I have heard patients discuss wonderful care by Kim Lindsey. I have to agree : Kim Lindsey is professional and informed. She takes pride in her work and has wonderful training. She listens and provides realistic and insightful recommendations with today’s modern laser and skin care options. My treatments have been wonderful to improve my skin and restore damage from the sun. Her pretreatments and post-operative instructions are clear, printed, and emailed. She and the team at Elase have done a wonderful job introducing me to a series of care and products that have made my skin youthful and protected. I am enjoying the investment in my skin - even my family and friends have commented on the results. It is rewarding to see and feel the results. It is important to share when you find top quality care!

Walking into this establishment was like dying, and going straight to heaven. The ladies at the front desk asked me if I wanted water, or champagne, and poured it in a clean, beautiful glass for me, and were very welcoming. I had my experience for the first time here with Kelley, and I felt like we were new friends as soon as she came and greeted me in the waiting room. She went through the process throughly and talked me through everything. Might I add, she made the whole process PAINLESS, and as comfortable as ever. She is such a ray of sunshine, and I’d trust her with everything. The general manager had checked me out, and she was awesome, and super helpful. At the end they give you a little goody bag, and if the personality of everyone in this establishment isn’t enough to make you want to come back, the products are. All the ladies are amazing, and I cannot wait to come back. 10/10!

If I could give Katie 10 stars, I would. I’ve been getting fillers for years and in several different states. There was only 1 person that I found, out of 12, whom was a master artist at their profession until Katie. Don’t waste your time or money with anyone else… she is fabulous!

I had the Hydra Facial Platinum today with Lauryn at the Fernandina Beach location and it was by far the best facial I ever received. Lauryn was so thorough and took so much time with every application of product and process. I’m so excited to have found such a skilled Aesthetician here in Fernandina Beach. I will definitely be rebooking with her on the regular.

I had one of the best facials ever at Elase. My facialist, Lauryn, had such attention to detail. She carefully analyzed my skin and customized the treatment to suit my needs.Throughout the session, she explained each step, making me feel comfortable and informed. Her technique was gentle yet thorough. The facial massage was super relaxing, and my skin looked and felt amazing afterward. I highly recommend Elase for a precise and professional facial experience. I will definitely be returning!

She is kind and attentive, and really cares about making sure that you are happy and content with your results.
