Audrey is an amazing!! She always makes sure I like my lashes and any complaint or issue I come across she tries something new so it won’t happen. The place is very accommodating and everyone is super nice and welcoming.

This was the first time and the first person that I spoke to was Phil, I told him that I needed my eyebrows threaded and he told me about all the promotions and I couldnt resist. Alissa was so good with my fears on getting my eyelashes/eyebrows tinted and she made me feel comfortable and took her time. What an amazing job she did, with the experience that she has I felt so comfortable. Ashley took my information and I signed up for future promotions. She was great too. What a great place to feel good about yourself and great people to go too. Highly recommend this place!!!!

I went about 2 weeks ago for my first ever appointment with Emily and I had an amazing time! The spa in general is very clean and has a nice atmosphere to it. Emily did an amazing job doing my lashes and they have retained well over the past 2 weeks. I walked out feeling so confident, she really put in a lot of effort into making sure that they were perfect. I can’t wait to go back!!

Went in for my first ever lift and tint and had a fantastic experience! Emily was really nice and walked me through each step as she went. The lounge itself is super clean and pretty, and the chair and blanket was so comfy I nearly fell asleep :) Thank you Lash Lounge!!

The Lash Lounge was a great unexpected find on a Sunday. The front desk staff was very polite and welcoming. My eyebrow lady, Brielle, courteously talked to me before my service and inquired how I wanted my eyebrows done. She attentively listened and understood my requests. She perfectly threatened my eyebrows. I appreciate her professionalism and will be back to The Lash Lounge again.

Had my lashes done for the first time by Daisha, it was an amazing experience! The lounge is extremely comfortable and the process was so relaxing. Daisha was very helpful in choosing the lashes best for me and what I wanted. 10/10 would recommend and will be coming back!

My lashes can be hard to deal with since some of very curly and others like to cross with one another. Emily did a great job with application and was gentle with me. Front desk ladies are lovely to speak to and overall office was pleasant to be in. 10/10 recommend the lash lounge.

I cannot recommend The Lash Lounge Estero enough! Everyone you meet is friendly and helps answer any and every question! I am new to the eyelash extension world and Brielle made sure to go over all the different styles, curl options, and best look for my features. After my initial lash application, I had my refill done and was so impressed that she understood what I was going for (this time I was looking for more fullness rather than length. I am purchasing my membership at my next refill! If you have not tried these wonderful ladies yet, do so before prices go up! You will not regret it!!
