    Hello Ladies, want to post this review because I had an awesome experience with Kelly. I was so hesitant to have my Eyebrows done but I’m sooooo glad I did. I just love them. I was afraid they’d look too dark, too bold, just too much. But Kelly did a wonderful job reassuring me and took so much time to make sure I was comfortable with the procedure .     Kelly did my permanent makeup with soft tap eye brows. It was not painful. Kelly’s office is clean, inviting & soothing. She has a gift to create natural looking brows. From shape to color. I was so relaxed and confident that she knew what she was doing that I fell asleep!

    Kelly is very warm, caring, and respectful of her clients preferences in skin care and permanent Softap eyebrow makeovers. The procedures were thoroughly explained before hand and the aftercare to maximize the life of the eyebrow color for years to come. She is very professional and detailed in the processes, using sterile technique, and is an expert in her field. Her studio is inviting with a calming atmosphere and is clean, and comfortable. The entire Softap procedures were virtually painless. If anyone is interested in having their brows done, please contact her. You will be extremely pleased with the outcome!     Kelly could not have been more professional, and as an RN, her sterile technique was excellent. The atmosphere was calm and soothing with soft music playing in the background. The room was very clean and spotless. She blended the colors perfectly to give me beautiful eyebrows. Many have complimented me on my new brows. Kelly has my highest recommendation without any hesitation. Believe me, youll not be disappointed if she does your brows!!!

    I had permanent eyebrows done by Kelly. Shes very patient, thorough and pleasant. She spent a lot of time framing my brows until we both agreed on the shape and style that would look best on me. The office is a very quiet and calm environment with gentle music going. The process was not painful at all. At most, it felt like a couple good plucks and the numbing cream burned when first applied but that stuff kicks in and works! The first session, she went conservatively to avoid shock. The second session was 6 weeks later. I love my new brows and the fact that I dont have to spend so much time filling them in everyday now. Thank you Kelly! You did an amazing job!

    What a great experience, Kelly is so professional, courteous and pleasant to be around. There was no pain I actually fell asleep twice. Her place is so clean and very inviting the music very soft thats why I fell asleep. When I stood up and saw my eyebrows I was simply amazed. I look younger, feel better about myself and less make up to put on. I would recommend Kelly Waldeck for anyone that wanted to get their eyebrows done. Thank you Kelly.     Just had my brows done by Kelly 2 days ago, the entire experience was amazing! I was very nervous, have never had a tattoo before so didn’t know what to expect and because this is a big investment that’s literally on your face. Kelly made sure to explain the whole process in detail, kept me calm and answered any and all questions I had. She included me in the whole process, mapping the brows and picking the shade/color. She was very patient with me and made sure I was happy with the shape and color before starting. The numbing cream worked like a charm I barely felt it, and she asked a few times to make sure I was comfortable. The sound it makes on your skin was my only issue and I popped in my earphones and was good to go. Her space is super clean and relaxing. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! If you’re thinking about getting your brows done or on the fence about it, Kelly is your girl!!

    Great experience with getting my brows done by Kelly, she is very professional, and articulate. She takes time with the process, so the client and her are completely satisfied before moving ahead with each step. She also went over everything to expect with the process once you get home and what not to expect. I made my follow up appointment before I left so we can complete the process. She also showed me one of the stylists brows she had done at the shop so I could see up close what to expect. Would definitely recommend Kelly to anyone thinking about getting their brows done.

    Finally got my brows done with KELLY. What an amazing job she did!!!. Everyone loves how they look!. I was so nervous at first but she assured me all would be ok. There was minimal to zero discomfort . If I began to feel anything she would apply more numbing cream wait a minute and begin again. I felt very comfortable with her. She explains everything in detail and sends you home with a gift bag and all the instructions for aftercare!!!. I highly recommend Kelly if you are even considering beautiful eyebrows!!!

    My hairdresser got her brows done, saw how REALLY nice they looked, and made the appointment with Kelly. Best decision. I had tufts for eyebrows, now I have real eyebrows. I am still healing, but I can tell they will look great when I am all done.The process was not too painful, she uses numbing cream. Her work area is clean, organized, and you are made to feel comfortable with her choice of music. I felt no stress. She takes her time, and is very professional. I let her design my brows before the tattooing began, and I got to tweek it.Kelly is great, and I am sure when I am all done healing my brows will look great as well. I highly recommend her for this procedure.

    I highly recommend Kelly for all your skin care needs. Not only does she give the BEST facials, but she goes over and beyond for her clients. I have never had any issues with acne or flare-ups on my face, but for some unknown reason, I developed some slight irritation on my face that turned extremely angry rather quickly. Kelly went above & beyond to bring relief to my skin. With some suggestions on what/how to use & a little help from some antibiotics my skin cleared up.

    Kelly did my eyebrows yesterday, and I am so happy! From the time I walked into her salon till I left, she was so professional and extremely friendly, She explained everything before we started and even through the whole process she made sure I understood what was happening.
