan was strong and was able to find all of my knots. He was thorough and knew right where I needed the most work. I walked out feeling refreshed and loose, no neck pain that I usually carry! My boyfriend also had a good experience with his massage, walked out without the usual shoulder pains he gets. Overall great experience!

    Amazing customer service as usual, my teens facial was a great experience and my daughter was pleased with her service and the information and education of how to care for her face that’s ever changing as a teen, Christie was great fit for my daughter!The staff is amazing as well, pleasant and kind, whether it’s the manager Candace that’s always hands on and available to help, to the kind and pleasant receptionists and the various service providers, we always feel welcomed.Our experiences with massages and facials have always been exceptional, Essentials goes above and beyond and has always provided excellent services to me and my family members.

    I have been coming to essentials for around 2 or 3 years. Today, I got Ron for my message when I tell you this mans hands our heavenly Im not exaggerating. He was gentle yet firm, he read my body like a book and he absolutely took all of my kinks out. I went in with the world on my shoulders as most of us who get messages do and when he was done I was lighter, refreshed, relaxed and simply praying for his anointing to never leave his heavenly hands. I highly recommend that if you need a message, ask for Ron I promise you wont regret it!! He is worth it 100%

    What a fantastic experience at Essentials of Brandon. To begin our spa day with my best friend for decades, I had an incredible therapeutic massage with Jason, who I 100% highly recommend. He was professional, knowledgeable, and worked out all of the kinks and tiredness from our day at Busch Gardens riding roller coasters. Jasons technique was superb. Following that, was a facial from Jackie, leaving my skin feeling like a baby with a beautiful glow. Finally, Camilles mastery in the mani-pedi department left me with the final touch of feeling dressed head to toe. Mimosas offered from the staff along with great conversation with the rest of the girls just made us feel like we had all been pals forever. I will definitely return to Essentials of Brandon for a repeat of the services and looking forward to sitting in the chair with Nicole for a much needed cut and color. The spa is clean, with a glamorous chic high-quality feel, and affordable pricing earning them 5 stars. Cheers!Birdie

    Exceptional care and service! Thankful for Jasons expertise, faithful service and for getting me out pain. He even gives instructions on how to maintain pain free lifestyle with daily stretching exercises and recommends other aids too. He is definitely the best massage therapist in town which is why I keep coming back to Essentials of Brandon for the past 7 years.

    I took my daughter here for a Spa Day birthday surprise. I coordinated ahead of time with the staff and they were wonderful.We arrived and were greeted outside with a friendly staff member who showed us where to fill out paperwork. Immediately went inside to be started on a morning of luxury. I can’t decide which treatment was best because they were all so fabulous also very clean which is important to me . My daughter was so happy with her morning and I can only thank the amazing staff at Essential Massage & Spa Of Brandon!

    Overall, I recommend this place. The staff speak English and focus on the customer. My pedicure was well done! My facial was excellent. Thank you, Meghan, for good advice and really tuning in to providing a personalized experience! My massage was not good, unfortunately. My relaxation massage felt more like someone applying lotion. Not because of pressure, but lack of technique. Ive had a lot of massages and maybe she didnt want to be there. I wanted to provide feedback to the company survey texted to me, but the survey requires your full name and consent to publish. I do not want to be required to have my constructive feedback published if I want to provide a name. Not a good survey format. Based on recommendations, Im sure other massage therapists are good. The service cost is affordable, but the company recommends giving a 40% tip.

    I’m glad I tried Jackie. She’s friendly. She took her time and concentrated massaging my face and neck. I have pigment and she lighten it. She also cleaned my eyelashes. She wowed me! And I’ve made a 2nd appointment.

    My better half and I went for a spa day and had a fantastic experience at Essentials! The staff members were all friendly and warm. The couples massage was excellent, and our facial treatments were terrific. It was the perfect day filled with relaxation. The prices were reasonable, and we’ll be coming back very soon!

