Love this place. Mostly because they always want to help you. Most nail places are always busy and lack staff. Jenny and her staff are always super attentive, greet you and make sure you get taken care of. I found this place out of urgency to get nails done- and it is now my favorite nail places. They use quality products too! I have sensitive skin and never had any breakouts with their products. Clean and spa like feel makes me always relax when I come from hectic day.

I come from far away, just for Tina. However, everyone here is so nice and accommodating. I love how she does my nails and is certainly worth the trip and money. My mom even found her new favorite acrylic tech here. I often come with a small vision of what I want, and Tina knows me so well already, she just goes above my expectations. They are all AMAZING !!!

This was my first time ever at this location and boy must I say I’m extremely impressed! First & foremost, the condition of the establishment was clean and tidy. They were about to close but Jenny was nice enough to accommodate me at a moments notice! I got a gel manicure and pedicure, deluxe and it is WORTH EVERY SINGLE BUCK. I have not gotten my nails done in over a year professionally and let’s just say this is the start of a new beginning. Jenny who did my Pedicure was extremely friendly and funny, she did not rush like some people do. Whilst she diligently massaged my legs I had the massage chair on MAX feeling like I was in heaven.Then don’t even let me get started on my Manicure. I MEAN LETS TALK ABOUT FABULOUSSSSSS! John did a French Gel Mani Coffin set and it honestly is perfect, looks natural, classy & sexy. I love it here and I will most definitely be coming back everyone was friendly and very accommodating. Highly recommended. I also was very entertained by the cake decoration tutorials being displayed on TV …entertainment is paramount in establishments rendering services and I highly appreciate the classic, jazz music playing in the background.

I love this place so much! Jenny is the best, she always does my nails and I will keep coming back for her! I get dip manicure, gel pedicure, and my eyebrows done here. The place is VERY clean, relaxing, professional, and has many colors to choose from. Jenny always keeps my nails looking beautiful and they last 3+ weeks. Walk-ins are welcome, but I usually call ahead to make an appointment and they start on my nails as soon as I walk through the door.

Great manicure and pedicure experience with great color selections! The shop is very clean and the staff were all very nice and accommodating. I was a walk-in 2hrs before closing on a Sunday and most other nail spa would’ve turned me away. I watched many ladies come in after me and were accommodated even though the staff were already busy and ready to go home. Jenny specifically attended to me and was patience with me taking forever to select a color and did an amazing job. I definitely will be back!

Had a fantastic experience here today! Upon arrival Roland (owner), greeted me and offered me water. I looked at the wide selection of nail polishes while Kay (nail technician who is the wife of Roland) finished up on her current client. The pedicure and manicure was the best I have had in years. The chair for the pedicure was super comfy and had several massage modes. The regular pedicure included the usual but Kay made sure I was ok several times after I explained I have sensitive spots and cleaned my nails and shaped them perfectly! Even though I’m ticklish, she exfoliated (with a buffer/scrub tool), massaged and moisturized my feet longer than anyone else could. She polished my toes and finger nails perfectly! I am so impressed by this nail salon and will be coming at least once a month. They do not offer acrylic as they are concerned about clients and themselves breathing in those type of chemicals but do offer dip nails. Lastly, please make appointments as it is only Kay doing nails so they can take one client at a time. Highly recommended!

I was in need of a new nail salon - just too many inconsistencies at my go to place and extremely happy I stumbled across this shop during one of my Google searches :). Called for an appointment and Roland was extremely thoughtful and was able to get me in same day and with Kay. OMG she is amazing. By far the BEST - I mean BEST pedicure I have ever had. My nails did not stay behind. The dip came out flawless! She is extremely gentle and such a nice person. I’m so glad to have them. Mind you the ship is a little ways from where we live (20 minutes) I don’t care this is my new go to place. Thank you Roland and Kay for restoring my faith in Salons ☺️

These guys were packed the other night. I needed my nails done after having red for Christmas and school was the next day. I walked in because they are the only place in the area open until 7 or so, and When I got there the wait was forever, but they took great care of me and didnt kick me out after they closed. The man who did my nails paid more attention to detail than anyone Id ever been to. I really appreciate this place and what they do. I will definitely be back.

Mike and Nina are a great team, really. Nina has jokes that make you feel at ease and Mike is serious about his work.First time client and will return! I got dip powder on my nails and a regular pedicure. I wanted a certain color on my nails for this visit and Mike didnt have it BUT he made it work with what he had and it came out so pretty. My pedicure was done by Nina and she did a great job. I have some tough feet and although im not fond of the grater, she smoothed my foot out with a pumice tool so I was at ease.Overall, im satisfied and pleased. Will return to get some designs and am hopeful. Have been looking for a place that can shape my nails well, do designs affordably (which i will find out next appointment) and make them look like the inspiration, and pedicures that leave the client feeling like they have feet again lol. This may just be the place.

I wont lie got here at 5:45pm on a Sunday, so am so great full that I am being seen most places are closed. They were upfront that it would be a bit of a wait but I would be seen. I got a natural nails manicure and I am in the middle of a phenomenal deluxe pedicure. The place is very clean and so far I am beyond pleased with my pedicure, will definitely return Tina is a wonderful technician.

