    Came in as a walk in customer for eyebrow threading. Kathy was my technician and she did an amazing job. I also appreciated her great customer service and gentleness.Ive been getting my eyebrows threaded for years and out of most of my experiences Kathy made the process seamless. I barely even felt her threading them. This proves that it doesnt have to hurt.

    Great experience with my wife and myself. Friendly, welcoming atmosphere, with a staff that makes you feel relaxed and ready to enjoy. Did a great job on my ugly man feet. Highly recommend!

    I liked the fact that I didn’t have an appointment and I was serviced right away. I love the place and the atmosphere. My first time here and Lyn did my nails his awesome by the way. I had gel polish done to my natural nails. I think $30 is too much for just nail polish 💅, but they do pamper you well. I wanted to get my pedicure done, but I think I heard him say it would be $74 altogether I think that’s too much, maybe I heard wrong and it was $64 I don’t know. Either way I had another appointment and I didn’t want to be rushed so leaving it for another day.

    I had a nice experience every time I had been there. Titi was attentive and understanding. She made sure that I get the style and design that I want and makes suggestions as well. She was very accommodating and the prices are better that’s other nails salons around. It’s my new nail place.

    I’m a night shift nurse who stopped on my way home to have my eyebrows waxed. I knew that It was another 35 minutes before the salon opened and I planned to wait outside with the hopes that they could fit me in. Kathy saw me outside waiting, let me in and took me straight back. Not only did she do this 30 minutes before they opened but she also did the best job. I was so impressed with both her kindness and her skill . No one has ever gotten my eyebrows so even and well sculpted. It’s so much more difficult for me to find someone that does great eyebrows than great it is to find someone that does good pedicures. Most places rush through the eyebrows at end, so they can get to their next appointment, Im defiantly switching salons and booking her for my next mani and pedi too. Thanks again Kathy!!

    They did an awesome job on my manicure/gel set and even fit me in last minute at the end of the day, but my thumbs did start to peel the very next day. Still happy with the job and they made me feel welcome (which is usually an issue for men like me)

    This is a family owned and run business. I brought my team here and they were so kind to these 14 year old girls. I also came back with just my daughter. They are very professional, kind and courteous!! The salon is clean, open, warm and welcoming. I would recommend this place to everyone. This is a must go to place if you want quality nails or quality waxing. Also, their prices are amazing!!!

    Very nice personal. Unfortunately there was a customer who wanted something for free. She should have just asked. Instead she created a big scene and thought people would fall for the foolishness. Adults do not. They were very professional and if you do not want something just say so. Do not believe everything you hear especially from someone who tries to portray herself more important than she actually is.Shame on that customer. Go elsewhere. Leave hardworking people alone and get a life.

    This is my 2nd time coming to this spot, the negative reviews make you think twice but just come for yourself I was satisfied with both times. They always are friendly and they did great job with my Nails! I just got a full set gel’ will be back for my pedicure. Glad this is walking distanceTo me.     I have been coming here for over a year and have always had a wonderful experience. They have recently undergone a renovation with new massage chairs and manicure chairs - it looks beautiful and it is a real treat! There is never a wait. The staff are courteous, professional and efficient. They care about the customer experience, and they aim to please. If you are a native Floridian or a visitor in need of some TLC - I highly recommend five star nails.

    I have been coming to this nail salon now for 3 years. I absolutely love the service that I receive here every time! Not only are they very personable with each client, but they always do an amazing job! They are also the only nail salon that I can find that carries the clear dark pink acrylic that I love so much!     I came in for a pedicure and I was treated awesome ! The guy doing my pedicure was really good and patience I was my 9 month old with me and he Started crying towards the end and a super super nice lady that worked here asked if she could hold him and while I finished she walked him around the nail salon which NO ONE now a days takes the time to do simple things like this thatMakes it easier for us moms!!!! So I will be coming here and recommend it to everyone.

    Visited today, and for the first time, had to wait for service. I guess Monday is a bad day to walk in. They had customers stacked up, and only 5 techs working. Had to soak my feet for an hour, and a. Ery nice young lady did the pedicure exceedingly well. 35.00 and I gave her a 10.00 tip. Well worth it.

    I have been going there for five years I get waxing threading and pedicures. My technician is Jenny and I get nothing but the best service. Sometimes if an appointment is running over you may have to wait a few minutes but that’s with anywhere you go. I have no complaints and with me being a very picky person , That is rare. I will continue to go people are always nice and service is good

    My self and my husband had pedicures on the last day of our holidays before leaving for the airport to return to Ireland 🇮🇪I have had many pedicures during my lifetime and in many different countries but I have to say this was the most amazing experience, the staff were lovely, the salon very clean and as for the pedicure ....     This is by far the best nail salon Ive been to within a 100 mile radius. The staff is friendly, and they can do a complete natural nail white French tip dip. Although a little pricy, it keeps my nails healthy and I dont have to worry about a tip coming off. The gel dries in seconds too! Their pedicures are great as well. They take their time and even use hot towels. This is a great location.

    I have been coming here for a while and I always get dip nails, deluxe pedi, and massage.... my girls get acrylics and pedis! I have been getting my nails done for about 25 yrs now and Jenny and her staff are by far the best! The care, attention, and comfort they provide while obviously offering fantastic products I.e. my nails, etc. always look fantastic and never any infections! Thank you Jenny! Oh btw my dip nails last a month if I don’t have time to come get them done from work for a while! I drive 20 mins to come here!

    Here in Orlando, FL on vacation but renting a vacation home in Champion Gates in the Davenport, FL area. My sister decided she wanted to have a pedicure done, so I went with her and she talked me into getting my nails done. I cant handle when they file my nails, so her and the workers recommended the Shalac nails. I took there advice and OMG 😲, they are BEAUTIFUL!!! A shout out to FIVE STAR NAILS.
