    This is the second massage I’ve had at Cenote Day Spa (while staying at Bahama Bay) & it was just as amazing, if not better than the first!Would recommend Carmen 10/10! I received the Tropical Island Massage - 50 Minute, which included the Pure Fiji Mango Coconut oil and the Mango infused sugar scrub for my feet and wow, did I NEED that in my life!Everyone was super sweet and I felt positive vibes all around. Before I left, I was treated to a tasty Mimosa.What a great start to my day! :)

    Absolutely wonderful experience! Both of the ladies made me feel amazing. I got the deep tissue massage, with back + foot scrub. I also received a mani + pedi. These women make you feel so welcome and comfortable! I was pampered from head to toe. The massage was incredible, and my nails look amazing. Thank you both so much!Other side notes, the salon itself is beautiful and relaxing, and the mimosas are a very nice touch. I will not be going anywhere else when I come to town. This is my spot. Thank you again ladies!!

    I come to this location quite often and always ask for Ruben. He is a phenomenal masseuse, he has great hands and apply the perfect pressure, you’ll come out light as a feather. I highly recommend him and this location. The staff is also very friendly.

    The security guard lady was so pleasant and nice and directed us where to go. The front desk receptionist for the resort greeted us warmly and directed us to the spa. Both the early morning spa receptionist and afternoon spa receptionist were so accommodating and professional, they really made my husband and I feel cared for. We did a 80 min Swedish massage with the CBD oil and we had Kayrna and Kirk and they were so amazing and thorough. They were both great and made us feel so relaxed and refreshed! Highly recommend this spa

    Reuben was amazing. I’ve had many massages all over the world, and he was certainly the best masseuse. This was the best massage I’ve ever had in my 70+ years every minute was Wonderful! Additionally, Katrina did a great job when she booked my massage Diana was very courteous and helpful. I rate this spa tops! When I return, I will be asking for Reuben again!

    From the owner to the technicians, we were made to feel pampered. Very professional and yet extremely personable. These ladies at Cenote were knowledgeable about their craft!     Amazing experience! My massage was done very well, getting out all the knots in my shoulders, and the aromas were splendid too! The facial and dermaplaning I had was fantastic! I was a bit nervous with the dermaplaning but it was explained and done gently and carefully. My skin has never felt this smooth and hydrated. My mango foot scrub was also great and my feet feel brand new! I overall had a grand time and highly recommend the Cenote Day Spa. From the hospitality to the services provided, it is a great facility with highly skilled workers!

    This was my first time going to a local spa and it definitely wont be my last that is for sure. The staff was amazing friendly from the get go. They found out it was my birthday and jumped for joy and offered me a momosa in the lobby which was extremely yummy. The pedi was so soothing and came out gorgeous and she was an amazing person to talk to. The massage was also so relaxing really helped me with all the tension I had in my back and neck. Thank you so much and I look forward to when I can come back again. I am probably going to gift my mom a massage for her birthday too.

    Came in for their Getaway Package special and left feeling SO refreshed and amazing. It was my first facial and Naomie made me feel so comfortable and talked me through the process. Ruben did amazing for my massage as well - applying just the right amount of pressure to be comfortable but also get out some of the knots I had! Truly an incredible deal for the price you pay! I will be back for sure! :)

    The Cenote Day Spa is excellent in making sure you are pampered and feeling refreshed when you leave. I had the deep tissue massage with Lauren and it was the best I have had- after the massage I was provided a delightful beverage in their calm and delightful waiting area.     Fantastic 4 hours of bliss. Great vibe and felt right at home. Mimosa, Champagne and waterI started my deluxe spa pkg with Rubens massage. Truly relaxing. Strong but comforting sure hands. Wonderful massage. Thank you Ruben. Then I was put in the beautiful hands of Naomie who proceeded to hook me up with a facial to end all facials. Deep cleansing, extractions, light therapy & soothing lotion left my face feeling fresh, young and beautiful! Naomie then gave me an awesome Mani/Pedi, that included a great scrub, massage and perfectly polished nails. Great smelling products, nice conversation and all around awesome spa day. Then, since its the holiday season, Diane told me to pick an ornament off the tree for a gift. I picked $10 towards my next visit!! Yippee! Ill be back. Thank you so much. Blessings to you all.

    I was able to get an appointment immediately for the Head to Glow package. This was a massage, mini facial and pedicure. The price was well worth it and they even had complimentary champagne and mimosas. Nadia gave me the best massage Ive ever had. Heather was great with the facial and pedicure. It was my first pedicure and I was nervous but it went great. I will definitely be back.

    Services we’re spectacular! The team here is so professional and kind. Mani& Pedi with Diane was absolutely perfect! My facial with Naomi left my skin feeling super soft and radiant.     While I am a Hand&Stone regular, I was very excited to try out Cenote Day Spa for my 22nd birthday. Boy did this Spa not disappoint. For a Facial and Hot Stone Deep Massage, it is a bit pricey but you absolutely get what you pay for. I can’t express how much of a wonderful job and great customer service that was provided from Katelyn and Alaric (Rick). Katelyn provided a wonderful experience with her bubbly personality and offering me whatever was needed. While Alaric’s massage was extremely righteous and accordingly to my questionnaire that I filled out before the session. He was also patient and accommodating to my session. A big thank you to both specialist as I will absolutely be back.

She also provided useful information about the state of my knots and how to help myself.I had been to Cenote a year ago, and while the facilites and all the staff were great, I was not overly impressed with the massage, but decided to give it another try, and boy am I glad I did .Will be back !!!

