    I dont know if this place is deleting the bad reviews or what, there is no way with the service i got this place deserves a 4.9. I came here last Thursday at 5:30pm, was put with a lady that did my nails so rushed that my 6 year old can do a better job at panting my nails. I am so disappointed, less than a week and my gel is already chipping off, the lady was so concerned about what the other lady was talking about in their language that she did not pay attention to what she was doing. Then went i went to pay i had to scan the code for Zelle because nobody was in the front to ask how the service was or nothing. Waste of my money and time.Update 5/21/24.. I received a call from the place for me to come in so they can fix my nails at no cost, made my appointment and came in, I was surprised and grateful that they actually did call to fix the issue, i picked a different color, had another girl that did my nails even though I felt like she was rushing, the color is very vibrant and looked nice this time, even though my nails were not cleaned on the side I’m pleased with the result. Thank you.

    I’ve been coming to Kai’s for 6 months now. Religiously I go, every two weeks to get my nails done. The salon is clean, modern and trendy, I’ve tried Yen, Eric and Ben when it comes to my nails and they are fantastic with their work. I go to Ben now and he creates the most perfect designs for me which is what I love about him. His technique throughout the whole thing is right on the money. I recently went to try a facial out with Dao and her hands are magical. She has the candle lit for you in the room, the heated bed and massages your every muscle on your face, neck and chest. It was exactly what I needed after a long couple of weeks. She extracted all my blackheads and I felt so relaxed after. I highly, highly recommend going to Kai’s Nail Salon. I’ve never committed myself to any nail salon the way I continually come back here. It’s my favorite spot and I love everyone who works there.

    Love this salon! Went here today for the first time on recommendation from a friend (who is very particular about her nails). I got the classic mani pedi and it was perfect! The salon is clean and comfortable (great massage chairs!) and the staff are very friendly, efficient and thorough. My nails look great and it was a very enjoyable experience. I will definitely be back next time I’m in town.

    I came here for the first time today, and it has been the best nail salon I have ever been to. Everyone is so nice and sweet and make you feel like family. I have definitely found my new Salon and will never go anywhere else. I Can’t wait to go back in 2 weeks. They deserve more than 5 stars ⭐️. You guys are the best.

    I’m not from Florida so I had to Google this nail salon and I’m glad I went! The front desk secretary took care of me quickly and had me set an appointment for both of my services. Doa and Eric did a great job and was very detailed with their work. I will definitely return. The environment is relaxing and not a lot of commotion going on. It’s also beautifully decorated and very clean. Would definitely recommend.

    Whenever I’m in Florida, I HAVE to go to Kais nails. Their service is impeccable and their employees are skilled. I went in for a dip manicure, regular pedicure, and eyebrow wax. My tech was Ha and my experience with her was so great. She worked with me to come up with the exact color I wanted on my nails. She listened to me when I mentioned what I wanted for my brows (only clean up). I had a horrible eyebrow wax experience a while ago and she made me feel super comfortable and did the most perfect job on my brows. I cannot rave about Kai’s Nails enough!!

    If you are looking for a new nail place - go here!!!! They are absolutely amazing! Everyone was so kind and it was very clean! My appointment was at 930 and I got right in and never waited. My nails are absolutely beautiful and I WILL be back!

    I’ve said this before, but this is it for real! Wonderful experience!! Gel manicure was perfect, nice and thin, with zero imperfections. I upgraded my pedicure to the Deluxe which came with a nice soak, scrub and heavy foot cream. They also have the latest colors, so I’m happily wearing the best that OPI has to offer.

    Went today for the first time, i got a pedicure and dip nails with extensions with Ben and am so happy that I drove from Fort Lauderdale to go here! Theyre extremely professional there and make you feel so comfortable, they are constantly cleaning. Very sweet and kind staff and Ben did an incredible job on my nails, so excited to come back after having my baby! Thank you Ben!

    Yen has been doing my nails for years so when she moved over to Kai’s it was a no brainer to follow her! Not only is she amazing but so are the rest of the technicians at Kai’s. They are extremely passionate about providing the best service and experience making sure you leave satisfied every time. The spa is super clean and the furniture/equipment is new (a rare find these days)! I’ve gone to several spas closer to my home and each time disappointment with the service. I’ll continue to come to Kai’s even with the 30 min drive!

    Came here for an last minute gel manicure and regular pedicure. You can call the day before and they can usually accommodate a time for you. I had my nails done by Kiki, and she was very good. She did not rush the process and was very detail oriented. Service is good and the place is really clean.

    Hope is an amazing nail tech. Every time I go to Kais I am assigned to Hope and she always pays attention to detail. She does a great job in both dip and gel. She also does a great job shaping nails.

    It doesnt get much classier than Kais Nails. Julie and her team take time to always make the clients feel welcomed and heard. The shop is super clean and always being sanitized, and it never feels overcrowded. You dont feel stuffed in or like youre traveling through a revolving door. Yen and Julie have a fun array of cute & trendy gift items for sale too. If youre looking for a relaxed, comfortable nails experience in the Davie area, you wont be disappointed with Kais. Excellent customer care.

