My mom and I have been coming here for years. Every single time we ask for Lina. She is amazing and pays close attention to detail. I’ve never gotten better French nails from anyone except her. Owners are also super nice😁.

I’m a regular at this nail salon and they do a decent job. Wendy is excellent at acrylic nails and designs. I would recommend you ask prices before services and not wait to hear the price after. Like most salons they charge an extra $10 to remove. Remove acrylic if you’re putting on regular nail polish so you might as well pay the extra money and get gel because you’re going to spend it way.They are usually busy, but can fit you in within a few minutes and majority of the staff is friendly .

If youre very particular about how you want your nails to look your choice in technician is very limited, but, when you find your person, its great! My favorite part of the pedicure is the leg massage and that only happens for about 30 seconds (very disappointing). Otherwise, easily accessible location and service. The wax sanitation is questionable so Id NEVER get anything waxed here.

Took my granddaughter in for her birthday this week and they took us right in I had no appointment but they said sure come on it. We just go the basic pedicure but it was awesome and I loved the fact that they use an oil on your legs for massage, leaves skin feeling great. My granddaughters nail tech added a little flower on her big toes for her birthday! So sweet!I cannot wait to go back! I work in the area and will be using this spa and recommending it as well! Thank you so much for the great service

Best nail salon EVER!!! Ive been going here for about 10 years now, every 2 weeks, consistently, and have never been disappointed once. They are all so friendly and nice. I feel very comfortable when Im there. Amy is absolutely amazing! She does such beautiful work. Louie is also a master at his work as well. He takes his time, and makes sure you are completely satisfied. I recommend this nail salon 1000%. Five stars all the way!!!!

I love coming here! All the different pedicures are really nice, even the basic pedicure. I like the milk and honey pedicure & the collagen pedicure a lot! I do ask for Nancy or Nick when theyre available but every technician Ive EVER had here does a wonderful job, which is a big feat for a salon. Im very curious to try the waxing services they provide here, and will update when I do! They all take their time and provide quality service any time of day! I highly recommend Nail Spa!

At first my walk in wasn’t going to well. I had this female nail tech start my nails then, she passed me off to a male tech which, the work was still not accurate. I only asked for more polish for my nails and the guy acted as if he didn’t understand. So, the female mail tech came back and had an attitude and would not look at my nails. She was speaking to another mail tech in her language. So, I told her to speak English so I can know what she is saying. I ended up getting a manager involved and she fixed my nails the correct way as I asked. The manager did a very great job.I was even offered water from the manager… I may return in the future as to I am looking for a great mail tech close to home…One happy customer in the end…

I had made an appointment for 2, and when I brought a party of 5, they gladly took in two more people as walk-ins, and they allowed my other friend to stick around and watch. Which was extremely nice of them, as they were already pretty busy.This place has worked very hard to keep everything safe in the midst of a pandemic. It is required for hands to be washed upon entering, and there are plastic shields on every station to seperate the customers, as well as a mandatory mask policy.I had Kim do my finger nails and she did an absolutely incredible job! It is clear that she is very experienced and skilled in what she does. She is a hard worker. She took her time and made sure my nails looked right to me. She smiled and made me feel welcomed and cared for. Kim is absolutely talented. If anyone is looking to get a manicure done, I absolutely recommend Kim, as she is diligent and proficient when it comes to her job!The prices are very well and you definitely get value out of what you pay for!Its a shame that this place doesnt have 5 stars. All of the employees are clearly hard workers, and they deserve more recognition for what they do!Thank you!

This is my favorite nail salon. Everyone is helpful and do a great job. Ive never left and felt unsatisfied with my nails or services. The last time I was there I watched a woman continually mess up her toe nails while waiting for them to dry. The young woman went back and fixed the nail without complaint, or comment. In a lot of shops the staff will begin conversing in Korean. The customers know they are complaining but dont understand. That never happened. She continued to help the woman and went back to her other customer. The service and atmosphere keep me coming back

I can always count on a job well done either way.One thing Ive noticed about ALL nail places Ive been to these days is they dont give hand massages when you get manicures and that was my favorite part. What gives?!?

Awesome exeperience. Ive been going here for over 10 years. I have very high expectations of service and this nail salon exceeds it every visit. Phenomenal customer service and friendly staff. I am always very happy with the level and quality of service. I ask their opions about colors anf they are always right about colors. I love my pedi and mani, my eye brows and upper lip wax is always on point. No matter how busy they are they always find someone to get what you need to help you and get the job done. I would deffnitely recomend this salon to friends and family. I’ve taken my sisters and my son who enjoys his pedicures and massages. They do a really great job cleaning your feet when getting pedicures and the massages are great. They do a really great job with manicures and I always leave with softer cuticles and fabulous nails. Just absoutely professional friendly and customer service oriented staff. The salon is clean and the prices are reasonable.This is the best nail salon at countyside. I will absoutely give 100 ⭐️ If possible. Keep up the wonderful service 😊.