    I’ve been coming here for years for massages and facials. I’ve always had a very pleasant experience. The rooms are nice. The prices are great. Came specifically to say that I recently started getting massages from Lauren. I had a spot under a shoulder blade that hurt so bad whenever I sneezed. She recognized all the tension I held in my upper back and really worked to get all the knots out. I sneezed the next day and realized it no longer hurt. She is AMAZING. Thank you, Lauren!

    Amy is amazing with her massages. She knew about my trouble spots and was thorough making sure all the knots were gone. I have always gone for the European deluxe facial which is also amazing. However, I will have to start going for both! Definitely worth the splurge and the receptionists are always so welcoming. It’s always an amazing experience all around. Love essentials!

    Ron is by far one of the best massage therapists I’ve had! He can seriously get out every knot from stress or just from sleeping in a weird position. Hes always great at stretching me out which is so beneficial since I run close to 5 days a week. Highly recommend him!

    Everyone was very professional. It was a very relaxing environment. My only complaint is that I requested the couples massage be a surprise for my husband and he NOT be notified about it. And they sent him text reminders about the visit anyway. I was upset the staff ruined the surprise.

    Just had my first massage ever here, I wish I hadnt waited so long to get one! I did the therapeutic couples massage with my partner. My massage therapist did a wonderful job getting my knots loosened up and making me feel relaxed. The pressure and style was perfect for me and Ill definitely be back!     The spa and its staff are always so welcoming and attentive. Ive had a prenatal massage that was lovely in the past and todays neuromuscular/deep tissue massage with Diana is the massage Ive been missing my whole life. Her experience in myofascial massage and theraputic techniques is so invaluable! I have lived in chronic pain and massages are such a great tool in my wellness arsenal. But I have never experienced one as good as today. So very grateful! Thank you to all the staff and especially Diana.

    Hair service with Nicole- this is by far my favorite salon! Nicole is so knowledgeable and actually listens to what I’m looking for so my hair turns out great every time! I’m very particular in how my hair is done and she makes sure it looks great that day and helps me to know how to take great care of it at home. All staff have been super friendly. The salon is beautiful with its recent remodel and the natural light shining in the windows- truly a treat every time I’m here!

    My 16 yr old got an Acrylic fill in w/ Tiana on 7/10 & is still telling me how amazing her appt was. My teen finds long conversations exhausting but told me that she didnt even notice an hour had passed w/ Tiana. She asked me about school & what I want to do after; things I like to do/ am interested in; talked about music, musicals, anime, etc. It was just amazing to have my nails done by someone & my fingers dont hurt after, I got exactly what I wanted, and I was soooo comfortable! AND Ive never got my nails done by a black person. It was just amazing all around! I truly appreciate Tiana for giving my daughter this experience (she had a lot of unpleasant experiences w/ adults in the past) & I already know shes immediately become my daughters nail tech. 💖💖💖 10 out of 10; Highly recommend Tiana.

    I had a wonderful experience today at Essentials of Brandon. @sukitrupia was my stylist. She was very sweet, she took her time, she explained everything to me about what I wanted and how she could best deliver it. We were able to make the best decision for my hair and it turned out great! The young ladies at the front desk were super friendly and prompt about returning my call. The decor was on point! Even the owners showed attention and care to the customers by checking on us and offering Waters. I will definitely return, and I have found a stylist Im settling with. 😁😁😁

    I used to come here For a quick gift or girls day this spa was my happy spot. They have everything hair, nails, spa, and a beautiful boutique as well. Make sure u ask what your massage artist is specialized in for best experience ! Unfortunately management lacks communication and problem solving I have had my fill of unprofessional experiences and myself, family and friends will not be back I come here to relax always not to feel like a problem.

