    I’ve only been to Toi Spa twice so far and each time I am blown away by the people, efficiency, and atmosphere. Jerry (who did my light blue acrylics) is a great, charismatic, and talented technician and I had a wonderful experience getting my nails done by him.

    I recently visited Toi Spa for a full set with dip powder and pedicure, and I am absolutely thrilled with the results! From the moment I stepped in, I was welcomed warmly and felt completely at ease. Steven is incredibly skilled and meticulous, taking the time to ensure every detail was perfect.The level of professionalism and cleanliness was top-notch, and I could tell that Steven takes great pride in his work. The selection of colors and designs was amazing, and Steven made sure to find me the perfect color I was looking for. I was especially impressed with their creativity and ability to execute even the most intricate designs with precision.My nails have never looked better, and I’ve already received countless compliments! Whether youre looking for a simple manicure or something more elaborate, I highly recommend Steven. They truly go above and beyond to make sure you leave happy and with beautiful nails.     Every Toi location I’ve been to, they’ve been great. But I feel like front desk is a lot friendly at this location? Maybe it’s just me.. idk! But I came to get my nails down about a month ago & had Ann. She was great & makes the best designs! When I came to get those removed, I was just a walk in but I was lucky enough to have Ann again. She’s so nice & fun! Very knowledgeable as well. Since my nails are a bit weak, she suggested we use structure & I’m so happy I listened to her! I will definitely be seeing her on a regular basis :)

    I never write reviews but I just have to say Steven is amazing. I have been going to him for over 3 years and his attention to detail and always the best service. Everyone is very nice and helpful!

    I absolutely LOVE my nails by Ly!! I asked for funky fun nails, showed an inspiration picture, and BAM! She took so much time and effort to make sure it looked like the photo while putting her own little twist to it, and I can’t get over how amazing my nails look! :)

    Had a great nail service,however they charged me $50- just to soak off gel x nails and my tech applied gel polish without asking me as I assumed it was a regular polish going over a liquid gel which is unnecessary.Any thoughts?

    Love this place. Ann or Chris are the absolute best- they both take their time and really do an amazing Mani/Pedi.Ive also had my eyebrows done by Tina and Ann, I had mapping, wax, and tint and I must say wow.Finally did the powder brows with Tina and it has been life changing.

    I had Ombre Powder Brows done at another location. I was in tears with the finished product from someone else. The color was light and you could tell the difference between my eyebrows and the powdered brows.Then I met Liz. She agreed that it wasnt done correctly. She took a chance and said she would fix them for me. After the initial visit, I am already happy with what she has done. I am sure they will look even better after the touch up. I will post pictures once they are completely finish.Thank you Liz for fixing my eyebrows.

    I had the opportunity of getting my nails done for the first time at this location, and it was simply beautiful. They just did some renovations, and I was fortunate to have an amazing technician by the name of Vicky. She worked her magic and gave me the best gel pedicure and gel manicure I have had in the longest time she was so charismatic and was so knowledgeable and her trade. I am so looking forward to my next highly recommend the visit here everybody was so welcoming and sweet and the facility was so clean and beautiful.

    I’ve recently moved to Cooper City and needed to find a nail salon. This place has really good reviews so I gave it a shot. It’s a really nice nail salon. I really like it there. Super clean too. I was using Lisa but now I use Daniela who is amazing too. Honestly, I haven’t come across a nail tech who did bad work there. They are all really good at what they do. I just would like to share my experience with a nail tech.Lisa, did my nails the first time and she was amazing! She is really good and she’s fast and does a great job. She is nice and conversational. I don’t expect conversation but I don’t mind it either. She is really good at her job. I will say that. However, she comes off at times with a very condescending attitude.The second time I went to her I broke my nail in half (for the first time and I told her that) she laughed when I said I only wanted to remove my dip. Then said why would you do that it makes no sense you need something over it. Again, my first time breaking my nail. She fixed my nail and did a fabulous job but the attitude is annoying. I brushed it off thinking maybe she just had a bad day.Then the third time I went back, I decided to use the online schedule. There are no instructions on the site on how you should add these services. I clicked removal with service and wrote in the comment section what I wanted to get done. I get to my appointment the receptionist tells Lisa about the appointment and once again she gets condescending towards me about the service I selected online.When I go to the salon I want peace and happiness, like most of us, and not to be talked to that way. I pay to get my nails done and leave happy. I don’t expect much. This is my personal opinion based on my experience.I wanted to share in case other people have had her and felt the same way. She is great at what she does and is fast but expect the condescending attitude.

