I wish I had more stars!!!Tricia is b e y o n d spectacular. I just moved recently and have been searching for the right person to do my hair. When I say the “right person” I mean someone who’s truly passionate at what they do. Tricia made me feel right at home from the second she greeted me. Her precision is out of this world & I have been to many amazing hair stylist but she really really wowed me in every way possible. She’s quick, she’s immaculate she doesn’t surprise you with a price when you’re done she explains everything as she goes honestly she’s brilliant! If I get a newbie who may not be hitting the mark right away, a veteran takes over to teach and/or complete. They never let me leave without being satisfied with my haircut. I have known Erin for as long as I have been going to SmartStyle (8 years). Due to a change in staffing, Erin recently starting cutting my hair. Erin has always been nice to me and my two boys. She smiles all the time and makes everyone feel welcome. She is not only beautiful, but awesome to converse with. She makes her clients feel comfortable and I personally enjoy talking with her. She clearly and genuinely gets to know her clients that come in to see her. She doesnt just cut your hair, but, she will cut up with you, and in the interim does a meticulous job of making sure, that you are happy before you leave her chair. I can give Erin accolades all day long, but if you are curious, and are in need a good listener, a beautiful soul and a professional stylist? Then stop by, say hi, and make an appointment with Erin. I went to this salon, because it was open Sunday, my hair was a wreck, and nobody could get me in. They were able to accommodate last minute. Savanna was my stylist. I knew I needed color, highlights, and a cut. I told Savanna that I wanted a change, showed her a pic, and told her she could take liberties, and Ill trust her judgment to make me pretty. And WOW, she delivered!! She was friendly and asked questions to ensure I would be happy with the final outcome. We got rid of a lot of grey, gave me a great color with dimension and highlights, and took probably close to 6 inches off. I knew my hair is not easy to do. Its fine, but, there is a lot of it. Very thick. And it was very long. My mom was a hair dresser and owned a salon, many years ago. Im aware my hair, my experience with a mother in the field, and my lack of knowing what I want can make me a nightmare. NOT FOR SAVANNA. She helped me decided the perfect hair color and cut for me. I love what she did. Ive been getting so many compliments!! Thank you Savanna

I really like how she found the perfect person to cut my hair when she went on maternity leave, her notes that she left regarding how to cut my hair were so detailed that I felt good knowing that Erin took the time to get to know me and my hair to the point of being able to select someone to meet my needs until she returned. First, I need to preface my comments with the fact that I am a very, very fussy client to any hairstylist. I informed Tricia that I was very fussy and would be checking every last detail of my cut. Tricia agreed to take me on as a client knowing this and up until now everything has been fine. I have been going to Tricia here for about a year or so. She has been terrific and very understanding about my fussiness. She does a great cut, so if you go to her, stick with her, just dont be fussy about the final result. I am a paying client and every time I have gotten a cut from Tricia it turns out fine and it all grows back again anyway. I can only think that lately Tricia has been overworked or just plain tired. I told her this last time that she wasnt cutting it the same way as before and she proceeded to snap at me, claiming that I am always fussy. Well, Tricia does not have to worry any longer. I will not be back to cause her grief. And by the way, I never raised my voice at her. I gave 4-stars because Tricia is a terrific haircutter, but I dropped the 5th star because of her attitude.

Tricia did an excellent job on my hair. She did a balayage and I have a lot of hair and long hair. Her knowledge about hair is amazing. She was able to multi task and helps others, answer phone and still do my hair. I would definitely recommend her to people. Good peoples person as well!

I have been amazed today! Today’s the first day I had an appointment with the stylist named Tricia. I’ve spoken and consulted with her in regards to what my hair color goal is and she provided me a lot of information between pricing and all! Even though it was dark and hard to get out the box color, she did a marvelous job! I can say her customer service and hard work really paid off and to be honest... I am in absolute shock of how it all went! It took 5 and a half hours for my hair and a bit of the time was for my eyebrows, but she helped me out soo much! My hair was a CHALLENGE! If I was a millionaire, I would give a big tip that might pay off their car or home!😭 I’m super grateful and ABSOLUTLEY satisfied!☺️

I love this salon!!! Gisselle was my stylist and did a fantastic job. There has been only one other person who get my highlights the way I like it and Gisselle just did it!! Trish is manager and is very knowledgeable about the colors and looks their clients are going for as the stylists are as well. I watched Trish interact with all the clients , making sure their needs are being met. The staff really cares about their clients and each other. Wonderful atmosphere. Actually I posted that review while I was in the chair with the hair dye on my hair so I can get a 10% discount. When I left there and my hair dried there was not one highlight in my hair. I paid $91 plus a $10 tip for a root touch up which I thought was absolutely ridiculous. I was leaving out of town the next morning for a week and I didnt even bother with it when I came back because I didnt want to argue with anybody. So my best advice to everybody is wait till its completely done do the review didnt get your 10% discount because he did not do a good job on my hair
