    I have an amazing experience getting dip nails done at this salon every time I go! The staff is friendly and professional, making me feel relaxed from the moment I walk in. Erica is meticulous, ensuring my nails are perfectly shaped and flawless. I leave with beautiful, durable nails every time and will definitely continue to go back!

    I chose this nail salon after searching hundreds of reviews from dozens of different nail salons near plantation. Other salons showcased fake customer nail photos or super bulky looking acrylics. I cant stand that look. Some might like it, but I prefer natural looking acrylics that are thinner than my cuticle height. Erica was phenomenal! I read so many reviews from her about how awesome she was, so I had to check it out. Boy, was I happy I went to her. She took her time even though I arrived 30 minutes before closing. She didnt rush me or her attention to my nails.. AT ALL. She made sure my nails looked as good as the press on nails with their paint and cut/ file. She cared about the length I wanted and the design and shape I was trying to have. I went with the classic french white tips, and Erica even mixed 2 colors to give me the exact pink color I wanted for my french white tips. Her English was amazing and we had so many laughs while my husband sat with me and gave us company. She had a great personality even though she had just worked all day and I was her last client. Ah! I am so happy I found my go-to nail salon from now on. The price is great, and the level of professional care and results are truly top-notch! I promise you will feel transformed with no regrets when you leave except for wishing you had found this hidden gem sooner!

    Simply AMAZING!!My first time here... And I was blown away!My new gym is in the same shopping center....and I saw this place as I was leaving....Walked in and was immediately greeted by 2 smiley girls.... Place was busy but she squeezed me in with No wait time ....I showed her and the technician a picture I saw on IG....they said Ok... I picked out my colors....and John (I believe that was his name I over heard) got to work immediately....I got the Gel Manicure.... He was very articulate with my cuticles and cleaning my nails up....The finished nails were EXACTLY like the picture!!! Im in love with my nails!!!! This is my now go to place!!! Thank you so much!!! Cant wait to come back with another design to try 😉 and try a pedicure.You must come here and have them pamper you!!(First picture in orange is what I showed them what I wanted)

    I love coming here to do my nails! I have been coming here for over a year now. Erica is amazing and always listens to what I want to do and does it to perfection! This time she recommended something new (Zen Builder) and it came out great! She listens to her customers and takes care of their nails! Everyone is super kind, love the place!!

    Everybody is very nice, very clean environment. Very relaxing experience! The receptionists are spectacular and I’m always happy with my nails! 10/10 recommend, will continue coming back!!

    As a long-time client of Natural Nails. I can confidently say that this is the best nail salon in town! The staff is absolutely amazing, making you feel welcome and comfortable from the moment you walk in. The atmosphere is relaxing, and everyone is so professional and friendly.I must give a special shoutout to the owner, Erica, who clearly runs the salon with such care and dedication. But I can’t forget to mention my nail lady, Kelly. She is truly exceptional!     ***UPDATE BELOW***I used to really like coming here. Today my appointment for a fill was at 2:15. The woman in charge started my nails and then told me to sit somewhere else because someone else was going to finish. That’s fine. No big deal. She’s been doing that the last few times I have gone in there. At 2:45 after already waiting, I’m asked if I can wait longer so the woman can go eat. All the while other people are coming in and being helped. I am a regular customer, every 2-3 weeks I’m in there and I tip well. I deserve better. I ended up just walking out with my nails looking absolutely crazy. I would rather go home and cut them off then give someone my time, money, and energy to a company who didn’t respect those to begin with. Such a shame. I did really like coming here.***I debated whether to update or delete my review however, I figure that people would appreciate something real. What’s real is every company makes mistakes. What happens afterwards is what sets the good, the bad, and even just ok companies. Natural Nails is one of the good ones.Erika, the owner, contacted me and apologized for the situation. They also comped a full set so I wasn’t walking around all crazy looking. Now, I have a beautiful full set of nails. I believe she said her name was Kelly (apologies if I’m wrong).     *** 1 year update below ***Id like to start off with how accommodating, transparent, convenient, friendly, and clean this nail salon is. I have been there about 4-5 times now and it is one of the best experiences I have ever had. Never rushing and always ensuring I get what I ask for, especially when it comes to nail art designs. Erika is my usual go to and is amazing at her job, but Im sure I would be happy with anyones service here. I do a different style and nail type almost every time, sometimes stiIetto, other times square, oval, coffin, etc. and she pulls it off no matter what! I have my nature nails still and do an acrylic overlay I think? No plastic nail tips but I get them refilled with gel polish. Pricing is what you expect for each service and comparable to most nail salons in the area.Im new to the area, I lived a bit further south and had a loyal nail salon I went to for over 12 years, right next door. Once I moved I needed to find something just as good but closer to the Plantation area. My old salon never steered me wrong but did make it a priority to be more efficient that effective so asking for nail art wasnt the easiest request.Everything down to calling to make an appointment (which is important during changing times, due to Covid), being sometimes late which they understand, emergency nail repairs, to all employees making you feel welcomed, and even the other customers having nice conversations with one another, has been extremely easy. Making this a peaceful and comfortable environment to have your mini spa day every month. Cant recommend it enough and was told by my hair dresser that this is the place she goes for her nails which they always looked amazing so Im glad I gave it a shot. 💖🖤Updated review: Its been a year and everything is still consistent but better than I could have imagined. I feel like family and have had most of the newer employees do my nails, coming out flawless each time. I would like to personally shout out Kelly and Tuan for being so great! I get constant compliments and have given out Natural Nails card or information at almost every social event. 💚