    I first started going to Toi because its so convenient. But I absolutely love the staff at Toi. From the front desk ladies to Martha who is the only person who I let touch my brows and Tashi who is the only person I go to for my nails. Thank you for being such an amazing place!     I moved to the area about 5-6 months ago and was worried about finding a good nail salon due to hit or miss experiences with nail salons in general in the past. However, I am VERY very satisfied with the quality of the service at Toi Spa. I have gone back many times over the past 4 months and Jaycee does a meticulous job with my nails!They have a lot of employees and a lot of customers as well. I think that just goes to show that they truly do offer a wide variety of great services! Definitely give Toi Spa a try!

    Only Person I would go to here is Steven. He doesnt nickel and dime you like the rest for everything he does for you, and he helps to give you ideas and input if you like on various styles as the others I went to rush you and say I dont know pick color! This place can get expensive but it saves you a good 15-$20 when your not over charged for little miscellaneous things... For Example: Others will charge you $15 for a cut down Steven only $5. Others charge $15 for gel color or $20 for Chrome. He may say dont worry about that or only charge an extra $5-$10 ect. Listen dont tell them this just quietly ask and wait for Steven and save your money. Telling them may force him to be money hungry and nickel and dime you. No wonder its no longer full they over charge but my guy Steven always is busy and I only waited 15 minutes for him which is worth it because he has great customer service and says Im not in a rush, I will do what ever you want me to do on your nails. So I give this place 5 stars because of Steven. And if it wasnt for Steven I would give them 3 stars for over charging, nickel and diming you the main plus this place has is it is really clean and has a posh luxury spa feeling to it but due to a lack of some of the techs customer service and greed it would have been difficult to give more than 3 stars. Thanks to Steven they get 5 stars!!!

    I’ve been going here for years. Very clean and have always had excellent work. I moved out of the area but still come here for my nails because they can’t be beat and this is a place I trust. I love Lisa. She’s very quick and professional and does amazing dip powder manicure. She also makes me feel as though she puts special attention towards me and my nails.

    Tee is amazing! I had an appointment with her to cover my old microblading with powder brows, and she did a fantastic job! Not only is she incredibly talented, she is meticulous and extremely thorough with her work. You can tell she actually cares about her clients. She was so warm and friendly, and made me feel so comfortable. I’ve honestly never had a better customer service experience like I did with Tee. I highly recommend her!

    Tee is fantastic! She fixed my brows and made them better than I could have imagined. I had microblading and powder brows done by someone else, but they turned grey. I had hated them ever since so I saw Tee who decided to color correct them and then gave me fresh BROWN powder brows which match my eye color and hair PERFECTLY. She is so incredibly talented and meticulous. I have been getting complimented nonstop (they’re not even healed yet) and I just keep referring everyone to her. She goes above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable from start to finish and makes sure you leave with exactly what you asked for. I honestly believe she is one of the best in this industry. For anyone whose considering any kind of permanent makeup, I highly recommend her!

    I have been getting dip nails for a couple of years and initially had a hard time finding someone I liked when I moved to the area. Long has been doing my nails for about a year now, and I cant recommend him enough! I followed him here from a different salon and drive down to Davie from Fort Lauderdale because he does consistently beautiful work! He takes his time filing and comparing my nails for an even shape, and I can go a full 3 weeks without any lifting. Highly recommend!

    This review is for Lisa - wow wow wow!! Can’t tell you how much I love coming to her. She sees my vision and runs with it. I come to her all the way from Naples and only on special occasions since I am so far. She makes it worth the trip every time! I used her for my wedding nails and toes and now for my baby shower!     Went there today for the first time and absolutely LOVED IT!! Place is clean, relaxing, and beautiful. Steven did an awesome job and I have to say that Im a freak about my french pedicure. He didnt rush and was ever so gentle. He did an amazing job. Definitely going back and recommend!!

    I have been going to the salon for a while. I wouldnt go anywhere else. My nail technician, Angie, has been doing my nails for fifteen plus years. She surely makes it a pleasure. The staff are Great too. The atmosphere is super relaxing. I would and do recommend this salon. They make you feel like family.

    When I walked in I was welcome with a warm hello. And it didn’t smell of acetone like usual places. It smelled very clean. A bit expensive but it was worth it. She pulled out my chair for me. Offered me drinks and since they didn’t have water offered to get some out of the tap and in a glass. Ann was very nice. She did a fantastic job on my toes and nails. I’m not from here and this will be the place to go for me if I ever come back to Florida or if I go before I leave from here !

