    CRYO850 is one of the greatest businesses in the Panhandle of Florida. From offering state of the art technology to the amazing staff, it is sure to please.I just finished an amazing day at this facility. I had jacked myself up with a neck and shoulder injury. When I made my appointment I was in considerable pain and discomfort.Gina took such amazing care of me. From starting with the infrared sauna to the cold chamber and then the specific targeted Isolated cold therapy To the compression station, I am leaving as a new man. Headache went away instantly with the reduction of inflammation.I highly recommend Amy, Gina and the incredible team At this incredible facility.

    Hands down the best! Two of my kids had some sports injuries. This was the very best!!The facility is amazing, staff is helpful, kind and knowledgeable. We love it! Canā€™t recommend and speak highly enough about Cryo850!Itā€™s a must go for athletes/ especially student athletes.

    What an amazing experience! While visiting for the week, I reached out to Cryo850 and tried several treatments: a thermo body wrap, red light therapy, cryo, and a cocoon sauna session. Gina responded promptly and got my appointment scheduled right away. Diana was assigned to me and provided exceptional care, guiding me through each treatment with expertise. I also had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Amy, who took the time to educate me along the way. The facility is top-notch, welcoming, and well-organized, and Iā€™ve been feeling incredible since my visit. Definitely a 5-star experience!

    Outstanding first time experience. I started with the day pass. After 3 straight days of legs, I was very sore and wanted to if there was any improvement before my 50 mile ride on Saturday. The answer is Yes; I felt recovered and performed well. Will definitely go again.

    I loved my experience at Cryo850. I was in Destin for a couple of days and have always wanted to try it. I ended up buying the day pass and doing the whole rotation. Amy went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and comfortable and I only wish this place was closer to where I live in Tallahassee. So many health benefits. I would definitely be a member if I lived closer.

    Amy and her staff were great! My son and some of his teammates discovered all the ways Cryo850 can help with recovery after practice and games and they got educated about how she can help with injury recovery too! They even got to test themselves on the light board that is a mental and physical performance enhancement for players from all backgrounds - even pro and college athletes use it! Overall a great experience and we will be back!

    My wife and I were in town for a few days. Thought we would try this for something different. It was great! The cost for doing all the different treatments was not bad at all for the both of us. The super nice lady that walked us through each treatment was so attentive, even as busy as it got for a bit. She was so helpful and kind. It was all well worth it, I only wished I lived closer so I could do it more often. Thanks for the great service!

    I play soccer for emerald coast rush and fort Walton beach high school I recently had an injury to the back of my knee. I was told it was a torn upper calf and nothing was helping until I came here to 850 cryo Iā€™ve now had large strides in getting better.     Cryo850 is an awesome place! I have been going here for almost a year. I was doing the fullCircuit and since being pregnant I have continued with red light therapy. I started coming when I was trying to heal a foot fracture fast without surgery. All the staff is great and knowledgeable. Itā€™s always easy to get in and out.

    Every time I come to this place my experience has been nothing short of amazing. Everything was explained to me so perfectly and I leave in a great mood not only because of the actual cold chamber but because Amy is so welcoming and warm! (Despite the -120 temp!)     Went to Cryo850 for the first time today for my boyfriend before his track meet. I met Gina and Isaac who were both super helpful and knowledgeable explaining all the services to us. My boyfriend ended up doing the whole body chamber and it was amazing. Very refreshing for him before his track meet. They made me a cup of coffee while waiting for my boyfriend to be done. I felt very taken care of!

    The staff was so kind and informative. I had bought a package for a therapy that I ended up not enjoying off of Groupon and I was worried I would lose my money but without hesitation Amy transfered my money to credits for anything I would like to use them for.     I love it here. So fun to go with friends and get to relax. The Cryo Chamber also helps so much after a hard workout or being out in the sun all day working. The staff is so friendly and helpful. But by far my favorite self care activity at the center is the cocoon pod, with vibration, heat and a little bit of red light, canā€™t go wrong!!

