    I have been seeing Alexa for my nails for over a year and have my appointments scheduled out months in advance as she is that amazing. I am never disappointed with my nails, even when I don’t have an idea she busts out with yet another killer set for me. I alway have a great time when I come here. Never going back to a turn and burn nail salad again.

    This is my favorite nail salon in town! I moved away for a bit and I just went back there for the first time in years! It was so nice to see lots of familiar faces and no one can top their skills. No matter what design I ask for, they nail it every time ❤️Loving my Halloween nails!!! 🎃

    I’ve been going to Raquel loyally for 3 years now. Every time, whether I wanted to go darker or lighter, she always kills it. Love her and will continue to only go to her for my hair 🫶🏻

    I have gone here multiple times to this location. Ive been to the coralwood one too twice. But my review would be different. I am coming back to NE location for a cut. Raquel is ready good. She is young, upbeat, has a good eye for a style. I went for nails ones too but left unsatisfied. In fact neither of 2 locations has anyone that did a good job with natural nails but NE was better since at least she knew what to do (sort of), the coralwood appointment was simply terrible as they gave me a tech who only knows how to work on fake nails. But when I have to refile my nails after a salon visit in general or fix cuticles then it was not a come back to service. Also the girl on the front desk that Ive seen last year not friendly but rather borderline rude. She is not pleasant to speak to. Ones my hair appointment was cancelled the day of and she never even apologized for the inconvenience when called me, the owner was aware of this instance. Overal I am happy with my hair services and will recommend Raquel.

    Really love this salon, they do amazing work & always make sure your happy which means a lot these days. Adela is my nail tech & she is seriously just the best at what she does but all the ladies & staff there are great too! 10/10 recommend, profiles uses the best products & has the prettiest color/glitter options too.

    Katherine is the best nail tech! She is fun, personable, and always on point with nail designs and ideas. She is like family! Makayla is also a wonderful receptionist. She is friendly and hard working. I have been coming to Profiles for years and have my standing appointments booked out through 2027! 💗

    I’ve been going here for over 5 years for my nails. I could not recommend this place enough!!! I’ve seen many nail technicians and they all do absolutely amazing work. My personal favorites are Katherine, Michele, and Alexa. But I can honestly say that every nail tech at profiles on pine island does incredible work.

    Katherine is the absolute best! She’s been doing my nails for a few years now and they have never looked or felt better. I used to hate going to the nail salon and saw it as a drag and a chore but now because of Katherine, I look forward to it! She’s the only person that’s ever been able to keep me coming back.

    This location and staff are Amazing!!!! I love my gel toes done by PEYTON. She is so gentle and takes her time to perfect.I also did my full set stilettos with MICHELE who is so detailed, creative and patient! I love my nails as usual so beautiful 🤩 I recommend Profiles for all your needs.

The price is affordable and the atmosphere is so welcoming. Im looking forward to seeing them again. I will be going to them for all of my beauty needs. They do nails and hair. I just love them. Im so glad that I went.

    I went here for about a year to see Peyton, every two weeks on the dot.Acrylics, they were never *amazing* but sometimes she did a good job and sometimes she just did an OK job. I would say every three visits required a repair from something within days of being doneThe last few months I visited I was unhappy with the quality of the work and had nails popping off whole, sometimes 4-5 of them within just a few days. My last fill it was recommended by her manager that she re-do the set for me but instead she just re-did the missing nails and said have a nice day. She did not even re-polish the remaining nails. This was when i decided to go to another profiles location (where i am very happy btw)There were also issues with securing an appointment every 2 weeks towards the end, I understand being busy or having things going on in life that effect work, but communicate that to your customersI always tipped $10 or more on a fill and $5 on repairs to be niceIve had one pedicure here and had I known in advance they dont even have pedicure chairs I would have skipped it. seems like that is the norm around here thoughthat being said, ive been to other salons in the cape and fort myers, and overall profiles is the best deal for your money. I have seen some amazing work from other techs here. i give 4 stars for value but wanted to be honest aboot my experience

    I have been going on Profiles for years. They are amazing!! My nail tech Michelle is the best person Ive ever had do my nails! I also love Dana! She does an awsome job on my hair. Ive never left unhappy! They are extremely sweet and friendly!! Come on in and book your next appointment with these wonderful group of women. They treat you like family!!

    I have tried nearly every nail place in Cape Coral and this profiles is the best place to get nails done in South West Florida by far. 🙌🏼 I love the friendly,CLEAN atmosphere and the owners make me feel like family the second I walk in there. I tell them how I like my nails done and I walk out with nothing less than what I asked for. Highly recommended!

    Always have wonderful nails done here! Michele and Tasha at the Cape Coral location are amazing! And Nana, Lindsey and Kaylee at the Fort Myers location are rockstars! (Those are the only ladies that have done my nails at both locations lol). Worth the money, the quality of work and the way the nails last far superseed the quailty of work i was getting done at a cheaper nail salon. Ive been seeing the ladies at Profiles for about 6 years now and wont go any where else!

