I dont ever leave reviews, but I had to for Dr. Torres. Dr Torres and her front office staff are amazing. So kind, genuine, and just simply amazing. They made me feel so welcome, and Dr. Torres, really listened to my concerns and wanted to find the root of the problem rather than just a quick solution. I would highly recommend her over and over again. SHE is the absolute BEST. I have never been to a doctors office with such kind, and inviting people.

Michelle at Mid Florida Dermatology is amazing! She is very thorough, knowledgeable, and caring. I came in for a skin exam and really enjoyed my visit with her. She made me feel comfortable by explaining everything and making sure to answer all of my questions. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend this office.

I am so happy that I chose to meet with Dr. Burnett, she was very sweet and informative. Made sure to explain what kind of acne I have and what the different prescriptions were for. This is the first time I have seen such a big change in my skin within 3 months of using what she prescribed.

Staff and doctor were very nice and very efficient. I had two procedures involving incisions. All of the steps progressed exactly as they should and healed perfectly. My only complaint was that they wont use topical anesthetic to make the numbing injections or stitch removal easier on the patient. I asked because both processes had me shaking and in tears. We dont all have the same pain threshold.

I can honestly say Dr. Burnett is the best dermatologist I have ever had because she is the only dermatologist out of all my previous ones to thoroughly look at my acne and dermatitis and find a solution that actually works. I’m so glad with this office like seriously the place is impeccable and spotless, it is so clean and a very beautiful office. The staff is very kind as well as the dermatologists. Hands down the best dermatologist I have had in years.

I have to say that the reviews on Dr. Burnett really made me nervous to make an appointment. This is the only practice that takes my insurance so I made and appointment and had a positive attitude and went in. This was my first dermatologist exam and the dr was very nice , direct and made me feel comfortable and answered all of my questions. I did have to have biopsy which was as much painful as a pinch. I went in for a deeper surgical excision to remove the rest of my Atypical moderate mole. I was scared out of my mind to be cut on while awake. The dr and nurse were very kind and understanding and worked with me to feel comfortable. The dr did a great job. My wound is healing great and stitches come out tomorrow. There are many other drs with this practice to chose from but I personally like dr Burnett.

I would recommend this office to anyone I know looking for a dermatologist. The doctor and the staff were both very professional and kind. They put my nerves at ease and took care of business straight away. The doctor was easy going and friendly, the staff were friendly and very accommodating. The office was clean and had a nice setting.

The entire office staff as well as Dr Burnett are courteous and very professional. The doctor is thorough and knowledgeable. I would and have highly recommended Dr Burnett to anyone that is looking for a dermatologist.

Been with Mid Florida for a year and they are knowledgeable, professional, kind and friendly. A new approach for a problem I have was taken and is having good results. A special thank you to Mindy and staff for taking an extra step to help me today.
