A friendly staff who is very experienced in all cultures of 💇 .they are very friendly and understand completely how to apply what ever your beauty needs in hair care eyebrows nails coloring hard colors and facials.I recommend this salon highly . I am a 😌 customer for life. Stylist Jeni is great with hair color, shes amazing.

Have you ever experienced a disastrous color botch?? Your heart drops, your anxiety goes through the roof, you look at yourself in the mirror staring just thinking who IS this person?! Yep, theeee worst feeling ever!! Don’t know how it happened, but my guardian angel led me to Alicia. As tears ran down my face, I showed her a picture of what I usually look like. As you can imagine, she was sensitive to my situation assuring me she would make me look like myself again, but it would be a process. She walked me through every step of what she was going to do, the reason why & what the former colorist did wrong. Of course I didn’t understand any of that, I just know what I’m supposed to look like so please just do whatever it takes to get me back to that! With over 40 years of experience, I was confident I was in excellent hands. Alicia is beyond knowledgeable and pays close attention to detail like no other, like OBSESSED with details of her work even regarding hair washing & products. I walked out that day already feeling & looking like my old self. It’s been a little over a year that I found my lifesaver & I am so grateful. The experience I receive each time I go is exactly like the first time. Alicia prioritizes the health of my hair at every visit. She has nursed my hair back to being strong, healthy & beautiful. Not only is she talented but this lovely lady is an extremely hard worker. She’s worked many late nights accommodating “my” schedule which is rare these days. That just shows how passionate she is about her work & the wellbeing of her clients. As for the rest of the staff, Anne, who works the front desk, is one of the sweetest & kindest people I’ve ever met. She is welcoming, personable & thorough with scheduling & the face of the salon. She never rushes you off the phone & gives you her undivided attention. Anne is helpful to all the clients’ needs & makes your visit an absolute pleasure. Everyone on Alicia’s team (nail techs, shampoo girl, esthetician, stylists) are friendly saying hello with a smile on their face. I get a Steel-Magnolias vibe when I’m there. It’s comforting, fun & I laugh like crazy. I look forward to my visits & when I leave, I feel refreshed and pretty! Such an awesome feeling! I’ve spoken so highly about this salon that my mom, sister and nieces all go to Alicia & they are just as pleased as I knew they would be. Hands down, five stars!!!
