    UPDATE:The owner of the salon contacted me right after I posted the original review (see bellow).I was invited to come back and she was going to fix it herself. I was informed a little while later that unhappy customers have a grace period of 3 days to come back in and get their lashes fixed (I was not told about that at my original visit) and I am glad I was told about that as I got to go in and get it redone by the owner herself and it looks great now.I talked to her and she told me that some techs have different styles and perhaps the issue was that the tech had a different style and did not achieve a more dramatic look for me as the preferences we give them can be subjective.Now I am scheduled to do my maintenance with the owner herself as she is more in tune with my style of lashes, since I like a more dramatic look preference.I am glad that they took the time to care and make things right for me. I will do my best to keep coming back here, since now I know that they do care and want to have their clients happy with their results.---------------------------------------------ORIGINAL REVIEW:Sadly when a place discriminates against a coupon they placed themselves on the internet things go bad.The problems started from the scheduling of the appointment, I got a Groupon as I just moved in this state and wanted an affordable way to find my new lash spot.When I called to make the appointment they said that ā€œthe Groupon techā€ was going to be there whatever the day and they scheduled me for that day. I asked about that and they said that they only had one person tending to Groupon clientsā€¦. Their reason as per themselves is that they have the least experienced tech doing the Groupon clients for practice and clientele buildingā€¦. So I was a practice subject without my consent as I assumed I would get the same quality and expertise as everyone elseā€¦.When I arrived I must say it is a nice spot and the staff is friendly. The tech comes out and tells me itā€™s going to take about two hours to get the extensions onā€¦ she asked me if I wanted longer and what style, I told her I wanted long but not too much, I know is subjective but I did say I did not want short. And I said I wanted a cat eye. I also purchased a natural volume package. As per the photos on the Groupon looked the most full and girlie.The entire service took 2.5 hours I noticed she spent so much time on my left eyeā€¦ which looking in the mirror I noticed that the left has more volume than the right. I did not get cat eye, the lash looks straight throughā€¦. It literally looks like I am wearing regular glued on lashes and it is not girlie and cute at all. It is hard to explain but it doesnā€™t look good.Also the very end of my lids have nearly no extensions. It looks really bad and not feminine at all.I felt weird to say something as I am a people pleaser and even scheduled a maintenance appointment that I will most likely cancel cause I did not like this at all and if in my first experience there they cared less for me coming back and more for how much I paid, hence giving me a not well experienced person that would not impress me with my results I am afraid to see what the follow up appointment will be.My first impression of this place is that there is a discrimination based on the price you payā€¦ and to make it worse, I paid for a Groupon that THEY had put in the appā€¦ thatā€™s sad. Cause I really wanted a nice place to do my lashes and this is not it.And I know the business might reply saying I didnā€™t say anything at the moment. Yea I did not, once I had the time to get home and look at that it looks like I could put together the words to say how I feel. It is clear is not a cat eye. And even if I had said something I was there already for 2.5 hours for them to fix this it would have wasted more of my time. And I did not want to have someone upset at me complaining having access to put glue on my eye balls.Now I have to deal with my ugly straight fake looking lashes. See pics.

    Today was my first time getting lash extensions. I booked with Alissah! I was referred to her by multiple friends. My lashes came out amazing! She was so informative and attentive to all the things that I like when it came to how I wanted my lashes done. She was so welcoming and very sweet! They came out perfect!     Booked with Alissah for the Lash Lift and Tint. This was my first Lash anything and she did a great job!My lashes are pretty short but this lift and tint and exactly the natural lift I was looking for!Anyse is another Lash tech and before my appointment she took the time to explain to me the entire before and after process. Recommend me products and talk about any concerns. The conversation didnā€™t benefit her at all and she still took the time to give me detailed well informed information!!Such a great place. Iā€™ll be back.

    Alissah made the whole process so easy. She is so gentle too. we started out with a lash lift and tint and I plan to do lash extensions next visit, for something more dramatic. She really helped me decide what was best for my vacation coming up in a few days based on the activities I will be doing. She was so easy to talk with and I have no sensitivity to my eyes at all (has been a problem in the past for me). I trust no one else with my lashes at this point, she is my instant ride or die (itā€™s a bonus we had plenty of similar interests to discuss during the apt too!) you are the best!     I wouldnā€™t trust anyone but Crystal with my lashes, theyā€™re always amazing and I constantly get compliments on them! Plus, itā€™s awesome that I donā€™t have to wear mascara anymore! Thereā€™s plenty of free parking and the studio is clean and there is plenty of free parking. I would never go anywhere else!

