    If you’ve not been to this salon you need too! I’ve been to a few in Deltona and this one, by far is my new gem. Celia Newton was my stylist and she couldn’t have been more friendly and professional. I walked in just wanting a hair cut, color, and highlights/lowlights, I honestly had no idea what I wanted. After going through different options she told me exactly what I needed. I actually had 3 different colors in my hair, grey, brown, and light blonde. I have no idea how she pulled this off but she put the color on my hair and it automatically gave me the lowlights without any further coloring. The first pic is from almost 6-7 months ago so you can only imagine the damage and split ends I had walking in with. She took 6” off and I’m telling you, automatically felt the difference. She actually styled my hair, but as we all know, you can never duplicate what they do. I wish I had taken better before and after pics. The pics actually do no justice to what it actually looks like. I LOVE my new hair, thank you Celia for walking me through the process you thought would work best for me. Sorry for the wave in it now, I didn’t straighten it.

    Were Hair beauty salon is AMAZING!!!! I moved here a couple years ago and let me tell you finding a beautician that knows hair is a rarity!!! I had 3 nightmare hair color and cut before I found Celia!!!! She even called my previous hair stylist in Tennessee and discussed my hair.I have been coming here since and I have NEVER been disappointed.I would recommend Celia very highly. And Cynthia is a sweetheart of a lady who made me feel so welcomed.

    My mom gets her hair done with Cynthia every week. She is very friendly and a great hairdresser. The salon is very clean and Cynthia goes above and beyond for her clients.

    I went to Cynthia&Giannis this morning with my granddaughter.our first time here! I got highlights and a cut which I love!! My granddaughter got her first major haircut which she loves as well!! We would highly recommend this place!! We will be going back!! Thank you Celia!!

    Very happy. Hadnt had my hair cut in a while because my hairdresser retired and Im picky and evidently, layers are not easy to get right lol. Read the reviews and decide to try it and I was very happy with the cut Cynthia gave me! Also, place was clean and both very friendly. Would definitely recommend😊

    Wonderful Place Gianni gave the best perm I am have ever had. So sad to hear of his passing. Still a wonderful place!!!! Best service in Deltona hands down!!!
