    Maria is the ONLY person that I do my nails with at l’aqua. She is amazing, patient, friendly and very skilled. She takes great care of my cuticles and she’s extremely meticulous.I keep my nails short and I only do OPI gel.I would 10/10 recommend her.

    Lam is always my go to, he takes his time with nails and listens carefully. I’ve always been skeptical about nail extensions and my nails for my wedding came out exactly as I wanted. Also, when I come to him to remove the nail extensions or just regular gel/dip, he’s gentle with them and doesn’t grind the nails down too much like most places do. Highly recommend!

    My nail tech was Andy and let me tell you he’s awesome! I did not have to tell him to fix 1 thing and he was very gentle which I look for since the last nail salon I went to left me with cuts all over my cuticles from drilling🥲🥲. He was very attentive to detail too, and the salon was super clean and everyone was very polite! Definitely go in if you’re looking to get a Gel-X set done! :)

    I went for my first time yesterday because my parents told me about this place. Jeez it was nice, clean and everyone was really nice. Ameila transformed my nails from ugly to beautiful. She was fast and efficient. !!! 10/10 recommend!!!

    Maria does such a great job with my eyebrows! She shapes perfectly every time!! She’s also my favorite for pedicures as she makes sure my color is to my liking and my nails always last perfect to my two week window.

    I have been going here for maybe 6-7 years now. Everything about here is great. Its a nicely set up salon with great staff. My nail tech is always professional. They offer you complimentary drinks on arrival. Lots of great places to eat close by so you can order food while you get your nails done or go eat after. Just 10/10, I dont go anywhere else!

    Wow! Im totally shocked to find so many negative reviews and complainers! Ive been using this nail salon in Plantation since shortly after it opened and I have had consistently exceptional service. Maybe its hit-or-miss with walk-ins, but I always make an appointment and I only ask for Zeus (Jesús) or Janet. I speak English and Spanish and they do as well, so weve never had a communication issue. On rare occasions, when the salon is super busy, Ive still never had to wait more than 5 minutes past the appointment time. Usually, theyre ready and waiting for me! These two techs have wonderful personalities! Theyre engaging and professional. Theyre gentle and very careful when using any implements that could possibly cut or nick the skin or cuticles. The shop itself is modern and immaculately clean. I sometimes like to bring my own foot scrub and nail polish and theyre never bothered by it. Whenever Ive been indecisive about choosing a color, theyve had excellent suggestions. Ive never left there feeling disappointed and I find the cost to be reasonable and competitive for the services in this area. Sadly, there are people out there who just cannot be pleased. But, Im so glad to have a really great nail salon so close to home!! Thanks LAcqua! You guys and gals are THE VERY BEST!! ♥︎

    I LOVE MELISSA!!!!! STOP WHAT YOUR DOING AND BOOK HER NEEEEEEOOOOWWWW! She listen’s, understands, and pays attentions to D E T A I L. She does not fight back and try to tell you what to do with your nails (like some do)and she takes her time shaping and painting my nails I am in love every time.     I love this salon. It is ULTRA CLEAN. Temperature taken at front door upon entre then told to wash your hands.Shop completely designed with plexiglass disposable files and tub liners for the pedicures. Please note.they had been using the disposable supplies way prior to covid.I love my person Christina. She knows her trade and is a pleasure to spend time with.Best of all the people are accommodating and nice to transact business with.

    10/10 experience today. Few days before Christmas so I knew it would be busy, despite being busy I was taken care of right away. Came for a gel manicure and my tech Allie did an AMAZING job. Friendly, clean, welcoming environment. I would highly recommend over other salons in the area!!

    I had a procedure to remove pincer nails due to chemotherapy. I was very apprehensive to get a pedicure, but the chemicals used during the procedure discolored my nails make them very unsightly. Maria did a great job! She was very gentle, knowledgeable, and gave me some self confidence back. I can wear open toed shoes again. Thanks Maria!!!

    I got my eyebrows microbladed here 6 years ago. I never left a review back then, but I felt that I should now after recommending this place to anyone who asks where I got them done. I receive compliments regularly on how good of a job the artist did on the color, shape, and likeness to natural eyebrows. I would go back a million times.

    I came here to get my nails done today. I must say I am so pleased and happy with my nails! ANN did an excellent job! She is very knowledgeable and so kind! She pays close attention to small details that most ppl commonly don’t. She cleaned underneath my nails which many ppl don’t. It was the first time anyones done that for me. I am very satisfied! She is gentle with your hands and makes sure you are relaxed. I chose OPI funny bunny and my nails look amazing! I highly recommend this salon Thanks so much Ann!

    Today was my third experience here. Every time I’ve came here for my pedicure, it just kept getting better and better. They use a liner for the bowl, the implements are well sterilized, and the front desk is always organized as well as the rest of the staff. Today Dominique did my gel pedicure and she was absolutely amazing. She was very gentle and light handed. She took her time and was focused. She had great conversation and also allowed me to relax and enjoy my pedi. I didn’t even realize when she was done lolll. I would love to book with her from now on. It was great!

    Love love love love Don! He’s amazing. Been seeing him for over a year and never misses a beat. Always has a bottle of water ready, right water temperature and give a fantastic foot massage. His service is superb. I always get the jelly pedicure with a mani dip. Nails are always perfect. He’s very delicate and attentive. By far one of my favorite nail artiest. The location is great, plenty of parking. The staff is always ver dedicated to their job. I love this place.

