Billie is one of the best brow stylists out there! She always knows what to do and always makes my eyebrows look phenomenal. She has the brightest smile and is always full of positive energy. I always look forward to seeing her. She’s is so sweet and I love her soooo much! I’ve gotten my eyebrows waxed at another place before, but I didn’t like them and decided that I only want Billie touching my eyebrows. Billie truly knows what she is doing!

I have been seeing Billie at the brow bar for about two years and she is AMAZING! She is so personable and truly makes an attempt to connect with each or her clients. Her waxing is gentle and also husband approved! I recommend Billie to anyone looking for a brow artist!

This was my first time coming to this Ulta Beauty or even doing a brow bar instead of a hair stylist. I absolutely loved my results, I had Billie ( Which most others had 😊 ) and she held up an amazing conversation and kept me distracted while waxing my eyebrows. She was so kind and helpful and this was a wonderful experience. I wish I lived in FL so I could keep coming back. 🤍