    I had an AMAZING experience at Cryo850!!! It was my first time experiencing cryotherapy and even though I was a tiny bit nervous about it (because I hate the cold sooo much) it wasnt bad at all. In fact it was incredibly rejuvenating and very energizing!!!It was NOTHING like the pain and shock my body experiences in cold plunge.I could cryo every day and really look forward to it!!!Amy and her crew are amazing!!!And I found the leg compression to be absolutely fabulous as well!!!If you havent tried yet... do it!!! Youll be very proud of yourself for doing it... and youll LOVE the endorphin rush (without the joint and muscle pain of exercising!).Highly recommend!!!

    I have been doing weight training since high school and fatigue after a heavy lifting day always left me struggling the next few days. The services as well as the friendly and attentive staff at cryo 850 have made that a thing of the past. I can lift heavy and with a short rehab session be back at 100 in no time.     CRYO850 is knowledge and professional about their services and products. I highly recommend the Wild Ice Facial with the Wild Ice products. I have been using these for 3 years now and love my results! I had hyper pigmentation along my jawline from over sun exposure and the Wild Ice Cryo C Serum totally cleared it up within a month and I havent had an issue with it since. That was 3 years ago.

    I started going to Cryo850 with a sore back about 18 months ago. The Cryotherepy cold chamber really helped with my back and arthritis inflammation. I also love the red light as it helps with inflammation and skin issue like psoriasis. The owner, Amy, and all of her employees are so friendly and helpful that it soon became ā€œmy placeā€. I have a membership and go weekly or more when I can. I also have done the Cryo/collagen/oxygen facials with Hannah and they are amazing. I highly recommend Cryo850 to all my friends and anyone who wants to experience cold therapy and red light. Bonus is how clean the whole facility is all the time.     Amy sure rolled out the red carpet. Red light therapy, igloo cooler, localized cryo, sauna, and compression therapy (legs & hips). The igloo cooler, then localized cryo followed by sauna is the best my back and leg muscles have felt in a while. I instantly felt relief from tightness once we got into the localized therapy. The place is well kept and very clean. Oh, I almost forgot, the vibration plate really wakes up every fiber in your being. That, in my opinion, would be the best way to warm up for a run. My wife and I really felt the benefits that we took the deal to come back again. Its totally worth it, I recommend it for athletes, blue-collar workers (20 years of aircraft maintenance ), and I can feel the benefits when I climbed into the truck.     Have you ever tried the cryo chamber? I did neither until today. This was an extraordinary experience. I felt refreshed and alive. The staff was welcoming while going an extra mile to accommodate me and two of my little children. And the facialšŸ˜Š...a nice lady used a special tool alternating hot and cold temperatures, and one of a kind cold-kept skincare, Wild Ice, I believe. My face was glowing after I left this amazing place. I strongly recommend to experience this fun spa.

    I went to CRYO850 with a group of 5 other ladies. It was an amazing experience! Amy, Kelly, and Brett were wonderful. Amy explained the science behind the treatments and the benefits of the treatments. She answered all of our questions. She even took several pictures of our group! I especially enjoyed the spot cryo treatment that was administered by Brett. He did a great job of zoning in on my troublesome hip. He was so personable while doing the treatment. I highly recommend CRYO850!

    Today was the first big day for my healing journey after being sick for 8 years and then having my breast implants removed! I walked into Cryo850 to start my membership and had one of my best days post surgery! Kelli was so helpful!! She explained each treatment I was doing from a scientific standpoint so well and actually cared about what I wanted to gain from this!     I recently visited CRYO850 while vacationing on 30A. Im somewhat of a cryo addict at home and, even though it was a 30 minute plus drive from where we were staying, I bought a day-pass. And it was SO worth it! The pass I bought not only included whole body cryo, but several other services - red light, infrared sauna, local cryo, compression and vibration plates. My favorite part of the experience was getting to know Amy, the owner. She was one of those people you instantly like. It was a slower time of day when I was there - several high school athletes had been there earlier for their cryo treatments - so while I was doing compression, we were able to talk about all kinds of things. Shes wonderful! My only regret is that I didnt visit earlier in our trip, so that I could have gone 2-3x. Highly recommend!

    Would highly recommend! They offer an array of services and the staff was welcoming. Elise took good care of us and was knowledgeable about the different services.
