    I’ve been going to Ritz for years with my mom, our main ladies are Nancy & Bess!! I’m a creature of habit so I tend to never go to someone else if I don’t absolutely have too. I say this because even though I only go to Nancy or Bess the other nail techs at the salon are also amazing! You won’t regret coming here because the staff is incredible and very kind. The atmosphere is also 10/10 vibes, they take sanitation very seriously which is incredibly important to me, there is also music playing and they provide drinks alcoholic or non-alcoholic.

    Got a manicure and I wasn’t sure what color I wanted so the technician helped me pick out this color. She informed me that the glitter isn’t completely opaque so she helped me pick a color underneath the purple glitter and I picked a pinkish purple to match the glitter and it looks great. Came back to get a pedicure with the exact same color.

    Normally service is Excellent!!Christmas time walk in...The Christmas decorations were Lovely😍Front desk: No greeting, no hospitality, no decorum... I know the holiday is upon us but could I atleast get a One moment pls.     I have been going to Ritz for about 5 years, but this time I went I left with such admiration for the institution. Kim did my nails and she went above and beyond for me and exceeded my expectations from what I asked for. I showed her my inspiration for what I wanted and she helped me pick out every color so it would match what I wanted. The salon did not have the exact shimmer pink that I wanted for my tips, but she suggested we mix two polishes to get the color, and the product was exactly what I was looking for. She uses such precision when drawing the bows on my nail and even convinced me that a pearl would look better, which she was right about. After this experience I will continue coming to Kim for my nails, and I will recommend her and the nail salon to all of my friends. Thank you so much Kim for giving me the best birthday nail I could ask for! 💝

    Ok so I visiting this area and I desperately needed to get my nails done. I was pretty stressed trying to find a good nail salon. I read some reviews and took a chance going to see Jack at Ritz Nail & Spa. All I have say is WOW! He definitely exceeded my expectations. He did a flawless job. He listened to everything I said. My nails look fantastic. He is very talented, patient, and kind. I will not hesitate to return. Pricing is reasonable. The shop itself is beautiful and so clean. If you have read a bunch of reviews and are looking for an awesome nail salon. Come here...I would never lie to you. Thanks again Jack... He did gorgeous purple ombre nails💅 for me. A+++++

    I’ve been going to Ritz for about a year and always book with Cindy. She’s the sweetest, and amazing with designs. I’ve never had a nail tech I wanted to return to every time to. Amazing customer service. Very attentive and makes me feel special every time I visit.

    Nice environment to relax. The only bad point I would say was i haven’t been proposed any drink during the 45 min waiting before being taken care of while my neighbor did. But the lady who did my nails was so sweet that she made me forget about it and look after me well.I will definitely go back and recommend it.

    I came here today for the first time and I felt like I found my new nail spot. The decor from the outside to inside is beautiful and they took me without any appointment which was great and they took care of me right away. The lady doing my pedicure Fernanda was super nice and friendly and offered me a drink. My pedicure came out really pretty, she took her time and took her time which I really appreciate. The other lady doing my nails kimmy was also very attentive. She took her time and did the exact same design I requested which I was very happy with. I will definitely be coming back!!

    Very professional staff and beautiful, classy decor. They know what it means to do customer service right. Staff makes you feel like you’re the only customer that matters, full attention and pamper you to your every need. Every salon should be replicating their service style. I drive 20 minutes to them and it’s always worth it.Techs are very talented and pay a lot of attention to detail!

    I absolutely love this place. The people here are super nice and friendly & The prices are very reasonable. They serve wine, soda, coffee ... etc and its at no extra charge. I really do feel like Im at a spa when Im here and they make sure to make you feel super comfortable. On top of that my nails come out perfect every time. And if I mess up a nail all I have to do is come back and theyll fix it. I noticed they are always willing to help.For instance, I was getting my nails done one time and this lady walked in and asked for the owner. He walked up to her and she handed him her glasses and he fixed them. I asked him was she a customer he said no she came in one day and asked if I can help her with her glasses... she just needed a quick fix. He didnt ask for no money or anything. I thought that was very nice of him.All in all this place has value, morals, respect and great nail technicians who do awesome work. Ive been coming her for the past 2 years and Ive seen it ALL!I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get there nails done and relax at the same time.

    I had a dip manicure ++ tip done with mason & it was great. service was quick, but still had attention to detail. requested a square shape, but with no flare out, & he did not disappoint. my best friend had the same manicure with mike & was happy with the result as well. loved the vibes here, will definitely be back.

    I absolutely love Mike and Kim. Mike has been doing my nails for years since he owned Vegas Nails, now he is with Ritz and I make the 20 min drive so he can continue to do my nails. Ive met Kim and fell in love with her precision while doing my pedicure. So Yes, I GIVE RITZ NAILS⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

    These technicians have talent, and always make sure i leave there with my nails looking their best. Never have issues with my nails popping off, always great quality to include the products they use, and I always get exactly what I ask for. I wont go anywhere else. I have had the same set for over 6 months. I get repairs here and there, but wow! I simply refuse to go ANYWHERE else.