    Went here for my first massage and the experience was amazing! I had the relaxation massage by Tina. The pressure was a bit lighter than I expected, but I’m sure it’s because it was for relaxation not a deep tissue massage. Love the atmosphere and decent prices. I will definitely be coming back

    My wife has been a client here for a couple years. I recently booked a pedicure appointment here before an upcoming cruise. Camille was the best! She did a fantastic job and was super knowledgeable and high attention to detail! I was so impressed I booked again and will be a regular customer from now on!     Went for a mani-pedi date with my 4 yr old and she loved it. Tiana did her nails and Camille did mine, and both ladies were awesome. Lisa Carpus and I have been going to this ball for several years, to include their previous location.We feel like we’re family when we walk in the door.     I’ve been receiving wonderful services from Essentials for years, but never tried their salon. Well, I have to say that my experience exceeded my expectations! Avis combines professionalism with expertise to create a look that makes my hair look great! She gives one of the best hair washes I’ve had in years and the products are gentle and conditioning for my hair. Avis is caring and very attentive to what you have to say because she wants you to leave feeling beautiful.

    Went in to get a deep tissue massage to address a mean tailbone pain that Ive had for a couple of weeks now. Tina attended me and she was amazing! She asked what my issues were and immediately started working on me to identify the possible causes. She also gave me some recommendations as to how to treat it. After the session, I went and booked another one with her. 100% recommended.

    Amazing service. They were able to fit me in with very short notice for both a customized facial and a deep tissue massage. If youre getting a facial I recommend Eleni - a wonderful, warm person who is just a treat to talk to.     Well located with ample parking, upon entering it was an ambiance of sensory relaxation with smiling faces and polished counters and casual comfortable seating.For my first visit I filled out a simple one page questionnaire that covered the basic information succinctly.Lauren was my amiable and adept masseuse for 50 minutes of deep tissue massage.She was very competent and knowledgeable with her skills.Additionally she and I were able to carry on a lengthy conversation while she worked the kinks and tightness out of my body.I highly recommend this place for these reasons along with the fact that the rates are very modest.

    I have been a customer at Essentials since 2018. I always see Lauren for my deep tissue massage and she is the best. I drive 30 minutes to see her, passing several other spas on the way. She’s that good. The front desk staff is always so friendly as well. Highly recommend Essentials!

    I have done facials and massages here. All the experiences have been great They did a facial on my teenage son as well as having licensed massage therapists for my 10-year-old. Having kids in sports and being able to get them a massage every now and then its really nice. The staff is very friendly the building and rooms are all nice and clean. The decor is very nice and relaxing. All the prices are upfront and available which is nice and comparison to other massage places I have been in the area.

    I moved to Brandon 3 years ago, and I was blessed to find Essentials shortly after moving. I have herniated discs in both my neck and low back. I have also given birth to three children in the past 5 years. Therapeutic massages from Essentials have been essential to maintaining my health. Most recently, Christopher was my massage therapist, and he is absolutely wonderful. He always listens to what my problem area is at the time, and I am able to walk out the door with more range of motion and less stress.My mother-in-law visits from New York and utilizes Essentials often for her hair. She always boasted about Kaitlyn, so I finally made an appointment for a cut and style. I must say that Kaitlyn brought my hair back to life. It is curling well again and so much healthier.Everyone at Essentials is always so kind and helpful whether calling in to set an appointment or checking out with Kelly and Candace.I HIGHLY recommend Brandon Essentials on Bloomingdale! Oh, and they are very affordable. Their slogan, “Affordable Luxury” is true through and through. It is a first class establishment. I was shocked when I walked in for the first time.     Visit this place every few months. Staff is always friendly, price is fare and I always leave feeling better than I walked in.     I’ve been here to the Brandon location a few times and have had a few different therapists who have been great. The place is clean, the staff is friendly but my only issue is their timing of the massages. They book for 50 mins and in the industry that usually means 50mins hands on the client. For some reason they only accomplish 40 mins on the client and 10 mins to dress and undress. So essentially your only paying for 40mins. I’ve timed it every time and every time it’s been the same. I come here because the rates are the best around and I can’t complain about that. So that’s why they didn’t get the full 5 stars but it’s still a great place with a kind relaxing atmosphere.

    I had a great therapeutic massage by Jason! Very relaxing facility with comfortable chairs in the lobby, kind receptionists, and a comfortable massage bed. Jason was very friendly and had great stories to share about his travels. The massage was very relaxing, but also worked the muscles in a “hurts so good” kind of way, which is exactly what I wanted. He even gave me some stretching tips at the end based on which muscles were tight and in regards to my very physically demanding job. 100% recommend and I’ll definitely be going again!

