Cory and his team are absolutely amazing! I can say how grateful I am for everyone! I worked with Cory 8 years ago when he made me a custom work station for my first independent suite to this day that station is in perfect condition— fast forward he completed all the custom cabinetry for my new salon with 7 suites! I’ve always came with a vision and Cory puts it together in real life. He really takes the time and patience into creating the perfect fit for your salon. All my cabinets are perfectly sized and coordinated to make the most out of your storage! He has a wide range of styling chairs and shampoo bowls to order from and his amazing team delivered and installed everything perfectly! Cory and his staff in office and out have been such a delight to work with while the salon was being renovated and he is with you every step of the way to make sure everything is aligned and perfect when you open those doors. Pam and Corey were wonderful in helping me to design my Studio suites and making sure everything fit in the space the way it was supposed to. Pam was kind enough to hold my hand and guide me through the process, helping me to pick the best equipment for my needs and budget. I am eight years in with my equipment and have had no issues other than normal wear and tear and they have been very helpful in managing that. They have become my first and only stop for any of my salon equipment needs. They seem to genuinely care about you and your business.My salon has all American-made stations and chairs by Collins. Ive been very happy.

Cory & Joe - we appreciate all of your hard work! We ordered eight custom built stylist stations and had a specific date that we needed these to be delivered by. Cory was great with communication and made sure that we were happy with our results. The stations were delivered by the due date - perfect, no blemishes, no imperfections and gorgeous. Thank you! Most recently, one of our Brio Hair Dryers needed parts and Joe was great about helping us find out the exact parts that we needed and helped us with ordering and shipping the parts out asap! I have owned my salon for 9yrs and have leaned on AB salón for all my needs! They have top notch quality inventory! I bought a mat from another place and have been dissatisfied! I went back and Pam was wonderful! Their staff has all been very helpful! Terry is amazing always willing to help me search and help with suggestions! I wanted to thank Courtney in customer service for helping me find a styling chair that would work for my salon and meet the needs of my clients. I would like to complement the entire crew at AB Salon Equipment for their outstanding customer service. One of the chairs we purchased about 6 months ago for our med-spa, suddenly froze in one position. The AB service people came immediately to evaluate the chair. At their expense, the company had the replacement electronic part overnighted and installed, within 2 working days. When they arrived to install the part, they brought another chair, as a just-in-case loaner. This is better than 5-star customer service.

I am a chair renter and needed a nice mat for under my chair at my current salon. My husband told me that he saw AB Salon Equipment on his way to work off 66th Street N... that they may have one for me to see(in the store, NOT ONLINE) so I could see the quality of it). So today, I drove up there. The staff and owner(Pam) was super nice and showed me around the place... what they have to offer my salon, also told me about the services they offer for repairs as well! This is good to know! 🤗 The mat I bought from there is just what I was looking for and top quality for the discounted price. It’s 5/8 of an inch thick and feels super good under my feet. I can’t wait to use it tomorrow for a full day of Hair Appts! ✂️❤️✂️ Definitely check this place out if your looking for equipment for you salon!Thank you!! I will post a picture tomorrow! 😜

Best place ever!! ANYTHING you need they have or will get it for you! Outstanding customer service!! My experience working with Cory and Pammy was exceptional took a lot of stress off very stressful time opening a new salon! He had knowledge from the cement slab to the roof knows a lot more than other equipment stores from plumbing to carpentry they do and know it all!! Thanks so much... Hope you have a great New Year!

Showed up right before closing, felt bad but the staff gladly accepted us in and even walked us through the store to explain what was available. It was my girlfriends 1st purchase so she was a little unsure but they were very patient and helpful, ended up leaving with a salon chair and for a great price! Well definitely be back when its time to buy more equipment, not only for the deals but mostly for the great customer service, thanks again :)

I cant say enough good things about the team at ABSE..they are fantastic! Not only do they have everything you could be looking for, they have the follow up service salon owners need. Their equipment prices are extremely competitive and the service calls are very fair. They are always pleasant on the phone and are very timely in their response time when coming out to the salon.
