I went to get a trim and some bangs cut, and as soon as I walked in, i saw an employee doing someones nails, wearing sweatants, and eating a BigMac. I thought that was very unprofessional. The hairstylest, Rhonda, was very nice, but she was ordering Starbucks while trimming my hair (which came out uneven). She was the only hairstylest that understood how I wanted my bangs done, though. But, it was very strange that she didnt wash my hair before she cut it. As soon as I sat down, she just got to work on dry hair. It only took 10 minutes (probably because she didnt wash it), and it was only $22.

Finally, a place that can cut hair! My wife went in looking for a new, edgy, haircut. This is probably the 7th or 8th place weve went to trying to get a decent cut and style.Prices are fair and the stylist actually talks to you and gives honest advice.

Professionally trained staff and current on cut n color trends but still serve older population as well as young. They offer Brazilian conditioning treatment and hair waxing. They sell facial and hair products. Current staff accommodating and friendly but this was not the case when I had gone the first time. My girl is Mirinda and she has fit me in at last minute when I had to leave town on short notice. They also have a nail guy but you definitely need an appt bc he isnt there all day. You also need an appt for your hair. They stay pretty busy. Good job on guy cuts also.

Excellent customer service, friendly and very polite staff. Beautiful and relaxing decor. I recommend Hot heads to everybody. My hair looks and feels fantastic.
