    Mike at GEM Nail Bar continues to amaze me!! Every time I think we’ve come up with my new favorite set, he outdoes himself again!! He is very professional, creative, kind, and a true master of what he does! Every time I have been all staff have been very friendly as well. I highly recommend Gem Nail Bar you will not be disappointed!!

    I have been looking around the Tallahassee area for a great nail tech and after almost a year I think I have finally found one!!! Mikey is so gentle and so sweet! Super professional and very clean location. I was recommended and I’m so satisfied with my service! So happy!!! Can not recommend this place and Mikey enough!!!!! Keep doing a great job!!!

    My aunt took me here while I was visiting from south Florida. We had a wonderful experience today! Called ahead to book a 4 person pedicure. They were very accommodating, started us all at the same time and had us sitting across from each-other so we could talk. Their complimentary mimosas were a nice touch. Can’t wait to come back and visit again.

    I have never received such better service than I did from this place. My nail tech, Lucy, was absolute perfection! She throughly inspected her work as she was going through each step applying acrylics to my nails. I was amazed at the quality of service that I received and the end result is amazing! She even finished with a lovely hand massage. I’ve gone to a lot of different salons and the care and service from this place is top tier.

    Went here with my mother in law for a manicure and pedicure and showed Mikey and Luci what we wanted on a photo and they exceeded our expectations! Super nice and friendly and superb service! It is great to have this Spa experience locally In Crawfordville.

    After living in Clearwater and having a difficult time finding a nail tech that understood my needs, I was not looking forward to finding a new one when I moved to Wakulla. Turns out it was so easy! I just left my first appointment at Gem Nail Salon with Mike and I am so impressed. I received a Dip manicure. Mike was extremely detail oriented. He did not over-file my natural nail. The dip is thin (I prefer that over thicker polish). He was kind and approachable. The salon was clean. I’m over the moon! They are very busy and had to turn several walk ins away, so the secret is out that they do a great job!

    07/18/24: Great service and scheduled a same day appt.Friendly, didnt rush any of us and kept a great conversation with my kids and I. They had a bit of an issue with the hot water however they made sure that there was hot water warming up to add for the pedicures.

    The gel last here!! Does not chip off in a week. The workers are very friendly and nice and make you feel comfortable and treat you like a person not just a dollar sign. Clean and well organized with friendly smiles.

    Great experience! I had called ahead and scheduled my appointment, They were on time, listened to my requests and completed my pedicure in an hour. My technician was very professional, the salon was very clean. The price was a little higher than I am used to, but I will definitely go back.

    Very polite, Understand your requests, just make sure they do as requested.. maybe what I asked for wasnt related to the meeting m (?) I dont know....I took my husband for his 1st pedicure and they were excellent about understanding hesitation and were very welcoming. I did end up getting regular polish on my manicure when I asked for gel (did get gel on pedicure) but woman hurried w manicure to get to next pedicure client. I had an appointment and felt because I wanted clear polish she didnt think I was important for the manicure. The pedi was wonderful. I could have done a regular polish on my nails ...I was only charged for regular as well, but its not what I asked for and she appeared to know it. But I didnt say anything, so thats MY bad. I would recommend their services, just be a little more bold than I was...I didnt realize until she was done that the polish wasnt gel. I wondered why no blue light, but she set me in front of a fan and off she went....GONE.