    My experience has been one of excitement It started with Esme the lash artist a year ago . I came in for a consultation for my eyebrows. My brows were a mess !! Esme took me through this journey of new experiences from waxing to coloring to shaping and finally to micro blading . Introducing me to Melina who is very professional and has a lot of knowledge . The consultation was excellent the advice given for post care was spot on !! The result oh man I feel like a new woman with loads of confidence !! I have been referring Esme and her girls ever since . I am impressed so much that I have introduced my daughter who is 12 to Alise who does her facials . Again the professionalism and knowledge she had was spot on . The results are great ! I have final found a my place !!!!

    Ingrid is why I come here! Everyone is sweet, but she is so talented! I canā€™t ever feel her working on me and my lash retention was great three weeks out.. probably could had waited even longer to get a fill she did so good. Clean and cute studio, love coming here so much I drive 40m to get lashes here. Previously a dekalash girlie but materials used here are definitely higher qualityā€¦

    Being new to Florida, I was worried about not finding the right lash artist! With lash addict studio it was the opposite I was able to find Esme and she was perfect! She did my lashes better than the picture I used. The salon is inviting and the girls have been so nice to anyone coming in! I love that the salon is always improving with a new facial feature and Iā€™m sure more to come!

    MARIANNE Brown has gone to Crystal to have her lashes done for the past 3-4 yrs. Crystal is always prompt and does a very thorough job. I really love her new location. Itā€™s a relaxing environment and does not take her long to put the lashes on. My lashes also last a long time. They stay on, Not fall off in a few days. I usually can get 3to 4 weeks out of them before returning for an hour retouch.I always get compliments on how beautiful they are.     Crystal is so quick, extremely sufficient and impeccable with her work, and always has a great energy about herself. Iā€™ve been going to Crystal since May 2016 and I have never once been disappointed. I recently saw Jen for lashes because I was booking last minute and Crystal was all booked up, but Jen did just as an amazing job AND the retention on my lashes lasted well over 4 weeks. At that point I still had so many lashes on and was still enjoying the look without looking incredibly sparse.*Although I donā€™t recommend going 4+ weeks for a fill, I will state that my job as a beauty model on television doesnā€™t allow me to have false lashes for my beauty shows (because I model their brand mascaras on air) so I ended up having them removed* :( Which I was INCREDIBLY sad about because they still looked AMAZING after 4 weeks!These girls wonā€™t ever let you down! Never have and I know they never will!

    This was my first experience receiving professional lashes and I must say I am glad that I chose to check this place out. Jen did an amazing job on my lashes.. I explained my concern of wearing glasses to work so I wanted them short and natural looking and she did just that! It was so comfortable and relaxing that I think I may have took a little nap. Crystal was there as well with a client and these ladies both were just so SWEET and made you feel welcomed. I have my fill in apt already set.     I have been with Crystal for 2 years straight and would never go to anyone else! She is a perfectionist who truest loves what she does.     Crystal is amazing!!! I have been going to her for years and just love this girl! I am extremely picky when it comes to my lashes.     This studio is amazing. The space is so clean and I actually look forward to getting my lashes done here because they really focus on making the customer experience relaxing and positive.I have been getting my lashes done with Crystal for years and sheā€™s the only one I trust to do it. She is so gentle and makes me feel really safe (she even had blankets and pillows to make you more comfortable) which is important when someoneā€™s working around your eyes! There are a lot of lash artists out there but I knew Crystal was a cut above when she asked what I wanted and actually delivered. She has such a sweet personality but you can tell she truly enjoys her work, itā€™s not just a job for her. She does the best work Iā€™ve seen and her prices are reasonable too. Best money Iā€™ve spent and she keeps me looking good!

    My big hesitation with trying permanent lashes was that it was not going to look natural. A close friend recommended Crystal Hardy and assured me that Ms. Hardy was not just a professional at what she does, but also listens to your concerns/wants and truly offers the best recommendation for each personalized look. I was planning on only using lashes for a trip. Six months later, Im still going and officially a convert. Booking an appointment is easy and convenient - which I appreciate; and the customer service is impeccable. I would not go to anyone else.

    Seriously such an awesome location, space, easy operating system for scheduling appointments. Great relaxing/chill atmosphere that is judgement free. Alexia has done my brows henna and tinted she is so sweet, accommodating to my schedule and mindful of what I want.     Crystal is AMAZING. I had been getting my lashes done for two years straight with one lash artist, and when I had to move to St Pete for work I was WORRIED about finding a new artist.