    This place should get a higher review. They do charge a lot more, but the service is worth it. I did the gel nails here and they lasted over 2 weeks before they started chipping. And I am always using my hands to wash and clean. The paint never chipped. My pedicure was phenomenal. It lasted a whole hour. I can’t believe others feel rushed. That was totally not my experience! I felt so relaxed and my feet were soft. It’s been a while since my feet were that smooth. I can’t rave enough about this place. They do not deserve the poor ratings.

    Ive been coming to LAcqua since they opened. Even when I moved East 6 years ago I still drive to Plantation to get my nails done. Ive had some AMAZING nail techs over the years. Unfortunately, some have moved on which always hurts because when you like someone its like losing a doctor! However, Im finally paired with another great tech that does a wonderful job, takes her time, and listens to me. I would also like to commend Carly at the front desk who has been there for a long time. She is always friendly, resolves any issues, and if I ever do need to change techs makes recommendations based on my wants/needs.

    Don was so patient and careful with my nails. I came back just for him and got his wife Ann the second time around. Both were great!. The service here is wonderful. They work smart and make you feel pampered. Great range of colors and very clean. Ambience is amazing.

    They have taken extreme measures to make sure everyone is safe! Everything is spotless there is Plexiglass separating us vs the nail tech.. they even take your temperature at the door and they take every nail took out from the sterilized package in front of you! Plus on top of being clean everyone is nice and my nails always looks amazing whenever I leave that salon! Absolutely cannot recommend them enough

    I love the way Jolee does my dip nails. Very sweet and professional, takes her time but is still quick. Perfect nail shape and gets close to my cuticle as its my preference. Overall environment is nice, quiet and clean. Prices are fair.

    I’ve been coming to LaAqua for years, the nail services are on point. The techs do a consistently great job, the services are well priced as well. But the real hidden gem of the salon is the eyebrow services! Sandy is very talented, her work speaks for itself! Highly recommended business all around.

    Been here a few times for Gel polish mani and pedi. the Staff is really friendly. Never really a long wait time. I can usually always get right in. Decor is beautiful. They offer you a beverage to make you more comfortable. Definitely some tech are better then other but never had any major issues. Price is a bit more expansive then any regular nail salon but I definitely think it worth it.

    I came in for a quick french tip gel manicure. My nail techs name was Janhet. She made sure I was completely satisfied with my nail shape and color. I appreciated that she did careful work and adjusted for any slight imperfections. I was very pleased with her attentiveness and thoroughness! Ill be returning.

    I have been very please with most of the pedicures I have received at the Plantation location. My husband had a pedicure there the last time I was in. He had never had one before and said he will continue to come back. It is very clean and I love all the attention to even the smallest details.

    If youre a mom like me & you want your me time this is definitely the place to do so!! The atmosphere is beyond relaxing, I fall asleep almost every time Im there!     We had a fantastic experience today! All five of us were welcomed in at one time, the ladies really helped us understand our options, and they took great care in doing our nails. It is so refreshing to go to a nail salon with employees who really care about you and your nails! We are from Colorado, otherwise we would make this our go-to place every time in Dallas!

    This place is nice however there are some issues. I made my appointment a week in advance with Na because she was recommended. I get to the salon on time and Na does not show up to work. Ookkay annoying but not the salons fault Im clearly upset at this point. I tell them I wanted a particular design Sandy tells me she can do it .They give me another person to do my nails and he does an okay job. When comes time for the design someone else comes over to see what I wanted because Sandy is busy.So Linda ends up doing my design she is awesome very nice and tried to do what I asked even though Sandy lied and could not do the design I requested. Linda saved the appointment as I said she was great. In the end Id say be careful when you go because u may not get the person you requested or what you ask for but the ppl are nice and the place is lovely. Your nails will look nice but you will have to deal with customer service issues. Ask for Linda she will do her best to make you happy!

    I love the fact that they use new sterile tools every time, per person! you watch them open new packs in front of you! Im not saying all salons do this but most salons, especially inside Malls, use their own tools & most of the time they dont disinfect or soak them long enough. It needs to soak 10-15 minutes min. They treat the service like an assembly line rather than personalized service! BUT This place got it right!!

    This is my spa if choice. The owners are young and more in touch with their clients. Even though there are long term employees it seems like as soon as Ive found a tech Im comfortable with they go away after a few months. Bummer. No 5 stars yet. There is always room for improvement.

    I was a last minute appt for later that day and was able to be fit in for a pedicure ...The atmosphere was classy yet relaxing . I was offered something to drink as I sat in the chair which btw was nicer than the regular ones offered elsewhere... the tech did an awesome job and will definitely go back . Maybe next time I’ll choose the zero gravity pedicure!

    So I broke my nail dip on my thumb and was freaking out because it was like 7pm. I had been running around looking for somewhere to fix it cuz the original place I got them done was closing early that day. Here, they saw me straight away and fixed it in like 10 minutes or less. It was awesome! I wish I got the name of the guy so I could make an appointment to have them done here instead. I was floored with how skilled this guy was! I can’t thank them enough!

    I love this location. Even walk ins dont wait very long for service, like at some establishments. Pre covid, this was my friend and I go to location for after work mani pedis. Gel polish/dip powder application are always great here. Post covid there are temperature checks at check in, youre required to wash your hands, there is social distanced seating and barriers between you and the tech and they wear masks.

    I tend to go with the people I have know for years like Jahnet and Zues. The shop is nice and pleasant. I think its very expensive to buy decorative stones. You pay a $1 a stone when u can buy a bag of 5000 for $4-$8. I purchased my own stones and they want to charge me the same price.

    This salon is conventionally located close to my home but I can’t say this was my go to place till today, Mariah did my nails and I can’t express how pleased I was with how my nails look. Being a career woman I don’t have a ton of time, I shared that with her and she worked according to my schedule and got me out on time..