    It was my first time at this location and I cant wait to continue out my service with them while I live here!Everyone was friendly from the time I walked in until the time I left feeling relaxed! I had a gel spa pedicure and ended up adding a gel manicure while I was there! Their front desk girl even called me a week later to see how my experience was❤️ Support local! Highly recommend!

    Highly experienced artist style nail art for your nails. For that special occasion I highly recommend them. I needed to have my hands look great for a friends handmade jewelry photo op. My technician had wonderful creative ideas and did a wonderful job following through. I waited about 10 minutes before I was seated. Not bad at all for no appointment.

    I needed my hair fixed from a previous very bad haircut 12 weeks ago.My appointment was with Emilee who was very kind and patient, as I was very nervous to have it cut.She blended what she could without a big chop and happy to say my curl pattern came back.I still have to let it grow but I feel so much better.I also had a touch up which was all they charged me for.A Very kind gesture to someone.I’ve gotten my toes done there for years and will now be going for my hair every 4 weeks.

    Love this place! I visit Raquel for my hair and she kills it every time. For my nails I don’t have a specific person but every time I leave happy. Price also don’t leave me feeling like I took a mortgage out to take care of myself.

    Very pleasant experience. The stylist listened to what I wanted and provided me with a few options. She checked in with me quite often to make sure I was comfortable and that I was happy with the way my cut and blow dry was progressing. Employees are friendly and helpful and it is a very busy and active salon.

    I live in Ft Lauderdale and I was introduced to this place by my best friend, who lives in Cape Coral, while I was visiting...I love it here! The people and atmosphere are top-notch!! I love it so much that I drive over once a month from Ft Lauderdale to get my nails done with Michele. I seriously have not been able to find anyone over on my side of the Alley that can do as good a job. The customer service and the quality of the work cant be beat...I just love my nails since Ive been coming over to ProFiles to get them done!! :)

    I go here all the time and I receive the best service! My nails last for weeks and never lift I also get gel toes and the colors they have to choose from are amazing. I always find ideas I want on Pinterest and every tech Ive gone too does it exactly like the picture. All in all its a great place the employees are nice its clean and fairly priced for the great quality of work.

    My nails turned out wonderful =) My only problem was that my nail tech was a little harsh. Shes probably done nails for so long that its muscle memory for her at this point and I dont blame her because she seemed and felt very confident. She cut me a couple times with the drill because she was going so fast. That is something a band aid can fix though. I just wish she would be a little more gentle because some people would not be as understanding or have the pain tolerance I have. Other then that I would for sure come again! (I didnt say her name on the review because I dont know if she would be ok with me putting her name online without her permission)

    Love this busy, trendy place. My stylist Danielle is very talented and can do magic with all types of hair (curly, straight,long, short, thinning, regular etc) and is also good with color. They have a good selection of product. The only thing i dont like is the very strong odor from the nail chemicals. They need better ventilation. I feel bad for those girls who work there and have to smell this everyday.

    I followed Nicki to this location because to customer service downtown is so horrible! This location is A LOT cleaner and the ladies are so sweet . One day I had a nail emergency and the owner, Elaina, stayed open late to do my nails !!! I thought that was pretty awesome. I absolutely love this location. Del Prado location is okay, but you can cut the tension with a knife there.

    This is the only place to go for amazing service and high quality nails, hair, and products. Lianet is such a talented, creative, passionate, and professional breath of fresh air. She takes an idea and turns it into a well executed masterpiece. The quality this salon produces is unlike any other, they arent over priced either. The atmosphere and overall ambience makes this such a relaxing and fun place to go any day of the week.

    I came in last week with my best friend for her birthday. our nails came out amazing! i love them and so does she. the salon was awesome we were greeted the second we walked in the door. they offered us something to drink and helped us picked out colors. didnt wait at all either. we saw michele and erica and they were the most friendliest people ever. i will definitely be back!!

    Beautiful nails.. some staff can be snobby, but most are fun and welcoming. Place to go if you want fun nails that last. Highly recommended appointment. Ive never been successful trying for a walk-in appointment.

    Lianet is FABULOUS!! I like to get a very sharp stiletto shape and she is the only person thats ever been able to get them how I like them. The edge lasts till my next fill without getting dull. I give her a color scheme and let her do whatever she wants and always love what she comes up with!! Shes awesome!!!

    Ive been going to profiles since i was a sophomore in highschool and im now a sophomore in college! ive been with the same nail tech for the past 4/5 years (lia) and i love her to death and makes my visit always enjoyable and so relaxing! not to mention most of the time i go in not knowing what i want she is creative enough to come up with the cutest things! recommend this profiles to everyone and i definitely recommend lia to everyone
