I went to Victoria Nails & Spa today for the first time for a pedicure. I was concerned because I have never found a place that can do a good pedi with massage, and ingrown toe nails. Kenny the owner did my pedi and I was blown away. He was so detailed about every nail. I had for the first time the best I have ever had and I have had many. He is the best and I will never go anywhere else. I am his customer for life.

I am new to DeLand, and I went in Victoria Nails for a really quick manicure on my way to a hair appointment. Kenny took me right in and did my manicure quickly (as I requested), and he did a great job. Very nice people. I will be using them going forward.

Ive been using this salon for over 6 months now and the service has been consistent, professional and friendly. The owners work very hard to get everyone who walks through the door in a chair as soon as possible. My nails and toenails always turn out great! It is a family owned business, which I appreciate having owned a service business in the past.

I love everyone here. They always make sure I am happy with my pedicures. I would never go anywhere else. The place is beautiful now. The remodel of the location looks amazing. I love the new chairs. I would highly recommend Victoria Nails and Spa to anyone and everyone.

WISHING I COULD RATE -0.I WISH I could take back my lousey hour here. I told Kathy my technician to be gentle because my hands are sensitive. I’m now walking away with a barely decent full set, a swollen finger & dry blood on my fingers. The filers were constantly against my skin and outer rim of my nails. She was extremely aggressive, and RUDE. She said and I quote “Pay now, $25 dollars.” before even painting my nails, now I do know that most techs want you to pay with dry nails because paying is difficult after, but she was outstandingly pushy & rude about it. To add on, afterwards she looked away and headed back to talking with her coworkers who shed been speaking to the entire time, without acknowledging me whatsoever. I will NEVER come back and personally I’d tell anyone going there that its a NO. They nickle and dime everything, the service was terrible, I was practically rushed out and now my finger is completely swelled. Whats a fullset if I’m in pain? Screw this place.

Kenny & his team are so kind, caring and have a beautiful attention to detail. I love getting to know him & his family— he makes visiting the salon an experience! And they always do a spectacular job 👍
