Kayla has been fantastic & she has super reasonable prices for eyelash extensions. I have unreasonable anxiety regarding the service and on my first appointment was not able to get the lash install because my anxiety was so high about the procedure. I felt terrible for taking up her booking but then not letting her perform the service. She was incredibly understanding & did not pressure me at all, one way or the other. She said she didnt want me to feel obligated to sit thru the service if it was going to cause me high anxiety, even though that would mean losing about $100 for her. I was so bummed though, because I really wanted the lashes. She was so understanding and worked with me. Above and beyond. She allowed me to book another appointment for myself and my sister to come together so that I could watch and also to have my sister there to help keep me calm. She let me book up 2 more spots, not knowing if wed even show up- it could have been a huge waste of her time. Still she did it for me. Then when we did arrive she let me sit and watch my sisters lashes be installed and explained everything to me. She even let me ask a million questions. Then when it came time for me to try again, I was feeling so much more relaxed about it but she still went above and beyond. Letting me do one eye at a time, constantly checking in with me to be sure I was doing OK. She even reached out to me a few days after to see how I liked my results! All of this (fair prices, super gentle, understanding, going above and beyond to cater to my needs and work around my unreasonable anxiety) AND she did a GREAT JOB TOO! Definitely recommend!!! -