    Ive been going for over a year, and dont plan to change for a very long time. From convenient scheduling, great customer service, flexible with appointments changes, lovely ambience, great chairs, talented and pleasant nail techs with firm but tender hands, great eyebrow waxes, variety of gel/dip options, Erika being so pleasant, I could go on and on. Definitely a great place to call your nail-home 💅🏽🩷

    I did not love my nail experience here. Also a week later the mani gel started lifting and peeling. But, what I love about this place is Erica for my eyebrows. No one else touches these brows! She is meticulous, precise, & I always leave there looking like I had my eyebrows sculpted to perfection. She is also very pleasant, friendly, & cares about the service she provides.I read a review that Erica does amazing nails so maybe I will give the nails another chance.The place is kept very clean & usually a quite relaxing environment.

    I’ve been going to this nail spot for a little over a year now and I have no complaints. The service is always fantastic. I was scared at first to get a design but they always copy the design to a T. And the prices are very good and affordable. I 100% recommend.

    I love Erika!!! Shes so detailed & gives you exactly what you ask for. She also does your cuticles, something a lot of salons dont do anymore....     I called at the last minute on a Saturday for full set of acrylic nails. I was able to come in right away. Kelly was amazing! Very fast and efficient. The place was very welcoming and more importantly, VERY CLEAN! I am very happy with my nails and will definitely come back to see Kelly.

    I am so impressed with the level of service, cleanliness and overall skill of each and every one of the technicians that work at Natural Nails. Erica is beyond skilled and on top of the current trends and nail fashion. She does an impeccable, consistent job and because of her work my nails last 3-4 weeks. I have had several women do my pedicures and each one is better than the last. Natural Nails is a hidden gem with highly affordable, professional nail technicians and I highly recommend.

    Looking for a new nail salon to go to and found this gem. Saw on another review about the new renovations and owner. Stopped in on a Sunday and was greeted by Tiffany, the owner, who was such a delight. She did such a wonderful job on my gel pedicure, that I had no choice but to come back a few hours later for dip powder nails. We had great conversation and I was very comfortable. Theyre clean and very accommodating. They provide water, tv and free wifi. The salon is new and trying to acquire additional staff, so I highly recommend calling in for an appointment before walking in. Ive received such amazing compliments on on my nails. Prices are reasonable for the area and the quality.

    This nail salon was recently completely renovated... everything is brand new and beautiful! Erica has been doing my nails for years and she does an amazing job. I especially enjoyed the new pedicure chairs with back massagers and sanitary tub liners.

    Just moved from NY to florida like 6 months ago, been to more then 3 nail salon and didn’t like them at all!!! And finally found natural nails, not only do they do a great job they are also very nice, they make sure you feel good and like the job!! Definitely recommend and definitely coming back!!!

I loved it... in addition to the service I requested, I left super relaxed with the massage chair while they gave you a pedicure (it massages your buttocks 🤭).
