Natalie is wonderful! She is professional and kind. Her salon is very clean and comfortable. She uses high quality products. She is the perfect blend of efficient and thorough. Im so happy I found her :) She is also very responsive and always on time. Also, frankly, I read the one star reviews and I think they must be fake, because I cannot imagine Natalie providing anything but stellar service.

Omg had the best bikini line wax of my life today !!! Natalie went beyond of what I asked for. She’s amazing. Moved from NJ and I’ve tried so many places in the last year and a half and nobody did my wax like her . So glad I trusted the good reviews. Definitely will go back. Natalie is phenomenal! One can tell that she truly wants the best for her clients. Shes very thorough, ensuring she does quality work for each appointment. She takes the time to make sure you are comfortable and to discuss your skin needs before/after the wax. She remembers your skin type and things about you personally. Shes incredibly sweet to add to her quality waxing!

Natalie was amazing! Best Brazilian wax I’ve ever had! She was very thorough, gentle, and clean. Her wax was perfect for my sensitive skin. I finally found esthetician who does 150% perfect service. Natalie was very attentive and explained everything she was doing so I felt comfortable. It wasn’t nearly as painful as my previous experiences with other companies. And I finally don’t feel like I have to go back to razor as soon as I got back home. Office is very clean and nice. These 1-star reviews are absolute wrong and seems like they are actually fake… my boyfriend and I been Natalia’s client for 6 months now and it’s always the most pleasant experience! Always on time, always nice and polite with a big smile she greets us and does her wonderful job. I referred all my friends to this salon and they are more than happy with the service and thanked me for finding such a professional. Natalia does an outstanding job and her products are amazing! I would highly recommend Natalie! She is very professional and knowledgeable. Compare to other experiences that I had for hair removal, Natalie takes time and treats her clients with care and removes all of the ingrowns! She gives recommendations how to treat your skin afterwards and what products to use/avoid. I am super happy that I found this place!

I just had my yet another appointment with Natalie. She is absolutely fantastic! Does a great job, efficient, very friendly, professional, and the place is very nice and clean. And she does complimentary treatments on top of regular service if needed. For example today I got some light treatment to reduce redness and bumps, which I thought was a very nice touch and it’s much appreciated. Highly recommend!

These one-star reviews in this past week are ludicrous. Natalie is very sweet and professional. I was going to a chain waxing studio before finding her on Groupon and giving her a try. I was never happy with the quality of the big-name studio because the service was always rushed and incomplete. Natalie takes pride in her business by ensuring that her work is always thorough. I always enjoy my visits with her and will continue to see her as long as I get waxed.