    My husband & I were visiting Brandon area and both received massages. I had Jared as my therapist and my husband had Jessica. They were both amazing! It was funny cause my husband was like “ mine was so good” and I’m like, but you don’t understand, “mine was so good!” We we’re both in need of massages and we’re actually happy for each other that we both came out so relaxed! (sometimes you don’t get that lucky) Jared nailed each spot dead on and was very fluid with his technique. Most times, being that I have implants, I have to ask for a pillow or towel to make my comfort better but the massage table was so comfortable, I didn’t have to this time…which is key for me. Everyone was so polite from check in to check out :) I even bought a SUPERCUTE necklace at their boutique! Very impressed with this salon! Happy camper all around!     You walk into a very modern but elegant and relaxing and highly professional massage spa.     This was my first time there as a Mothers Day gift from my son. Massage therapist was very good. My son told me I would be getting treated to a complimentary glass of wine or champagne, but none was offered. I did see some women with it though. When I arrived I told the young lady at the front desk it was my first time. She had me fill out the paperwork, but did not introduce me to any of the amenities, services or make me feel very welcome.     I wanted to share an amazing experience I had at Essentials Massage and Facials of Brandon on 12-22-2021. It was a last minute appointment and I needed something due to migraine headaches. I was booked with Jessica and when I tell you AMAZING…. She was hands down amazing. I booked a Neuromuscular, which is not for the weak stomach. It is a VERY intense massage, extremely painful, and days after makes you very sore, but worth it! She knew exactly what areas to focus on and made sure to check on me periodically about the pressure. I highly recommend her, because I know if she can do Neuromuscular so well, I am sure relaxation and deep tissue are a breeze for her. On another note, the front desk staff were extremely helpful and very professional!!

    I’ve always gone to the Big Bend location as it’s more convenient for me, BUT, today I called for an appointment and understandably they were booked.. so I called this Brandon location and I am so happy for many reasons. They had an opening for me, they were so welcoming and professional, the space was huge and beautiful, AND my amazing masseuse Johanna allowed me to enjoy my massage in peace. I’m not sure why but any other time I’ve had a massage (EVERY TIME), my masseuse, no matter who it is, thinks I want to chop up a conversation the whole time.. thankfully I cannot say the same and I am so very relieved lol I’ve been loyal to the Big Bend location but I can officially say this Brandon location will be my new location.     I had a terrible experience at the Riverview location and the Brandon management team was kind enough to reach out to me to invite me to their location. I am really glad I did, what a difference! From the moment you walk in the door the staff was extremely friendly and the atmosphere was welcoming. I have to say I had one of the best facials. The table was very comfortable and the products are top of the line. Eleni took her time to tell me about the products she was using and how they would help my skin. She was very knowledgeable about the products and is a master at her work. She not only helped my skin, but she helped me relax!     Amy and Tina are the best!! This is my second massage with Amy and I promise she works the stress and tension out of every muscle I have! My husband had Tina and he says the pressure she applied was just enough for him to feel it and leave him completely relaxed. I have visited numerous places for chemical peels, and found out today I can get the same service there for a third of the cost of other places. They get all the knots out. You will actually walk away relaxed, until the routine of life takes a swing you. Theyll say you need to increase your water intake afterwards and they are right. It helped me feel so much better.

    Excellent experience !!! I have been to several massage establishments and this one is bye far the best. Wonderful desk personnel who greated me immediately as I entered. The therapist I have had were all excellent, willing to listen to what I needed and expected out of my message. I would highly recommend Brandon Essentials to everyone for an excellent spa experience.

    Had a massage with Tina and a facial with Eleni and both were beyond fabulous! Tina and Eleni are both so kind and knowledgeable. Services were both excellent! Highly recommend!

    I go here every two weeks for a deep tissue massage and Jason is amazing! Very knowledgeable and explains why you may be more tense in certain areas and how he can fix it. Also, there is no contracts so you book as needed. Highly recommend!
