I left the salon speechless, as I have never received such amazing care & service! Chrystie was phenomenal, she went above and beyond for my Nova lash refill! She gave me a follow up kit, and after care instructions.I have a severe sensitivity to most glues, but decided to give this brand a try on my most recent visit to my cousins’s salon in Trinidad. Knowing that I would have to find a certified Nova lash specialist close to my house!So glad that this salon was recommended to me, and I will definitely share my experience with others! No sensitivity issues at all with this brand of lashes or glue!

I went to get my lashes done, and I am absolutely in love with the results. From the moment I arrived, the service was excellent. Alex, the technician who attended to me, was so professional, friendly, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process. She was very detailed and explained every step to make sure I was happy with the design and volume of my lashes.The atmosphere of the place is relaxing, clean, and modern, which made the experience even better. My lashes turned out to be natural yet voluminous, just how I wanted. Alex also gave me helpful tips on how to take care of them to make them last longer. I left with a huge smile on my face!I will definitely be returning to and recommending it to all my friends. 5-star service, especially from Alex! 💖

Had my first lash appointment with Jessica today and it went great. She executed my wishes spot on. Her work is detailed and gentle and Im very pleased with the outcome of my natural looking classic set. The clean and calming environment was so enjoyable it put me to sleep. Her after care directive wasnt rushed and easy to follow. I cant speak on the longevity of the lashes yet but it looks very promising. I definitely can refer Jessica with confidence.

The establishment is cute with stylish details with the client in mind, Gorgeous ceilings to look at as we lay down and have our lashes worked on. Christy, the owner, is always on hand and is compassionate, professional and has a soft touch!I had concerns about something in my eye and she was more than willing to calm and I am so happy I found this last place. I’ve had lenses in other places and by far this is the first place that I am more than convinced that it’s a highly professional and knowledgeable place.

I love Christie! I’ve been going to her since April 2023 and haven’t missed a refill sinceI’m really picky with my lashes, I think more than most people claim because I take pride in my long, bountiful babies. I’ve searched for years for someone good but have only had breakage, bad reactions and short lived beauty but with Christie - that’s far from the caseShe’s a real artist. She understands lash growth and she’s incredibly knowledgeable. My lashes never once have broken, lessened or have gotten weaker and I couldn’t be happier or more grateful.My lashes are always beautiful and the comments are non-stop when I go out. Her space is lovely and she’s really just the best ❤️ thank you always!

First time ever doing mink lashes. She talked me through the process and was very professional. You walk in there and there’s a great ambiance; smells delightful and very clean. She had relaxing music you could practically fall asleep to! I started to get antsy in the middle of it but she held a conversation with me and it helped! Chrystie is amazing! She asked what the goal for my lashes were and worked with what best suits me. I love the way they came out! I’m definitely coming back and recommending her to others!

Chrystie is truly incredible! I drive about an hour just to get my lashes and brows done here and its 100% worth the drive. Its hard to find someone who is knowledgeable and willing to cater to your unique eye shape/lashes but Chrystie does such an amazing job matching what exactly I was looking for (natural but full appearance without looking too much/fake). The experience is always very clean upon arrival, and peaceful during the process. If you want quality lashes that actually last, this is your place!
