I love Great Clips. Been to going there for 4 years. On my last visit I learned that the owner will only accept veteran discounts on Tuesdays and Thursdays after the new year. Great Clips, who give free haircuts to veterans on Veterans Day, is limiting there veteran discounts? Im confused. Is this at all Great Clips franchises, or just this one. If Veterans are such a burden to this franchise owner, who is their competitor! Ill go there! (Female veteran)

I had a hair cut yesterday with Retha and WHAT a breath of fresh air! She did a great job on my hair and I LOVE it! Super sweet and professional as well. I used to see AJ there all the time, but unfortunately he is no longer there. However, I now HIGHLY recommend Retha! I am super happy with her work and have had so many compliments on the hair cut! Best ever!

I have three kids and due to crazy schedules I went in three different times over the course of a week, each time being sat with Retha. Retha is absolutely fabulous! She is so great with kids. She is patient and kind and just so much fun. The kids have all said they will never get their hair done by anyone else again. They only want to go back to Ms Retha.

Retha was phenomenal. She combined the patient care of a salon with the precise detail to fading/line work. I didn’t have to say much and she knew exactly what I was wanting to look like. Cut came out Perfect. She’s funny, friendly, and was informative about hair care without pushing for sales. Even though Retha cut my hair, I could overhear other stylists and you can tell they actually Care about Hair first and foremost.

Years ago I had a favorite stylist in Mount Dora. She left and then came back as a floater, so I could never track her down. Imagine my surprise when, out of convenience, I walk in to the Eustis Village Great Clips and there she is! Retha always provides 5 star service. Im thrilled to know she will be at the Eustis location permanently now. Im back on her regulars list. I highly recommend Retha to anyone looking for a new stylist in Lake County, Florida.

Great Clips has cut my hair more than any other such store. Normally, I just get a trim of a few inches off the length and check the cut on my bangs. So, I dont do anything special. Ive met some great stylists at this location over the years.Today, April 25, 2024 I was a bit overdue for my haircut since the last one in June 2023. I went with a blunt cut that was about chin length. Angela did an excellent job of cutting and styling my haircut. It reminded me of my second grade haircut!! I wanted to add photos but for some reason I kept getting an error ... I even removed the previous review and started again with my review but still no photos could be added.

Staff members are always friendly. They cut my sons hair the way he asks for with no problem, no complaints. The mobile app check in is handy to know how long waits are so you dont need to sit there in the salon for hours- just check in on the app and arrive when its your turn

There is a reason for the 4 stars and not 5. I had my hair cut yesterday when I got home I realized it wasnt quite right, which caused an intial lower rating. I went back today, but because of traffic I was late. It was 15 minutes after closing. I asked if they could take a minute and a pair of clippers to fix my hair. Thankfully AJ agreed. AJ paid an amazing attention to detail and corrected everything to perfection. All this even after after closing. I recommend going to this location and asking for AJ! While I can not give 5 stars for the initial issue, AJ went above and beyond to help me and that is what brought the rating up.
