    I recently had the pleasure of visiting Tricel, and I can confidently say it was one of the most amazing experiences Ive ever had in the realm of beauty and wellness! From the moment I stepped into her Salon Suite , I was immediately struck by how clean and well-organized the space was. It truly felt like a sanctuary designed for relaxation and rejuvenation.The service I received was nothing short of exceptional. Tricel is a true artist when it comes to applying lashes! She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, offering personalized advice while ensuring my comfort throughout the entire process. The results were stunning—my lashes have never looked better!After the lash appointment, I treated myself to a back facial, and wow, what an experience! She was incredibly knowledgeable and made sure I felt at ease every step of the way. The products they used smelled divine and really worked wonders on my skin. I walked out feeling refreshed, both in mind and body.What truly stood out to me was the level of customer service. tricel was incredibly accommodating and friendly, making me feel like a valued guest throughout my entire visit.     Sooooo, I almost never post reviews, but Ladies Lean In....Brazilians/Bikini waxes are cool...but if youre not getting a Vajacial afterwards, Do you even really love your kitty? Your hair grows back thinner, it removes bacteria, prevents breakouts, and shall I testify that it is LESS PAIN...this coming from someone that was petrified of waxes, especially down low. The cherry on top, is getting a Vajacial Hydro Mask afterwards. It has aloe vera and it is so soothing and healing after a Brazilian... Youll leave feeling so silky & sexy. But lastly the Chefs kiss and prep for your next visit is the after care maintenance. The Fur body wash has been amazing on my face all the way down south to my kitty. It goes on like an oil and works up into a luscious lather...and exfoliate your kitty a few times a week with Deck Scrub wash. Then a few drops of the Fur oil to moisturize and prevent ingrown hair... At the end of the day, we spend so much time, money, and maintenance on our hair, nails, lashes....but your kitty needs love too...And 1 thing for certain and 2 things for sure, Tricel is a Sensei at what she does and backs up what she says...She truly has her clients best interest and you cant go wrong with any of her services...be sure to save and catch her specials when theyre running...In the words of J Cole Love Yourz...

    I had such an amazing experience here! It was a calming atmosphere, clean and Tricel made sure I was comfortable. She did my lashes for Miami carnival with blue ends that looked beautiful, not only that it’s been three weeks and my lashes still look new, amazing retention. I would 100% suggest my friends and family to check her out for their waxing and lash services.

    Today I had an amazing first time experience with Tricial. I received a Brazilian wax with the after Cooling Jelly Mask with Lavender . I was a nervous wreck. Ms Ann her assistant was truly a gem. I totally loved the educational aspect of the entire appointment. I learned so many different do’s and Don’t’s. This has changed my entire outlook of self care. I call QueenIvy my personal Beauty Bar. For me the service was totally amazing. I forgot about the initial pain of the waxing. Overall this place is A++ !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Can’t wait for my next appointment.

    Tricel was excellent she walked me through the process being that it was my first time ever getting a wax. She was patient we had conversations throughout the whole process also prompt me. I would definitely recommend y’all to go check her out it’s worth it. You won’t regret it! There snacks n candy/drinks also her establishment is very clean/customer friendly welcoming environment music was on point right when you walk through the door set the vibes!! Thanks 🙏🏾 again!!!

    I was welcomed in a nice and friendly way. Since it was my first time I wasn’t exactly sure how exactly I wanted the service but she helped me figure out what was best for me since I had never got something like it before. She also had beverages and many other snacks to enjoy. She made sure I was comfortable through out the whole process and it was really relaxing I felt as if I was slowly going to falling asleep.

    Im a snow bird and it is hard to know where to go to maintain your look. I was very impressed with the team at Queen Ivy. I had my eyebrows waxed and decided to retry eyelash extensions.The team did an awesome job. I chose a hybrid style and she gave me just enough. It wasnt over done or too thin. And the style really fit my face. Love the shop and the othe stores in the mall. I didnt leave before booking my next appointment.

    I got my eyelashes done with her :)All you need to know is that she has magical hands. If you have a busy day ahead of you or if you had a busy day before seeing her you’ll be so grateful of her hands. You can literally knock out and not feel a thing as she works her magic. The recliner chair you sit in is super comfortable and she even includes a memory foam pillow thing so your butt doesn’t fall asleep and a blanket in case you get cold. She is professional, clean, kind, talented, and attentive to everything you need. Highly recommend!!!

    Y’all gotta listen to me I swear… I’m not lying. This lady here is AMAZING! When I say amazing I mean, great professionalism. Never had a compliant, always respectful. And just overall amazing. I can go on and on about Queen Ivy, I get the Brazilian wax and lashes and both services are phenomenal I will be back. Great company and just overall a calming atmosphere. Thank you so much.     Totally satisfied and had a comfortable experience. Got bikini waxed and just by luck Tricel had an empty slot and was able to fix my lashes that I got done elsewhere and wasn’t pleased. Now my go to lash place!