It was so quick and easy to schedule an appointment t that worked for me.Kay did such a great job with my nails and worked for 2 hours on my mani/pedi! It looked just like the picture I showed her and I loved them!! She took her time with filing to get the perfect shape. They have amazing prices and would definitely recommend coming here!! Very clean, massage chairs while you get your pedicure and a nice atmosphere with music. Its in a large plaza with plenty of parking.

Kay and Roland are great! The salon is beyond expectations for cleanliness, design, and comfort. They have given special care to accommodate COVID restrictions. I am beyond impressed by their services. I have now been for waxing as well as mani/pedi. I did choose the dip powder mani with ombré design, which Kay did an amazing job on! I’ve gotten many compliments. First pic is the day I got them done, 2nd pic is one week later. I do have chipping on 2 of my nails after one week; but I am not worried because I know that I can go get it fixed anytime within a 3 week window for free! I have found my new hometown salon. Love this place!

I noticed a huge difference as previously whenever I got gel, the gel would crack or would not last me long, well not here. The pedicure massages are the best!! I came here a couple of weeks ago with my sister and we both had an amazing experience. It’s very clean and the environment is very welcoming. The owners held regular conversations with us and made me feel like they really appreciated our business. Other nail shops make you feel like unwelcome, and you almost always feel like they’re talking badly about you. But not here!!! They put a lot of attention and care into their service. The quality is amazing too, It’s been three weeks and my dip manicure has successfully endured the holidays!! I will definitely be back soon! Thanks Roland and Kay!!!

I visited the salon this morning and had an amazing experience. Best nail salon I have been to since I have moved to Florida (and I have been to many). So happy to have found TVO Nail Spa. Kay and Roland are both very friendly and greet you as you come in. They made me feel super welcome. The salon is exceptionally clean which made me feel so safe. Kay did an incredible job (I got a pedicure and powder dip manicure). She took her time and did exactly what I asked for. It is hard to find someone who actually cares and she does. Most recently I went on my lunch break for a quick pedicure and while it wasnt quick it was thorough, relaxing and exactly what I needed! The 2 women working (owner and tech?) were SO FRIENDLY and seemed so genuine. I am ecstatic to have found a nail salon so close to my office that has a welcoming and hospitable attitude that is also clean and aesthetically pleasing. I will definitely be back!

By far, the best service I have ever received! The place is very clean and organized. They have the cutest set up. It’s a family owned business. The husband even offered me coffee and went to go get it at the Denny’s that is across the spa. The wife is an amazing nail tech. She is a perfectionist in every way. The prices are great and they offer discounts depending on the holidays or time of the year!! They treated me so kindly and even spoke about my background and where they also came from. The owners were beyond warm, welcoming, and accommodating. The salon is clean and modern. I’m extremely picky with my nails. Slight imperfections bother me more than most. However, I have absolutely no complaints. The owner did a fantastic job and the experience exceeded all expectations. I was even delighted with a cup of coffee! Definitely coming back!

I have found my new home for nails. This business goes above and beyond. I am picky, but they exceed all expectations. Wonderful husband and wife business team makes you feel like family and goes the extra mile. Extremely sanitized and clean. They take your temperature when you arrive and pay close attention to detail (a quality that is hard to find.) I was so impressed that I couldnt keep it to myself. Kay is very capable, professional and sweet and Roland is thoughtful and accommodating. If you press him to share, you will hear some great philosophical truths🤫 Or, if silence is your happy place, they can lower the lights and Kay can do some serious reflexology and foot massage. Worth every penny and then some. Beautiful business that operates with character. They stand by their work. They stayed open later than they should have to accommodate me the first time. But I will book ahead, moving forward, as quality deserves respect. They are decent people with a heart for their customers and values that matter. Nail perfection! A hidden gem!

On a Monday night, most salons are closed and the ones that Ive been to in the area that do traditional manipedis are no where NEAR the cleanliness, friendliness, and professionalism here. I came for a much needed pedicure and it was the best that Ive had in years- painless, clean lines, no cuts. Kay truly took her time and did everything with such care and efficiency. I was the last customer of the evening, and I also had the pleasure of meeting her son and husband. They make an outstanding team and understand customer service.Definitely go here!

They will help you pick out your nail color if you need help and will make sure you are satisfied with your nails before you leave. I got a gel manicure and a color change and I was in love with my nails. They also do not require for you to have tip in cash wish is a plus because most salons make you have it in cash. Also the decor in the salon is beautiful and the chairs where you get your pedicure are very relaxing. I left very satisfied and happy with the job that they did with my nails. I will be coming back to this salon.

This shop just opened up recently, the inside is very beautiful and smells normal (most shops reek of acetone). The service is impeccable. The owners are very friendly. They smile at you, hold regular conversations and make you feel welcomed. They also put a lot of care into the work, and do it thoroughly. They don’t cut corners which I love customer service is 100% which is rare in this day and age. Call to book an appt if you can but if not they take walk ins. Tons colors to choose from which is a plus but for me the customer service and cleanliness is what matters most. They even offered us drinks like coffee and water. I can’t wait to go back
