    Just had my appointment at the Orange Park location and as always I’m greeted with friendly faces, smiles , and clean environment. Today I seen Cheril and she was very gentle and knew exactly how to ease the pain of my laser treatment for under my arms and bikini area .. I was so shocked at how smooth and painless it went for me .. 3 sessions left 🥰

    Love how my under arm laser hair removal is working out. The laser tech is very patient since it’s a sensitive area and it can be a bit painful. The orange park office is a perfect location for me it’s near my home! I just love the staff they are super courteous and kind.

    I just finished my last treatment and I am in love! Ashley did my last treatment today and she is amazing. She is funny, talkative, and I feel like I could talk to her about anything. Everyone else is also amazing and kind. I highly recommend coming here for your treatments! They are quick easy and best of all NO MORE SHAVING.

    I just left my second appointment at 2:10 and my nurse practitioner ( I believe her name was Ash) was amazing. Shes very attentive, kind, and funny. She makes my appointments very comfortable and doesnt make me feel embarrassed or exposed and keeps a good conversation going. She will stop when I need her to or when it becomes too painful. Shes patient and I would highly recommend her for all your laser needs! She needs a raise and a vacation!

    I have been with ideal image for 3yrs. I use to have thick course hair in my face and I use to wear make up to cover the fact that I shave. With ideal image it is worth it I have a smooth face and no dark spots. I no longer wear make up and I feel so confident.

    The staff of Ideal Image Fleming Islandis fabulous! They are always friendly, kind and warm! I am a long time customer and cant believe the results of my whole body transformation in hair loss! Scheduling can be a little hectic but for me that is a direct result of the services offered being impeccable! I cannot recommend them enough. Its worth every penny!     The sales are good but the results have been better! Ashley is awesome and always helps metalk or laugh through the service. If it wasn’t for her, I don’t know if I could tolerate it nearly as well. I’ve had an awful reaction but she’s always there to order me meds necessary to deal with the reaction I had. She prepares me for my upcoming procedure and I couldn’t ask for better. Hairless is the goal and so far so good!

    I have been a customer at ideal image for a few years now. I am currently going for laser hair removal and it has been the best decision that I’ve made. I have really thick hair and a lot and now am halfway on my journey to becoming hair free and having smooth skin. At ideal image i have always felt welcomed and they have treated me so well. I would recommend them 100%, they are the best at everything they do.

    Will be having my last appointment with Gina soon. Gina and the entire staff has been great. I am very happy with my results and will adding other areas in the future. I was very unsure about spending so much money, but hands down the best money I have spent on myself in a long time. It was a splurge, but being bikini ready all the time is amazing.     The staff is so friendly which made the pain of my treatment very tolerable. Shout-out to Barin at the desk who was so helpful and Ashley my provider who talked me through my procedure. I definitely recommend this location and the services they provide have changed my life. No more tummy fat and razor burn!

    Everyone here is wonderful! They made getting hair removal done a seamless experience. Being an African American, it’s scary getting laser treatment because not many places have a laser suitable for our skin type/color. I can assure you that everyone is knowledgeable of the best laser for your skin and you’ll see guaranteed results! Thank you Ideal Image :)

    I cant wait for my next appointment! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with professionalism & felt absolutely pampered. Who knew that smooth legs could make such a difference?!? From dance classes to date nights, its so nice to simply slip into that little black dress without worrying about having time to shave. Thank you Ideal Image for changing the way I get dressed...:-)

    Today Jamie was fast and efficient. I’ve been getting laser treatment for years. I’m dark skin African American and they have the perfect laser for my complexion to get my facial hair. I’m no longer self conscious about someone touching my face - this is a great investment!!!

    Went in for my 5th laser hair treatment appointment today. Had the pleasure of being treated by Britney! Wow! Very thorough, takes the time to do it right. Could not be happier with her. Amazing results thus far. I highly recommend laser hair removal. The only downfall is that laser hair removal doesnt take on blonde hair, wish I could do more. It is addicting.

    Its been 8 years since I first signed up for laser hair removal. Let me start by saying it is not permanent, thats why the four stars. But with in the first 4 years you wont have to shave. On the 5th I had to shave once a month, on the 6th year I shaved about twice a month, on the seventh year once a week and now I have to shave every two days 😩 good thing I can go back for touch ups.
