I selected next available, which I guess was Tina according to your app. I arrived a few minutes early, saw Tina do something on the register and then went into the back room. I thought she was on a break but she never returned. Waited 30 minutes past my appointment time until a different stylist took me. She did a great job but I will be sure NEVER to see Tina again. Past visits observed that Tina was grouchy, and nasty to other customers.

Had a great experience here. Myself and my son both got our hair done. I wish I could recall names, but my sons hairdresser pulled him right out of his shell and it was surprising and fun to watch. Then after she was all done, he wanted more cut and she didnt seem to mind at all.My hairdresser was on POINT with telling me how it was and what she thought... I was going to dye my hair and whatever she said, I went with toner and left feeling beautiful.Isnt that the whole point of going to the salon? I dont know how many times I leave a salon feeling... disappointed. Not here.I am excited to go back and think we will be coming here from now on.

This was my first visit to Supercuts in Camelot Isles. The ease of setting up the appointment through the app was a breeze. I especially liked that I could pick my preferred stylist and time slot as well. One reason I chose this salon was its location within walking distance of my home. The other was the favorable reviews about their stylist Tina. I was able to book an appointment with Tina 2 hours in advance which was very convenient. There was a short wait after my arrival, however not long enough to be an inconveience. Tina seated me as soon as she completed her previous client and asked specific questions on how I would like my hair to be cut. She also offered very good suggestions and allowed me to respond, rather than going ahead with her scissors. She took her time and was an absolute perfectionist. Her techniques rivaled stylists in some of the high end salons that Ive visited. When she was finished with my cut, I had compliments from her coworkers and another client waiting in the wings. I have definitely found my girl in Cape Coral. One of the best for sure!

Today I went to get a haircut with Danielle, and even do she did a good job, when I went back home I felt like she didn’t finish the job, so I went back to the location to get it finished, but she wasn’t there, so I told the other ladies about it, and they told me they would finish the job, so Nella was the one that finish the job, and she did an amazing job, I love the way she did my hair, from now on I want Nella to do my hair; Thanks Nella !!!

Great location with easy parking. Next to a Publix grocery store, so super convenient. Very friendly staff. I only get a buzz-cut so giving 5 stars would be overkill, but my cut was exactly the way I like it and I would definitely go back.
