    I traveled from Atlanta and need my nails done for an event. Was happy to find Shans Nail Salon. A plus is it black owned. Cyndi did a wonderful job with dipping my nails. Also great conversation and atmosphere. My nails looks natural and I had no discomfort as she filed them. So happy! I will recommend to others and will come back every time I visit Ft Lauderdale.

    I was in the salon today, new years eve when A white lady walked in and was told the wait time would be 1hr. She expressed her disappointment that she called and ask for a nail tech and was expected to be seen the minute she walked in. The nail professionals did explain to her, that walk-ins are a first come first serve basis, and even though she called to check if That nail tech was availability however other clients walked in before her. The salon is always clean and beautiful and customer services amazing. I think she is just a mad because this is a black owned salon and they did not put the other client out the chair to service to her. This is very disappointing how black businesses have to suffer. I love shans nails..

    Esthetics are nice! Atmosphere is peaceful with Christian music playing. Shared my inspiration nails with the owner and she delivered!!! Prices are reasonable and servicing is quick. Love my nails!

    This salon is excellent. The techs are very welcoming and professional. The suite is also kept very clean and neat. When Brittany does my nails I have absolutely no complaints I always love them! Would 100% recommend!!!❤️❤️❤️

    Ive been coming here for quite some time. All of the nail technicians are highly skilled and professional. Shan is my nail technician and Sahai does awesome pedicures. The atmosphere is always pleasant and so are the staff. In this picture, my nails are 3 weeks old, and Im still receiving compliments. I noticed that a previous customer complained about a broken nail after 10 days. You must wear gloves while doing chores and be cognizant of what task youre performing in order to make them last. I recommend Shans nails. Its my forever nail home and one of my happy places.

    I have found me a nail tech!!! This is my second visit and I can proudly say she is stuck with me. I got a gel manicure with 4 designs on my first visit and it lasted over 3 weeks. Today I am here for the same thing. I am very satisfied!! The atmosphere is very welcoming. Prepared to leave with beautiful nails and a positive mind.

    My experience with Shan is perfect. Not only is she highly skilled in all she does but shes wise beyond her years. I enjoyed my pedicure from Ms. Patrice followed by a nail design by Shan on my big toe nail. I simply showed her a photo and she delivered. The atmosphere is welcoming and clean. This is my second time coming here and I can confidently say Ive found my forever home for my nails and pedicures. Shan gave me a fill complete with designs. Shes the best!

    ShansNails is hands down the best in town. Initially I chose the salon because I needed my nails done quickly. It was the best decision I made. They have gained a permanent customer.     Since my first visit in October 2023 the owner Shan has been a blessings to me. I enjoy the atmosphere of her nail salonthe work she does on my nails and the ladies that work there. Also, Mercedes is another nail tech in the salon that is a creative genius. I recommend this nail salon to my family and friends. You should truly give salon a try.

    This salon was recommended to me by a coworker who had been going there for service for quite some time. I always admired her nails so she suggested I tried her, so I did. The service there has been excellent. I never feel rushed, environment is clean/ sanitary, the staff are all courteous, the location is perfect for me and above all I’m always please with the outcome of my service. I definitely recommend them ❤️

    I always have a wonderful experience at Shans Nail Salon. The salon is always clean, bright, and with a relaxing atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and professional, especially Sahai, my dedicated technician. Sahai provides me with excellent gel nails and a pedicure that still look fantastic after 3 weeks.     The owner is just as beautiful (inside and out) as the salon is. I walked in for my services without an appointment and didnt have to wait a ridiculous amount of time. The salon staff took time and were patient with my 5 year old daughter who also got a Mani/Pedi. I was treated like a queen and my daughter still talks about her experience to this day.     I recently had the Shan’s Nails experience and I must say 5 stars is not enough. Shaniel is an excellent nail tech who provides first class service to her customers. She is very professional and her attention to detail is outstanding, she takes pride in her work and I always leave there satisfied. Even if you show up not sure of the design you want and you ask her for suggestions, whatever she suggests would be spot on with your preference or personal style. I highly recommend Shan’s nails!!!

    Not your regular nail salon experience. Shan and her staff are so welcoming. SUPER clean! The experience is more like hanging out with friends and family.     Finding someone to do a quality pedicure seems close to impossible these days but Shan finally was the answer to my prayers! She took her time with shaping, polishing and even knows how to remove ingrown nails. She didnt rush which I truly appreciate. Shes the best Ive had in South Florida and when I had talked about bad experiences with past gel pedicures peeling off in a week at previous salons she told me if that happens with her to give a call and she will fix it. Thats customer service and shows me she stands by her work!