    I visited Cenote Day Spa at Bahama Bay for the first time today and I was absolutely delighted by the friendliness of the staff and the quality of all of my services. I had a massage with Lily, a facial and dermaplaning along with a pedicure with Naomi, and a shellac manicure with Katelyn. Obviously everything was clean, well organized, and they used great products. The difference here is that everyone is treated like a friend or family member. I had such a blast that I added on additional treatments (mani and pedi) while I was there and they were so accommodating! The mimosas were a great touch too!     I decided to try this place based on the positive reviews, and I wasnt disappointed!My first appointment I got a mani/pedi for my wedding. Katelyn did an outstanding job and was very patient and helpful while I spent a fair amount of time trying to pin down the look I wanted. My nails were perfect and lasted over two weeks!My second appointment my husband and I decided to try the full back and foot couples massage. It was wonderfully relaxing. Millie and Jacqueline were fantastic!Overall: friendly staff, clean environment, great experience and great prices! Well worth it!

    My hubs and I treated ourselves to pedicures. We had a fantastic service & our feet felt totally pampered. The nail techs we had were just lovely. They had great suggestions for after care too. Tools were clean & techs were great.Having said all that, I hate to criticize the actual facility, but it was rather dark & depressing. Granted it is located in the resort’s main building, which we agreed was extremely outdated & depressing. It seemed very disorganized, lots of random products and little nooks crammed with completely spa-unrelated items. It’s hard to describe, but it could do with some updating.

    Its been a while since Ive gotten a massage due to the pandemic however I have been having really bad tension in my neck, back and shoulders so decided I really needed to see someone and chose this spa for the first time. I recommend seeing COURTNEY! She honestly gave me one of the best massages Ive had and I used to go once a month in the past... highly highly recommend!!!

    I love Lily!! She gave me an amazing massage to my back/neck and feet. She treated the areas that were super sore and I left relaxed and floating on clouds. I love how the forms asks you about areas that you may not be comfortable with massaging. I will return again soon.

    I came for the first time yesterday for a prenatal massage, facial, and pedicure-my experience was fantastic! This place and their staff is amazing! The environment was very serene and peaceful.     I, without a doubt, had one of the most relaxing experiences during my visit here today. I chose the My Getaway package when I’d scheduled my appointment, which included a 50 minute massage and 50 facial. I was welcomed by Diane and Katelyn. After a quick bit of new client paperwork, I was taken back by Katelyn to start my massage. I have only ever had one massage prior to today and it had been a very long time ago, so I didn’t remember exactly what to expect. She spoke to me briefly about the areas I was mostly concerned of, the type of pressure I wanted used and if there were any areas that I wanted to avoid. Once I was under the table, it was sheer bliss. I chose a medium pressure as I knew my muscles were quite tight from years of stress. She gave me the most immaculate massage ever. I was so incredibly relaxed throughout. There were some tender spots near my shoulder blades that she really focused on and it paid off incredibly. I then ended my service with a signature facial by Diane. Again, I’d had one done many years ago at Ulta so I didn’t know what to completely expect. She started with a gentle cleanse and then spoke to me about my skin. I’m trying to be more proactive in taking care of it as I want to keep it healthy and looking young as long as I possibly can. She was incredibly informative in what I need to use, product wise. She’d also recommended DermaPlaning to me. I’d heard of this before and it was certainly something that I was considering, so I was really excited to give it a try. My skin looks and feels so incredible! I honestly cannot thank them both enough for the effort and diligence they put into my services today. I cannot wait to come back and see both of them again!

    Had a facial and swedish massage. All of the esthetician’s were attentive and very sweet with attention to detail! The facilities are clean and very accommodating. We had a wonderful time.     This was an amazing experience for me! I booked a spa party for my sisters bachelorette weekend and I honestly dont think I could have found a better place to do it. Katelyn and Tami blocked out the whole afternoon just for us girls and we were given great attention and great services! When we first walked in, the ladies were all there to greet us with a smile and some unlimited mimosas and wine (free!). They also had an array of fruit, cheese, crackers and cookies laid out for us to snack on (a ton of food for an additional but reasonable price!). We were then given robes and led to the locker room to put our things away. I had my manicure and pedicure done by Megan and I absolutely loved her and the work she did. She and I had a very fun conversation while she worked. Actually, we all talked. The ladies there were so nice to sit and chat with, very receptive of us and funny! At one point I think I drank too much and Katelyn saved me and gave me some ice and allergy pills which helped bring down the redness and swelling haha! All of my friends had a great time and I really feel that Cenote gave my sister the experience she was looking for! Oh and a note, there is also a pool and sauna you could use but I didnt. Thats just an added bonus that comes with the service!Wonderful place, with a kind and talented staff. Prices were also phenomenal! Thank you all so much!!

    Came to Orlando 7 and a half months pregnant the road trip had my body soooo tense so I booked a prenatal massage with Kimberly she was AMAZING!! Very understanding & knows how to hit all the right spots with just the right amount of pressure & even helped me understand more about my pain while giving me tips on how to relieve some pain !! Highly recommend Kimberly she’s awesome!!

If you want a relaxing spa experience or if you need a massage to target a particular problem, look no further. Highly recommended.     Wonderful spa experience!! Highly recommended!! The staff is friendly and super knowledgeable. Most important the hygiene is followed to the letter of the law!! I had problems at other places with my nails. And had no idea other places were NOT following the laws set to protect consumers. It is a totally different and healthy experience. I would never go anywhere else.

    Just finished a deep tissue massage with Jenny and it was amazing!! Added the hot stone and oil treatment. Spent yesterday at Universal Islands of Adventure and woke up with shoulder and neck pain from riding roller coasters. I highly recommend the Cenote Day Spa at the Bahama Bay Resort!!
