Leonora is so gracious, welcoming, and accommodating—it’s clear she puts her heart into this business.My cerologist, Aliyah, was incredible! Her Brazilian waxing skills are unmatched—it was painless, quick, and she was incredibly thorough. She made me feel completely at ease, and the results were flawless. I can confidently say I’ll never go anywhere else for waxing.I also love that sugaring is organic and lasts longer between sessions compared to traditional waxing. It’s such a great alternative, and my skin feels so smooth.Overall, my experience was a perfect 10/10—from the friendly reception staff to Leonora’s personal touch and Aliyah’s expertise.     I recently had my first sugaring session, and I am so impressed! I was a bit nervous going in as I hadnt tried it before, but the tech was super welcoming and made me feel right at ease. She was very knowledgeable and gave great aftercare tips!The results are incredible! This has definitely lasted longer than traditional waxing.Ill definitely be returning for my next session.     First time visitor, first time sugar wax. Had to give a little time before the review to see what the outcome truly was and I can definitely say 1.sugaring is 100% better than regular waxing 2. My technician Erica was amazing and I appreciate her detail and patience with my anxiety level!3. I will absolutely be going forward with sugaring in the future!!My only PROBLEM and its MAJOR to me but maybe not for some; The website offered a 50% discount on your first sugaring with code. I opted to get a sugaring and a facial to follow up, which I knew the facial would be full price but expected to get the sugaring discounted by applying the discount code in the comments section for both myself and a friend. I was checked in for my appointment with no problem and AFTER my appointment was complete and I went to pay, I was charged full price for both services although my friend was still discounted for her sugaring when she also added an additional service as well.When I asked why I was being charged full price and why I wasnt told that would be the case when I checked in, I was given several excuses as to why it couldnt be changed and nothing could be done!! It REALLY SOURED MY ENTIRE EXPERIENCE knowing that they would do something like that. Thankfully I dont just carry exact change on me but had I went in thinking one price and having another pushed on me at the end, that could have been very embarrassingSo ladies just be aware!! I would say read the small print but there was none telling me if I added items I would lose the original discount!All this to say, I now love sugaring, just need to decide if I want to continue with them or find another location... this buyer doesnt like false advertisement!UPDATE 8/24: This location saw my review and reached out to me personally not only to apologize but to also provide me with the original mentioned discount as well as an additional visit discount to show their sincere apologies. I appreciate that the owner firstly reads their reviews and Secondly, cares about customer retention in 2024 which has become very rare!!I will continue to refer and visit this location!

    I had an amazing experience with the whole staff, everyone makes you feel so welcome and special. I came in to get a Brazilian and my eyebrows threaded. Sammy did my Brazilian and she was so friendly and was really good, always making sure I was feeling good and comfortable which is what I always look when I’m getting wax so that was wonderful. Latavia did my eyebrow threading, she was so sweet and did amazing!! My eyebrows have never looked this good. I honestly love this place and the staff, the best place with the best service ever!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    Norma is an angel.This was my second Brazilian ever and I went to a different place for the first one. Norma made me feel so comfortable from the start. Her demeanor is so sweet and comforting. She explained everything thoroughly and was very gentle.The place was very cute and clean as can be.I’m very pleased with my visit and I’m excited to see the results.

    Went here on 07/15/2024. First off when you walk in the door it’s so girly. Everything is pink and comfy. I did my Brazilian wax with Jessie, she did an amazing job. Very knowledgeable on what she was doing and makes you feel very comfortable. Definitely recommend her for your next wax.

    Erika is the best! Shes been doing my waxes for several months and every time is such a great experience. She talks to me the whole time so its easier to not focus on the pain and makes it go by faster. Shes so sweet and personable and literally remembers what I tell her like where Im going on a trip, how school is going, etc. Always on time and gets the service done efficiently and with great quality. The salon itself is really cute and all the staff are friendly!

This was my first experience with sugaring versus other traditional waxing not only what is the space boutiquey, tranquil and inviting, the service was as great. The owner happen to be at the salon the day I was there and she was very friendly and engaging. I’ll definitely be coming back and would suggest if you’ve never tried sugaring you should!

    I went to Sugaring NYC on Wednesday and the experience was amazing. The inside is beautiful and pink. Very clean and organized. Amazing staff and was greeted upon opening the door. I went in and was greeted by Lauren, she was so sweet. Lauren provided services for me for an arm wax , eyelash tint and lift. I have barely any lashes and when I was finished they were dark and so much fuller. I love that I have lashes now. The arm wax was quick, simple and did not hurt at all, barely felt anything. The rooms were bright, pink and extremely cute. The bed was comfortable. I will definitely go back when its time for another arm wax and eyelash tint. I will also book an appointment for a leg wax and underarm wax. Reasonable prices and memberships. Totally worth it. Book with Lauren, shes awesome and extremely friendly. Lauren explains every detail of the process and makes sure your okay during it. Lauren explains to you about aftercare at home.
