I have gotten filler a few times and was not happy with the results. I decided to go to Amy Bayon to fix my lips. She dissolved them and then put in more filler and did such an amazing job she is the best in town! 😍 I will never go to anyone else!

I have been going to Academic Alliance for many years, but I am new to this office. On my last visit I received a chemical peel. Gloria and Minou did an absolutely amazing job. This was my first peel, they answered all of my questions, and I am so happy with the results! I plan on going back in a few months for another one! Apart from that, this office is amazing. Every time I visit the staff has been so kind and friendly! (I think one womans name might be Alex. She is so sweet!) Lovely environment and atmosphere :)

The staff are very professional and courteous. You are warmly welcomed by Elie at the desk, Minou the medical assistant is very professional courteous and extremely efficient and compassionate. Gloria Lopez ARNP took excellent care of me and told me what she was doing every step of the way. I will recommend this practice to anyone, they truly care.

I have been receiving UBV treatments for several months and can’t say enough wonderful things about The MA, Minou. She is so helpful and concerned that the previous visit went well and no problems. Minou is very informative on the UBV process snd makes me feel comfortable with the treatments. I have seen a few other MA’s that set up the treatments but none of them have had near the concern and compassion or knowledge that Minou has. She is the reason I have continued my treatments with AAD. It’s very difficult to find and keep excellent employees these day’s so make sure you hold onto this gem of an employee.

I am a new patient and just had a seamless experience at this office. Even though I was running late I was taken care of with no lowered standard and felt everything was under control.Everyone was so friendly and walked me through everything. Gloria, my NP gave me different options for treatment and I felt comfortable asking questions.What stuck out to me was that everyone (from front desk to practitioner) was involved with interest, and as a patient you weren’t just passed from one person to the next. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by two very lovely team members operating the front desk. I don’t recall their names, but each one of them was in fantastic spirit.For my screening / care I saw Gloria, a Nurse Practitioner, and Minoo (probably didn’t spell her name correctly) a nurse, and both of them were extremely pleasant. I enjoyed my experience, even with having 3 biopsies, simply for the fact that I was treated by very kind and sincere people. This was an incredibly refreshing healthcare experience. Absolutely recommend.

I cannot recommend a practice in higher regard than this.From the call to schedule, communication and sign in. They are all very friendly, and accommodating.The facilities very clean and modern.Dr. Zook has got this way of making clients feel at ease, relaxed, and hes extremely helpful in answering any questions with all his knowledge and experience. His medical staff all blend well with him. As a team they will always get me back as needed.I actually enjoy the visit and miss my old medical days. Dr. Zook and his staff are AMAZING! The minute I walked in the door, I was greeted in a friendly and kind manner. Dr. Zook is extremely knowledgeable and honestly, the nicest doctor I have ever met! Andrea is fabulous and so sweet. She helped me in such a kind way. This group of people makes going to a doctor’s appointment actually enjoyable! If I could give 100 stars, I would!!!

I have been going to Minou for quite some time. She takes very good care of me and always very friendly. She takes her time with me and always listens to my concerns. I have to have 2 shots in my stomach every 3 months. She is very gentle with me. And I am very comfortable with her.

I had to go in for my follow up on my scalp and the doctor looked me over and saw 2 spots to remove on my back. I was nervous since I’ve never had anything removed before. They shot was legit NOTHING as well as the procedure quickly following. Anesthetic took 2 seconds and it was numb. I was in and out of the appointment within 20 minutes of walking through the front door! Great work by Dr and Minou! Couldn’t rave enough about how easy and pain free it truly was.

Im gonna make this short and sweet I had a big wort thing? on my right hand that inhibited a lot of my daily activities and Im right handed. I was told by my primary years ago that I would have to see a plastic surgeon and get hand surgery which meant stitches, long time healing, possibly cripple my hand, scarring et cetera. So I opted not to go that route and did not get a second opinion. Fast forward 7 years later I visited AAD Clearwater and was very pleased to say the least, when Gloria and her assistant decided to come in and fully handle it in one visit by removing this extremely annoying and painful burden on my right hand in a very efficient and painless procedure. I was in-and-out and rid of something that had affected my life every day for 10 plus years! You cant imagine! I almost cried in their presence but waited until I got home. I am happy and can play guitar once again, along with many other activities with 0 pain and anguish! Ive been coming to the Clearwater office for about 2 years on and off. Usually Im seen by Gloria and Minou. I come to really appreciate their skills and their genial personalitys making me feel both comfortable and like a family member. I recently made a move 2 hours away, but will continue to come here, making this Clearwater office my go to Dermatologist. ( I would give more stars if I could} One thing I forgot to mention, one day Gloria found a cancer on my back it turned out to be melanoma, she found it early thankfully, I would have never spotted it, I have since progressed from 3 month checkups to 6 month check ups. I may owe them my life.

Besides Doctor Zook, the entire staff is so friendly and helpful. Yvette and Minou usually greet me, take my temp and sweep me back to the UVB treatment room. This has been a life saver for me.If you are looking for your perfect office, Clearwater is the best!!

This is the third Dermatologist Office Ive taken my daughter to since moving to Florida 4 years ago. So far we are very happy. Waiting time has always been short each visit and Ms. Gloria always takes time to explain whats going on with her skin and what our treatment options are. My teenage daughter is able to choose what works best for her schedule/lifestyle with no pressure for repeat or unnecessary visits. Most recently she went in to have a small wart removed from her wrist. Even though she made the choice to have it numbed and cut off that day, she was a little scared about the shot and removal. They distracted her, made her laugh, and worked super fast. She was like, Oh...thats it? I would definitely recommend this place.

Wow! What an awesome dermatologist and staff! I came in today with concerns on my skin and left with answers and a sense of relief. I have been to doctors before and I felt down when I left, but Dr. Zook and his staff did the opposite. They are absolutely incredible people and I highly recommend them.

Needed to find a dermatologist in the area..So glad I found this place. Everything from signing in to checking out was a breeze. The entire staff is very friendly and make you feel welcome. I had the pleasure of having Semhar Mekonen, ARNP, do my body exam. She was very personable and made me feel at ease.She took her time , probably spent 20 min with me, going over everything and answering any questions I may have had. I would definitely recommend her. She is very knowledgeable and professional. Overall a great experience, actually made my visit to a dermatologist quite stress free..thanks to academy alliance of dermatology in clearwater.

God touched this place because they are very good at treating patients and in my personal experience I can tell you that Dr. Gina Spohn is a wonderful human being and an excellent professional.