    I haven’t even left my chair as I am writing this because I am overwhelmed with the wonderful experience I had. The establishment is clean, calm, and the staff were extremely personable, professional, and friendly from the moment I made the appointment over the phone and all throughout the process. My technician did a wonderful job. Once he finished and my toes were drying, I noticed something about the shape of my toenail that I didn’t like the best, but I just made a mental note on how to explain something next time because I knew I would return. While I was looking down, another technician approached me and immediately asked me what the issue was (but with genuine concern and care). She reshaped it to my liking without me prompting anything and made me feel taken care of. My nails turned out beautiful.

My longtime & trusted tech (12 years) decided to pursue a new career and so II had to find another fantastic tech and was ecstatic to find a great new person at Kais -- the first salon I tried, based on many positive online reviews. No further searching required! The salon was clean, friendly, pleasantly staffed and well-equipped. My nail tech was tattentive and meticulous.5-stars all the way!!

    A beautiful, clean location. I have been three times and saw Eric two of the times. He had great communication to ensure the French tip length was what I was looking for and they have held up very well. He was friendly and the receptionist is great. It can be hard to get a walk-in appt. I have used one other tech here and my nails did not hold up as well.

    This is probably THE nicest salon/spa I have been to! What a beautiful, immaculate spa! The staff are all so friendly and professional. I felt relaxed and pampered… such a peaceful vibe inside. Everyone, even though wearing a mask, wearing a smile underneath! My nail technician, Yen, made my nails that were barely there look like beautiful nails again! I highly recommend this spa and Yen!     Second time I’m giving a review (never write reviews) first time I had to bec of my very negative experience at another nail salon. This time complete opposite. I believe credit is due where it is deserved. This place is so clean! They’re so nice here. Such a nice atmosphere and Nancy was amazing, she is so thorough not rushing and pays attention to detail.     I am absolutely blown away at the communication of new safety policies and procedures in place at Kai’s. They have made me feel safe and comfortable from the very beginning.     I never post but this place is fantastic! The salon is gorgeous and very tranquil but comfortable. Everyone is so nice as soon as you walk in to the time you walk out. I had a gel manicure and pedicure with Dao today and she was incredible. Im pretty critical when it comes to nails and she was fantastic and took her time to make sure they were perfect. One of my good friends referred me and she raved about Kais also. Try them, you wont be disappointed!

    My go to nail salon! They always keep up with new colors for the season and have a huge range of polish. I usually stick to one person because I’m very picky about my dip and pedi but I can always trust someone else if my regular tech is not available. I hate when dip is thick and I always leave with the perfect manicure. Also, I find this place to be cleaner than 90% nail salons and they ask every customer to wash their hands when they walk in, which I appreciate.

    I visited Kais because it is the sister location of the nail spa that I visit regularly. This new spa is beautiful. It is spacious and relaxing. The pedicure chairs are awesome and offer great massages while the technicians work on poor, tired feet. The staff is courteous and attentive. The residents nearby are lucky they opened the nail spa in their area!!

    Excellent nail salon. I found it on Google and came here for the first time on Christmas Eve a good year ago. It has been nothing short of fabulous during every visit. Lyly does my mani’s and pedi’s and she is awesome. She always takes her time and does a fabulous job. Peter is extremely nice and so accommodating and has been like that since my very first visit. I drive in from Sunrise and will happily take the drive to get my nails done here because the atmosphere is so relaxing, calming, and very clean. It is definitely one of the BEST I’ve ever been to.

I am impressed with how they are currently handling the current pandemic, while also providing a service to so many customers. Super clean place and theyre constantly cleaning around a HUGE plus. The place is beautiful inside. Great pedi chairs and everyone was pleasantly nice. Ben is the man and did such a great job at my pedi and refill. Will definitely be returning.

    I was finally able to sneak out to get my nails done after a very long 3 months!! I was nervous to be out, but I knew I could trust Kai nails to take the ultimate precautions! Even without a pandemic, they were naturally a sterile and clean salon! Now they have temperature check upon arrival, wash hands before beginning, masks, distanced clients and touchless payment! It was a welcoming experience that brought me ease and I left with beautiful and relaxed toes and hands! 💅🏻

    I am a picky person when it comes to my nails and eyebrows and how I like them. I also care about the cleanliness and customer service in places I go to. So to find a place that is not only SUPER clean, but that also has a great ambience consisting of (music, customer service (always friendly and attentive in so many ways), eyebrows, facials, & of course the best DIP and pedicures is to say I hit the jackpot.     My husband and I come here all the time. He gets the ultimate pedicure and I get gel manicures. Service is always amazing and pre covid you could get a coffee or wine with your service and Im always a fan of that. Ive never had a bad manicure and everyone always does a great and thorough job. Will continue driving 20 minutes from our house for their great service!

    I love Kai Nails Spa especially now with the CoVid regulations. They are impeccably clean, organized in the salon as well as their very profession and friendly staff. I have had my nails done often, last time was a nail technician named Kikky who did my french manicure meticulously, she pays such attention to detail, its the best french gel manicure I have every had.     If you want a truly luxurious facial experience you have to book wit Dao at Kai’s salon. The bed is heated to your desired temp. The ambiance is soothing and relaxing. The glycolic facial made my skin bright and smooth. The best part though is the care Dao gives to ensure the best experience. Amazing! Oh and the oils she used are top of the line!     I was beyond impressed at their reopening with new safety measures. My temperature was taken before I came in, I was asked to wash my hands, and everyone is wearing masks and more than 6 feet apart. They are also using plexiglass between you and your manicurist. Plus the best pedicure!!
