Came to this salon as it was recommended by a good friend of mine. I did not have an appointment. They took me right in, Henry did my pedicure and manicure. He was amazing and I absolutely loved the salon. Henry did a phenomenal job on my nails and Ive gotten tons of compliments so go check him out. Very clean, comfy and everyone was so welcoming. Great experience and I will def be back.

Absolutely love this place. I’m sad that I am leaving this place because of moving complications,10 out of 10 for me. I love this place and i love the people that are here.A few times we’ve had a few complications that i messed up on lol but besides from my mistakes of blaming them for something that they did not do ,it’s amazing!!!!!! The best pedicure Ive ever had. It literally put me and my husband to sleep. The atmosphere is so relaxing and the pedicurist is so professional. We drove over 100 miles to spend the weekend in that area. We now plan to drive that distance to visit Ocean Club Nails. We look forward to our next visit. I also had a gel manicure while there. Everything was so inviting and worth the ride.

Ocean Club is a clean and relaxing environment. It does not smell like chemicals, the techs are gentle and meticulous. Their work exceeds any photo we’ve brought in to replicate and we have never felt “rushed” through our appointment. We love Kelly and Sally! You’re in good hands with any of their techs (walk-in’s welcome). Fendi and Vince do a phenomenal job managing the salon. This is only nail salon I will take my 12 year to. Very pleased. Highly recommend.

This shop was awesome!! I went here on vacation.. I had a gentleman, named Sun or Son.. forgive me if I spelled his name wrong.. but he knew how to treat my feet and hands.. They were also accommodating to my latex allergy.. Most of the shops in the surrounding areas were not accommodating (saying I need to go buy the gloves and bring it and give it to them).. This bothered me, I am on vacation.. This shop also took COVID precautions like no other.. I felt comfortable and refreshed.. They do have WINE!!

I came here after I waited without service at another local salon. I am blown away! It was super busy and I was advised there would possibly be an hour wait BUT the gentleman at the door was super nice, it smelled amazing inside, and the ambiance was so relaxing. I waited maybe 15 minutes. I requested a gel French manicure and it turned out gorgeous! The prices are unbeatable. I’ll definitely be back.

Came for a wedding and during luggage handling at the airport my thumb nail split in half, took an Uber from hotel to this wonder place. Service was excellent, technical was a top notch, did not have to wait and nail tech matched color and design. Was very satisfied and happy and nail tech said that it was free, no charge. He got a good tip. I wish there were more places like this around Florida. If you want good professional service, I strongly recommend Ocean Club Nails. It’s almost next door to Talbots so you can go shopping after.

This is a new store within the last month. Very lovely store and everything clean and updated. Everyone was very friendly. Free drinks like water, pop, etc. I got a regular pedicure and a gel polish manicure. I arrived at 6 pm and they closed at 7 pm. I think they got busy cleaning up for the night and didnt start my manicure until I reminded them. A lady stayed and finished my gel polish and it was 7:25 when I walked out. She did not rush and did a great job. I waited to give my review to see how my nails held up and 5 days later still looking great!

I am always a little wary of nail salons, but I really wanted a pedicure and Ocean Club accepts walk-ins. Im so glad I tried it. I treated myself to their hot stone pedicure, and it was excellent. They took their time, were gentle and the message was truly relaxing. Most importantly, everything was very sanitary. They use plastic bags in the pedicure chairs and the equipment was clean. So happy with my service and nail technician.

The nail techs are mostly competent and polite. My biggest complaint is the receptionist. He is INCREDIBLY RUDE. He answers every call on speaker phone and the caller cannot understand him. Callers are constantly asking their questions over and over again and saying what??? I have heard so many people hang up on this guy. Sitting there getting a manicure or pedicure and witnessing this it’s definitely entertaining, but very BAAAAD customer service. Not to mention when he is supposed to be receiving people and calls at the front he is lazing around in the chairs gossiping like a giddy little girl. If I owned/ managed this place I would fire this guy in a heartbeat. What a clown!

I came in with no appointment on a Monday late afternoon and was seen within minutes. The girl at the front desk was so kind. The guy who ended up doing my nails was a bit.. harsh? Pulling off the foils hard, sighing a lot, seemed upset when I changed my mind to have them filed down a bit (just a gel mani, we were still in the filing phase, this wouldnt be hard to do) If my fingers got too close hed shove them apart. Nothing too major just seemed a bit unprofessional and rude. My nails turned out great, and would still come again, just maybe with a different tech.

Wow what a find! I left another nail salon after not being waited on while others after me were promptly waited on. My granddaughter who was with me for our mani pedi day, said shed heard of this place. It was awesome. We were promptly greeted and seated. The atmosphere is heavenly, I felt like I was in a fancy spa yet the prices were the same as the other little nondescript salon that had ignored us. In fact the gel mani was a few dollars less! Mood lighting and music, great nail tech who spoke very good English, sodas, water and even wine. Water fall and marble walls with beautiful lighting. When we left we were profusely thanked for coming and they enrolled us in some type of frequent customer program. Its my new go to nail salon!

Wow! This place blew me away from the second I step foot inside. I came in as a walk in but didnt have to wait too long to be attended. The whole store is beautifully decorated and just very calming, I wouldve fallen asleep during my pedicure if I wasnt reading on my phone. I did indulge a little, normally with a new nail salon Ill do a routine mani-pedi but I went out for the candle light pedicure (#3 on their menu pamphlet) and was not disappointed.There was a two part leg/foot mask with a little tea light candle that burned throughout the process which is used at the end before polish. Ive never had wax used for a leg massage but goodness theres no going back after that! It was followed with a steam towel wrap and polish was applied while they sat and cooled on my calves. Kelly did my feet and I cant reccomended her more highly. Bao handled my manicure (full acrylic set with gel polish) which was just a standard process, no extras, and I am very pleased with the result. I booked in advance for a fill and cant wait to return to this great addition to the island.

I love this place. Clean, friendly staff. I love Katie there. She is excellent at what she does. She does my eyebrows(waxing), pedicure and manicure(gel). I recommend this place to anybody who wants to get the best service in town.

I had a 5 star experience today at Ocean Club Nails. So glad I decided to try this place! I travel back and forth between Fernandina and Jax all the time and have had my “regular” guy in Jax for years. I’ve been in search for someone here local so I didn’t have to drive to Jax to get my nails done.I made an afternoon appointment. First, they used a new product to remove my gel from my nails. So much better and healthier than soaking in acetone and foil. Tan did a TOP NOTCH JOB on my dip manicure and pedicure polish change! They were absolutely perfect.Staff members are helpful, friendly, and warm. They helped me choose my color, offered me a beverage, carried my things from one chair to another, etc. Atmosphere is relaxing, very clean, modern, soft lighting, calming instrumental music. There are 2 big TVs on to watch (Food Network today) while you enjoy your services. The pedicure massage chairs and big, comfy, and new. I loved the super customizable massage remote.Thank you! I will be back!! ☺️
