I will not take away any stars because I do love this place. The atmosphere and kind people who work here make it worth me going and taking my young baby girls as well. Everyone has always been wonderful. And as far as cleanliness. It always looks clean and I have never had no health concerns. But I will at I had a sad experience today with my nails. I have been growing my natural nails for about 8-9 months and I usually only get pedis but I wanted to add a protective layer to my nails. Last time when they did my nails the young man with the ponytail didn’t cut them short he listened to me that I like my length just a little trim with filing. But today a new young man helped me and I added acrylic layover because my nails were cracking and I told him the same about how I love my length. I was very focused on my toddler and when I looked back he filed my nails down almost half way, and I about cried. He then laughed and said oh you wanted square. I kept quiet after reminding him square didn’t mean short and just let him finish cause the damage is already done. Please be mindful of what your client wants and do not laugh at them cause I really love my natural nail because of my grandmother and it hurt to feel laughed at instead of heard. I will always give you all your flowers because this place is wonderful but please please please be sensitive if you mess up.

I got my nails done with a guy I forgot to get his name but he was great, he spent a lot of time shaping my nails and making sure they were prepped correctly and I love the outcome :) thank you!

Jenny was great. I got a deluxe pedicure and a full set w gel and love it. Ladies, take your husband for the pedicure, mine love and got a manicure as well. For both of us, we paid $170 + $40 on tips.

As a guy, I enjoy a good place that doesnt make you feel awkward for being a guy getting treatments. Tracy gave me an amazing deluxe service pedicure and a regular manicure. Very happy they offer mail buffing because I like my nails to be shiny without polish. Will be returning!

My daughter and I tried this salon today. Very clean. Nice staff. Very happy with our mani/ pedi. We tried 2 other place near our home and 1 awful. 1 meh.My 4 star has nothing to do with salon but nice relaxing treatments were disrupted by the woman on her phone. The whole salon doesn’t want to hear your story. Be respectful of others.

I Love this place. Massage chairs in the waiting area. Attentive Techs. And the atmosphere is very Friendly. I am the type of person that will travel far to be treated nicely. I am so happy to find a place so close to home. Its nice to finally walk out of a nail salon with what I ask for. 💞 😊

I had an appointment today the gentleman in the front Andy I believe was his name was really kind when I walked in.I had an appointment and my technician was Princess she did my pedicure and gel manicure they look amazing and was already getting a lots of compliments at work today .I would definitely recommend this nail salon This place is beautiful and really clean I will definitely come back .

I went on a Sunday and it was really busy but they had so many people working I didn’t have to wait long. The pricing was fair and I had a great pedicure it looks wonderful. The employees were all nice and the salon looked very clean and inviting.

Michael at Encore is my favorite Tec. He takes his time with my nails and does not file them too low. If you go here ask for him he’s the best when it comes to maintaining naturally but still having your nails done.

They truly deserve 5 stars. The ladies were super nice and did a really good job. They seated me and my plus one quickly and accepted all our requests with grace. I got a dip manicure and both of us got gel pedicures. I didn’t have any powder stuck to my fingers at the end of it, no bleeding, no scratches from the drill or from filing and it came out well. I can’t speak to designs since I got plain polish but overall, excellent service.

Ask for Vicky. I went another time and wasnt impressed but today I went because its close to my job and my nails looked terrible. Gel Mani with French tip 30$ plus 10$ tip. I was in and out in 30 min which was nice since I was on my lunch break 😄 Thanks Vicky, I will definitely be back to see you!

Today I went back to Encore Nail Bar. I wasn’t that happy with the tech I had and how my nails were done. I really appreciated that they allowed me to come in and turn the experience around. A young gentleman re-did my nails and Andy did my pedicure. My feet feel so soft now and I wanted to fall asleep in the chair he gave such a great massage! I work in customer service and it was so great that they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I suggest this salon to anyone and they definitely want their clients to be happy. I will be back. Make sure you ask for Andy to do your pedicure it will feel like a dream.

Very nice place. We had an appointment for 6:45 and still had to wait about 25 mins however they have massage chairs while you wait!! That makes the wait not a big deal unless your in a hurry and need to be somewhere. It was late so the pedicure felt very rushed by the young gentleman. He was friendly but just seemed tired and ready to go. They give you wine however it was on a plastic cup and not in a nice glass. That wine was delicious!! A must have when you come here. The staff was friendly and nice. I will come back as long as they still have that wine!! I recommend this place.

This has been my go-to nail salon and I am always satisfied when I drive home. Everyone is very kind and accommodating. Visiting Encore is a luxurious experience. Ive just come home from getting a gel manicure and I am already looking forward to the next time I get my nails done!

The salon his huge and gorgeous! From everything I observed it was pretty clean as well! I showed up 5 min before my appointment and Amy took me back right away. She did an amazing job with my SNS and really took her time to make sure I was happy! I will be coming back to her for sure! The only bad thing is that there was one male employee in particular that continuously took his mask off, as well as the mask policy was not enforced very well, which made me uncomfortable. Since we are still battling this pandemic, I wish they would be stricter about that and set a good example but employees following the rules as well.

Very clean and stylish salon. I’ve been here about 5 times and 4 out of 5 times I’ve been very happy with my experiences. The one time I wasn’t, I went back the next day and they fixed the problem with the one nail and I left happy. Otherwise, the prices are competitive for the area and I’ve never had to wait when I haven’t had an appointment.

My Mom and I went for a pedicure this week at Encore. It is so close to our houses. The interior is so unique. It feels very open and modern.We decided to get one of the more expensive pedicures and I am thrilled that we did. The nail techs took their time with both of us. It was so relaxing that I almost felt drunk when I left.

I love this new nail salon the pretty girl princess was very sweet and the nice guy on the register was really polite thank you for such an amazing job! And for taking them time and not rushing through my service ! I really recommend this place they have a bunch of different scents to pick from and they use new file kit for every service not the same buffer file and scrub thing for every client that speak so good about the cleanliness of this salon 🤗

Came in without an appointment and got Andy, who I think is the owner, to do a new full set of pink and white nails. I have also been to Lee nails in Championsgate and the encore nail bar in Pozner Park in Davenport (not affiliated). I would highly recommend this on Encore nail bar in Loughman over the other nail salons in the area. WAYYYY cleaner and is new. The staff or experienced. The vibe and music are calming but if you are young and enjoy more neon lights and club music then head to Encore Nail Bar Posner (thats bot my thing). And they keep good space when getting your nails done given the pandemic compared to other salons.

My sister had a pedicure and manicure...very good with very professional personified details, as for my manicure, one of the best that I have had with very good details which there are not many that have that touch***and for the record it was ours first visit since they are opening new stores too, I would sign up to go since they believe it is worth it, I am signed up for my next trip to a Pedicure and manicure this time *****
