I have been a loyal client at The Certified Loft for several different services, and each visit has been nothing short of exceptional. My first appointment was for a sew-in removal, wash, and ponytail, followed by a half-up, half-down quick weave, a sew-in, and most recently, braids. The owner creates such a warm and welcoming environment, and the entire team fosters a positive, upbeat atmosphere. The salon has many versatile stylist and they truly goes above and beyond to ensure a great experience, offering complimentary wine, water, or champagne during your visit. One of my favorite aspects of The Certified Loft is their active Instagram presence, where they frequently post specials throughout the year. Since discovering this gem of a salon, I haven’t gone anywhere else—it’s simply the best!

I went to the certified loft for a hairstyle. From the start to the end of my appointment, D was very nice and professional. She was very attentive to my hair and what I wanted to get done. We talked the whole time of my appointment. I knew my wig was going to last when she sewed it down. She is a very down to earth person. It was my first time there, and I would definitely be going back.

Customer service is amazing. The atmosphere is gorgeous and welcoming. Kenzie did an amazing job with my hair. She took her time to make it perfect and I got exactly what i wanted. She also did a great job with the makeup, which gave me an overall gorgeous look. She definitely slayed the certified way.
