I’ve had a wonderful experience so far and am currently on my second electrolysis package. Theresa is upfront about pricing and clear about what to expect from the treatment. Unlike another place I tried for laser hair removal that falsely claimed it would be permanent, Theresa was honest and transparent from the start. If you are looking for effective and trustworthy electrolysis, I highly recommend Theresas Face and Body!

To add to this review, I forgot to say that if I have to call for an unscheduled appointment, which I had to do, Theresa will do her best to work me in or add me which means she has to stay later then planned. She is dedicated to her clients and has their needs put above hers. I have had electrolysis in the past. Theresa place is clean, she is professional, and provides a service that not only eliminates the hair but doesnt stress your face after she removes the hair. I had a facial also. My skin has never looked so pink and fresh!

I have been coming here to do electrolysis for the past 6 months. The first week I came I was extremely self conscious and nervous. She made me feel so comfortable in my own skin and able to proceed with electrolysis. I am a nurse and going to a shop that is very clean and sterile is important to me. She explains things in a way that both medical personnel and non-medical can understand. I enjoy my weekly sessions with her. The progress my skin has made is excellent!She always provides me with a private and safe spa. She works around my schedule and when I have appointments after a long shift she create a soothing environment, which I greatly appreciate.

I can not tell you how much I love Teresa. Her knowledge, and experience is amazing. I am very new to Florida and have never had any sort of electrolysis or waxing done ever in my life. Im here specifically for electrolysis to prepare for phalloplasty, and Theresa has made this an incredibly safe and stress free process.She takes the time and effort to make sure you are informed about every aspect and step of the process. She provides fantastic pre and post care instructions and excellently flexibile scheduling as well.I was nervous about finding an electrolygist who was trans competent and nearby, and she blew it out of the water. Decades of experience in her field and her passion really shows through. Its wonderful to have someone local providing this service to our community.She even set me up with blue light therapy for aftercare at no extra charge - very sweet addition to her service.I would recommend her any day, and Im excited to tell my surgeon about her so other trans people in need of electrolysis can be sent in her direction.

What a wonderful person. She has not only helped me with my Electrolosis problems, which are 100% better than when we started, but even when I had knee replacement. I started to retain fluid on the knee which was extremely painful. She took the time to explain what was going on and what she could do to help me. I was at the point where I almost couldn’t walk and she massaged my leg, helped push the fluid out, gave me immediate relief which helped with my physical therapy. I have been attending Theresas Spa for almost 4 months now and I have to say that this is hands down the best experiences Ive had at any spa. Theresa is very realistic with times and makes it known to the clients with clarity what to expect. I am a huge person on respect and Theresa has nothing but respect to her clients. She cares so much about her clients that she will even go the extra mile to assure that her clients are comfortable with the temperature of the spa and also keeps clean with proper COVID cleanings and research. Her customer service is on point she waited for us to arrive and took us in.My girl did the 90 min deep tissue massage to help her with knots in her shoulder. Let me say this when Theresa asked what was her most bothered areas and they would start from there I knew we were in good hands. When my girl came out relaxed and felt much better. Ive always had trouble with my skin...its both extremely dry and oily. I began seeing Theresa for skin treatments and electrolysis to shape my eyebrows. After only a couple of appointments my skin was noticeably smoother and incredibly clear. My dry spots were gone and my over-active oily skin completely under control. I also had electrolysis done for the first time, which was easy and well worth the visits. While my eyebrows are not terribly unruly, I did want them shaped a little so that I wasnt constantly plucking them and going for twice monthly visits to have them threaded and now thanks to Theresa I no longer have to do this. The office is lovely, warm and inviting. Soft music is played during the visit and its completely relaxing. Theresa is incredibly knowledgeable and a complete professional. Theresa is an excellent esthetician and a caring massage therapist. She does a very thorough massage and I felt the time spent with her was most worthwhile. In one session she alleviated 90% of my sciatic and neck pain. Theresa also did a great job waxing my underarms and eyebrows. She was careful with my skin and even applied cortisone cream after the treatment, which calmed my skin down immediately. Also,I had no ingrown hairs after the treatment and my skin recovered beautifully. The facial that I had with her was relaxing and helped to hydrate my skin due blotches on my skin which was lifted by a couple of her peels. Theresa was unbelievable. It was my first time waxing my back so I was a bit nervous based on my prior experience getting my chest waxed. When I got my chest waxed the technician didnt tell me how to properly care for my skin after, she also didnt help me prepare for the pain like Theresa did. Theresa is knowledgeable in muscle groups and tells you to tighten your skin so you dont risk microtears from pulling hair off of loose skin. She also texted me the morning after to see how my skin was doing. She gave me advice on how to care for it and for how long in order to avoid inflammation, whiteheads or ingrown hairs. I was in Cape Coral on Vacation. I had no luck finding someone to give me a Male Brazilian in Michigan. I checked google while I was in Cape Coral and based on reviews and videos , I decided that Teresa was the only one that I wanted to provide me with this service. She told me that in order to keep this up, I should come back every 6 to 8 weeks, but not having any luck finding someone to do this in Michigan , She made some calls and referred me to a place nearby where I could keep it up. She was Very Professional and used the utmost care while working with me. So, my journey starts when i began waxing a year ago. After my 1st wax from another place (not in cape coral), i was surprised to have so much pain from ingrowns and what looked like infected boils. Crazy right. I asked the girls who waxed what can i do for treatment? They advised me to keep getting waxed and i should stop getting horrible breakouts.. Lol. Boy were they wrong.