    I went with my best friend yesterday and I have to say - wow!! This place was amazing! I typically how to Posh Nails on university but lately even with an appointment you seem to wait a while. Additionally, I always feel like the nails technician at Posh is being rushed and they are just waiting for the next client to tale the seat. For example, someone will come and put on the foil on the nails, another will come start the water, one mat start filing the nails until the assigned technician comes and sits down. I get working together but its not relaxing.Here at Toi it was not like that at all. We called for a same day appointment and got one for about 45 minutes after calling. When we walked in, we didnt even sit down before we were taken to our spa seats. You could see they were busy, but because of the layout, you felt like it was more cozy. The staff was super knowledgeable (especially Lauren) who is amazing! My technician did a great job, but one of my nails was cracking so Lauren stepped in and dipped my nail and did some magic to save it. At Posh, that has happened before and all they did was crazy glue it and a day later it cracked again (with a brand new manicure).In a few words (too late), I will absolutely be going back! This place was awesome!If I have to say 1 constructive criticism, I would say that I was surprised that they charged $5 for a soak off even though they were going to be reapplying the gel Polish again. Thats one thing at Posh that I like- they dont charge for the soak off if you are getting the Polish done again.

    Love the service here! Lee is one of the best technicians that I have found in a very long time and I will not be looking for any new place anytime soon! Most of the techs here seem like they do a great job, so i urge anyone looking for something new or a change to try Toi Spa out! It is extremely clean and everyone that works at the front desk is so pleasant and makes you feel very comfortable. Also you get a discount when you pay with cash and that is always an awesome incentive!

    As usual, fantastic! Moved from Springs where I was a regular. Bummed to not find a good spot in Pembroke Pines, and then I remembered Toi ❤️ Davie isn’t that far 😉 Worth the drive! Chris went out of his way to match my gel, since it’s never perfect, which I understand and know. My mani and pedi look incredible. I went for a facial as well and it wasn’t good at all. Won’t do that again. The facial was 45 minutes although it says up to 1 hour and 15 minutes. I’ll stick to Toi for my nails 💅 They do it right!

    I have been coming here to see Martha a few times for massages...she is absolutely GREAT!!!!!!! I come in with pain, and walk out feeling refreshed and completely pain free. She takes her time and is very detailed and kind with her massages. Highly recommended.Yami and Liz are OUTSTANDING at mani/pedis as well. Just saw them both recently, and they did an amazing job. Very polite and friendly, and my nails look great.I could not be happier with this clean and relaxing salon, as well as these wonderful ladies who have taken time to take care of me. It is worth every penny for this salon, and the staff is very friendly as well. Absolutely worth it all.

    Best salon Ive been to yet. They have a very clean, professional, classy environment. A very diverse staff. They dont over charge they have normal salon prices. For stilleto nails I recommend asking for Lauren, she does them very point and just perfect. The other employees dont do the shapes of the stilletos as well as she does.

    Great staff am fair new to Toi spa but I have always had friendly service by all the staff. Martha is a GREAT massage therapist. I can never get my polish to stay on my hand because I work with water however Sandy did my mani/pedi and it last me a full two weeks if not a little longer. I have several back and neck issues and I always feel better when she works on me. Thank you all and Ill continue to come back and recommend your place to family friends and coworkers.

    TINA MADE MY BROWS BEAUTIFUL! Let me tell you the story of my eyebrows. They were always too thin. I had them microbladed by someone who made them uneven and the wrong color. I found Tina at Toi Spa by googling. Tina made my eyebrows beautiful by using the powder brow technique. She spent alot of time with me measuring my face. She discussed all my options and created a balanced, perfect, even brow for me. She was able to correct the mistakes of the person before. There was little discomfort! I have just finished my touch up and I cant stop looking at the beautiful work. Tina is very sharp, professional and well trained. I am very impressed that she continues to educate herself in her field. It is rare these days to find someone with pride in thier work. The spa itself is extremely clean and the staff friendly. Excellent experience, highly recommended for perfect powder brows.

    I’ve been coming to the University location for years now, great place and very sanitized. The only complaint is how the receptionists don’t call their customers to let them know their staff is running behind. It’s common courtesy! I rather go do something with my time then sit for 30 minutes waiting! I have addressed this issue before and nothing has changed! But they are quick to call if you’re running 1 minute late! Makes no sense!