    I usually do my nails here and last time I came my matte nails didn’t dry properly. They offered me to come again and treated me AMAZING. I am really happy with the customer service here and especially the person who did my nails made sure I was happy with my results. He even did some decoration on my nails without asking. They left me speechless 💕💕

    Ritz Nail Salon! Everyone is amazing. Although I have a personal preference for Kim. Shes amazing at doing nails, very natural looking. Everyone always compliments my nails. Plus I have very difficult eyebrows (curly and have a mind of their own) but no matter how others cant get it right, she can always fix it.Update: Stephanie is also good at doing nails and eyebrows. Kim was on vacation and Stephanie did my nails and eyebrows and she did a pretty good job. Found my backup for when needed!

    Great place very clean I got to work here for about three weeks I can honestly say amazing cleaning crew Veronica has been amazing in team work and keeping all things clean there Kim has been an amazing co worker from jack who showed me his chrome technique I rank this place a five star with sanitation sterilization and disinfection. If you’re looking for a clean spot to come get your services this is the place I may not work there anymore but I do recommend this place. customer service is priority.

    Update 8/10/24: Mimi is no longer here. Mimi is here so thats what makes this the best nail salon in Broward County. Been coming Mimi since 2003. If you want the best pedi of your LIFE, COME HERE TO MiMi. I cant vouch for anybody else except her. They are also clean, take temperatures, make you wash your hands, use liners in the pedi bath tub, etc. Ritz has an awesome atmosphere and ambiance as well, but go to Mimi and you wont be disappointed.

    Ritz nail & spa I LOVE YOU! I came in on my birthday with one broken acrylic & it was a Friday. I didn’t have an appointment but I was desperate & have only heard good reviews from this place. Despite the extremely booked & busy staff, the owner (I presume) made time to help me out. He was attentive to the clients, his staff & myself. In the end I left happy & so so grateful that he took the time to help me out on my birthday. 10/10 I definitely recommend !

    The service was great! I came in for a toe nail polish change because I was in a rush, but the nail tech said that she could fit in a full pedicure. She got me out in a timely manner, was friendly and did an awesome job! My only complaint is that she used the callus remover file without even asking me (it causes more damage to your foot that repair)The place is beautiful. Very on brand with the name. This was my second time coming and I love that they keep a good amount of techs working to help minimize wait time. I just couldn’t understand why I had to pay $25 additional for gel nail polish! If that upcharge was a bit more reasonable, I probably would’ve given a 5 star review.

    Had to update my already good review to make it awesome! I recently came by and had a mani-pedi but was a little less than satisfied with how my acrylics came out (a couple of the nails were kinda sideways). I called and the manager, True, went above and beyond to get the issue resolved. He not only made sure to fix my nails but kept me smiling the whole time. The people that work here are very sweet, detail-oriented, and always make sure youre satisfied with your nails. Also super clean which I appreciate as I have sensitive nails. If youre looking for a good nail tech, come here! I personally love Iolet for pedicures. Shout out to Sayanne, the front desk girl, as well! Ill never forget how sweet she was the first time I came! This place is top-tier!!!

    I must say being my 1st visit thanks to my cousin will definitely not be my last. Service was on point and the treatment was fantastic. I had an appointment for a pedicure deluxe however I had a nail issue and gel polish and although we got there an hour before closing they treated us without rushing. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

    I really liked this salon. But keep in mind they are BUSY. They will fit you in for basic services with no issue. But I was told if you want anything special (nail designs), youll need to book in advance. On my first visit here, I wanted a design for my birthday vaca. I did not realize it was a difficult design. I opted for a different ombre look and was unfortunately disappointed in how they came out. The customer service was really great and the manager, Nancy, put in the time to help rectify the situation. I will be coming back in the future

    My first time getting serviced by Ritz spa . I got my manicure from Nancy she’s very good . Vita did an excellent job with my pedi. I will definitely be back again. I wish they would have specials though My hands was $50 and my feet was $55 sounds a lot but at least you get what you paid for .

    This place is classy yet comfortable. I have been coming to this salon since they opened and my experience has always been nothing less than pleasant. The staff is always attentive and the reviews that state the owner is rude are simply over-exagerated. I know the owner, True, from the previous salon he was at and I have never witnessed him be rude or inappropriate with any client, walk-in or not! His motto is to think guest/client first and will do whatever it takes to make sure everyone leaves happy. If there is an issue, rest assured, he will address it. Even after the client leaves. Give them a try, I guarantee you wont be disappointed. But if you ever are, they will absolutely make it right if you speak up!

    I went here for the first time yesterday and it was amazing! With everything going on during Covid I’ve been nervous about going out to salons, but they made it a great experience. Everyone is wearing masks, checking temperatures at the door, opening doors for you, making you wash your hands before you touch anything. Very clean environment. Cindy did my pedicure and she was just so sweet! I had been growing out my brows and saw another girl get a brow tint so I had Cindy do a wax and tint for me and wow did she bring my brows back to life! LOL Definitely going to be going to this salon whenever I am in town! Beautiful salon and great services that weren’t overpriced!

