    My appointment with Dr. Brown yesterday went great. She listen to my needs and took the time to go over and explain everything in detail. She was very nice, friendly and knowledgeable. The staff was very friendly as well. Was very happy with my visit. I give them a 5 star 🌟 overall rating.

    I called yesterday for an appointment expecting not to be able to get in as all these offices are usually booked for months well to my lovely surprise they said can you come tomorrow at 9? I was like oh heck yeah I can! I couldn’t be happier with the entire staff!I felt Alicea looked me over so incredibly careful and I have ALOT of moles she took her time and really felt she had taken extremely good care of me! I had to have 2 spots biopsied which was a breeze! Thank you all so much for the Excellent care I received today! 10 stars!!!

    I went and saw Alisha today. Her and her medical assistant were very sweet, caring and professional. She asked me what my concerns were since I was just there in September to see Dr Steffis. I pointed out the spots and she was very thorough checking them out. She told me what each were and then what they were going to do. I would recommend them for you Dermatology.

    On my recent visit, I arrived 10 mins prior to my appointment but was called at the scheduled time.The staff were friendly and easy to talk with. After my first session, I was told I that there would be an 2 hour wait while the lab work was done.I had expect as much, but was pleasantly surprised when I was called back after only 1hr. My total time and experience was a pleasant one.

    Could be a little more personable from the staff. I find that people that work in offices get like that because they see so many people every day. You can’t loose that each is a person. They barely look you in the eye. The PA was ver nice and thorough. I felt she took her time and addressed my needs first before going over the full body scan.

    I see Dr. Alicia Brown, and she is always great. I’ve had to go in there a few different times for a few different things, and she has always taken care of anything I went in their for. She is also my daughters doctor who has been treating her for several years now. I Wouldn’t go anywhere else. We just moved out of Deland but it’s worth me driving the 30-40 minutes to go to the office in Deland than go anywhere else. Not only are the doctors great but so is ALL the staff. Everyone at the front desk is pleasant to speak to, all the nurses are beyond amazing and the doctors really care.I highly recommend going to the Deland location, it’s always clean and everyone is amazing.

    Dr. Steffes is amazing! I have a very rare skin condition and he wanted to tackle it head on to get my skin clear. I’m not there yet, but will hopefully get there! Dr. Steffes is very compassionate and takes the time to answer my questions and concerns. One of the best dermatologist out there! His staff is great too!

    Dr. Steffes is extremely affable and extremely competent. The office is well run and the waiting room never feels crowded or unsafe, but I have never had to wait for unnecessarily long times. Friendly, helpful staff, and he has helped me and my family tremendously through a variety of skin conditions from shingles (yes, weve been vaccinated twice--still got it) to Grovers to many, many skin cancers. There is an excellent Mohs clinic on Tuesdays as well. Highly recommended.

    I went to Advanced Dermatology and met Dr. Steffes. Dr. Steffie is very knowledgeable and shared that knowledge which pertained to my situation. He was concerned with the pain I was in and handled me gently. He had his nurse give me a numbing shot in my earlobe and although it hurt, I know she was as gentle as she possibly could be. They were both very caring. Once my ear was numb they took a biopsy, luckily that biopsy came back negative for Cancer. He also did a full body visual screening of my skin to make sure I didnt have any signs of skin Cancer. Id gladly recommend Dr. Steffe I was very happy with him and my experience 😊

    I recently went here to have a couple spots checked out. Unfortunately my primary care doctor didn’t seem to know anything about them and offered no solutions but I’m glad I came here because they answered all my questions, were quick and efficient, clean and professional. I saw Alisha and she was very kind and seemed very knowledgeable. I had a concerning mole on my throat and she was able to cut it off and they tested it and got back to me less than a week later to tell me everything was fine. I also had a spot that turned out to be a scar and another that was perfectly normal and only looked suspicious. I am very relieved and glad I chose to go to advanced dermatology with my concerns. I have peace of mind about my skin now and I’ll go there again in the future if any other concerns arise.