Up on entering I was greeted with a friendly young lady at the desk. Then a guy came ask how he could help. And then gave me Q to do my nails I explain to him what happen.     I’ve been going to Ritz for over 3 years now and I couldn’t be more content with their services. From time to time I get my nails done with my girlfriends at their nail salons and there’s nothing to compare!! The professionalism and great quality as well as service at Ritz is UNMATCHED! You are treated so nicely and are given so much attention from the moment you walk in and everyone there is so talented. They offer you wine, water, and sodas which I think is so nice. Whenever I go I feel so pampered and looked after. I recently started following their instagram and wow!!! I usually just get plain solid colors but their nail art is incredible! They do all kinds of ombres, glitters, designs, shapes, and they have like a million and one different colors for dip, gel, acrylic, and regular polish. My favorite nail tech is Kim because she always takes her time to make your nails however YOU want them and they always come out amazing. They also take more covid precautions than any business I’ve ever been to and i’m LIVING for it. They take your temperature as soon as you walk in and leave a seat of space between you and the person next to you. There’s also those acrylic divider things between you and your nail tech as well as to your sides. The place is so pretty and beautifully decorated and the owner is so nice. If you’re looking for a place to get your nails done, this is THE place. 11/10 recommend!!!

    Thank you Ritz for coming to Davie! Its so difficult finding nail spas that pay attention to detail, are sanitary, and offer an AMAZING glass of wine!I came in earlier in the week to get a pedicure and was surprised they were able to get me in same day. I had been hearing great things about this spa but was still stuck in my old ways. Therefore it took me a while to come in and experience a treatment from the very skilled techs here. Needless to say I wasnt disappointed.First off a major plus about this place is them having the waiting area completely separated off from where you will receive services. The plaza they are located in can get busy and it feels nice to decompress from the hustle bustle going on outside. Theres also a ton of seating while your waiting with oversized comfy pillows.When you walk in the white walls and decor put you in the zen mode necessary for relaxation. The chairs are comfy and they have TVs playing travel channels or music for your white noise enjoyment (if your all by yourself theyll give you the remote ).Another point I want to point out is that Ritz will take in any condition and put you in tip top shape by the time you leave. With runners feet my nails break easily and skin falls off. I had one nail completely missing and they were able to mimic a nail to look as if it were there. My tech also shaved off all the excess skin to prevent it from tearing and falling off again.The last key point I want to point out is that each person has a fresh pedicure kit. A few deal breakers for myself, and probably most people, at any business establishment is service, quality, and any signs of being unsanitary. With that being said Ritz hit every single one of these key details out of the park.Again thank you for the incredible services you offer to me and my daughter!

    True is the Owner and is an excellent nail technician with years of experience. Never has he been rude to me or any other customer since Ive been going there, which is almost a year now. Place is clean and so many polishes to choose from, it will make your head spin! I have had halographic chrome ombre from True and have gotten a million compliments. I have looked at other nail technicians work and they are all amazing! Same prices as other salons as well. Only downside is the plaza. Lots of traffic in and out. And Beca the receptionist is super sweet to everyone! Other people giving bad reviews need to stop being so damn sensitive!! Give me a break! That place is like a family. They all love and respect one another and it shows in the way they treat their clients. Top Notch place. Beautifully decorated too.

    First, the salon is beautiful. True (the receptionist) was professional and very helpful.I setup a mani pedi appointment for my mother-in-law. Yvonne was the technician. My mother-in-law was happy with the technician, mani pedi process, and the nail color. Were coming back and would recommend this salon to others.

    Q did my nails the first time I came and I really liked them so I came back and Lam did my acrylic nails today and they came out beautiful! They feel really strong and I love the color! My pedi came out great as well! Lam was so nice, I will be back!

    Never disappointed when I get my nails done here. Very Clean, you get temperature check before entry, social distance, no one is seating close to you while your getting your nails done and very clean. So whoever is afraid but at the same time wants to go get their nails done go to Ritz, it’s pretty much the safest nail salon I’ve been too so far! 👌🏽

    Chipped my Nexagen dip powder manicure and had it repaired - no cost, no problem! Excellent service. I was helped by Vita today. She also gave me a new topcoat as some of my nails had gotten a bit hazy. Ritz nails is not close to my home as I live in Hollywood, but I am in the area sometimes. Im glad that I received the recommendation to go there. Will go out of my way to keep getting my nails done there.

    Love how my nails last me so long without breaking. They have so many colors of dip to choose from and I have had my nails done by several techs and they have all done a great job! Kay does great nail art! Jack is also great!

    My manicurist Fernanda always has time for me, I love the way she do my mani and pedi, very polite smiling and very careful with my hands and feet. Place is beautiful, relaxing and clean. The only problem was the girl that answered the phone to make appointment or cancel,the same girl was at my appointment day and I say: Good morning and no answer, she sas at the phone so I said again: good morning, nothing and finally said to her : excuse me I said twice to you good morning and you didnt answer.. Something I work at the front desk and youre the first impression as a costumer and for the business.

    Good and fast service. I found it overpriced. $30 for a pedicure is too much. Other places are charging that much for pedicure and manicure together. I dont think I will be back there.
